No where close to NY style pizza, unless your from Chicago. Under cooked, way too thick, and no chew. This pizza is on par with the pathetic attempt Colorado has with green chili. Maybe other items are good, just avoid the pizza if you know a good pie.

Stop looking at other pizza reviews around here. Russo’s will knock your socks off! We got the 20” “Blow Me Down” and added spicy sausage plus the Sticky Korean BBQ wings. It was more than enough for 6 people. The pizza is huge and can cover you like a blanket. The flavors are outstanding. Will gladly travel 1+ hours to get a box.

Extremely disappointing. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Workers were dressed in dirty clothes. Kitchen workers with long hair did not wear hair nets. Ordered a pizza slice which would ordinarily be placed in the oven for a few minutes to warm it. Instead it was left in the oven until all the ingredients including the cheese was burnt to a crisp. Pizza slice was served on the cheapest, thinnest paper plate and the slice hung out more than two inches on both its narrow and wide ends. You have to pay in advance when you place your order - and now I know why! There is evidence of a total lack of management. How does a worker empty the trash and go directly to serving people food? Does Garfield County or Glenwood Springs have a health department?

Ordered a sausage mushroom pizza, thought we were ordering the sausage we used to get when we stopped after hockey, but this sausage was really spicy. It was too hot for me so I kindly asked if we could maybe switch to something else. The answer…”No, you ordered the spicy sausage.” Not good customer service in my opinion, to lose a customer over $20. Won’t be back.

Don't understand how people rate this dirty, icky environment as good! Bathroom will subject you to disease and staff seems to care less. No aprons, dirty clothing and the health department needs to have a look. Food was not good, I suppose if it's the only place open and your immune system is in great shape, you could risk eating here, otherwise look for another pizza restaurant.

The food is always delicious and I love the pizza. We don’t visit often, but when we do we are craving good pizza and usually have kids in tow. I understand you may not get a lot of kids there, but there was only one high chair (in use) and you had some pretty explicit music playing in the dining area. I’m down with it, but I don’t want to explain p*$&y whipped to my 6 year old on a Tuesday. Your staff then asked us why we wanted the music changed….

We're from out of town, the kids wanted pizza, so we picked something new for us. It was pretty tasty ! We had a great meal here. The service wasn't that great, just high school kids, so what ya expect, but it was good. The fries are good, the pizza was good, salad was nice and big and fresh, and the blackened chicken grenade/ slider type sandwich was very tasty !! I would go back again 👍👍 two thumbs up.. 🍕🥗

Food is average a bit pricey for the quality. Pizza is the best item. Got a pasta it was super DRY and burnt. Told staff and they said everyone complains about that….so basically they don’t give a… not the most caring staff. The owners get what they pay for 🤷‍♀️

Such good pizza at a place that’s just off the beaten path. Plenty of space inside even for large groups. Pizza by the slice, wings, calzones, salads, all delicious. Highly recommend. Escape the crowds and come here!

Singularly THE best $6 I could spend in this city! Pizza by the slice, giant portion (trust me, 1 is enough). Delicious artisan pizza on thin crust. Wife got the 3 meat (Notorious PIG), I got the green tasty something or other (Pesto with artichoke and spinach). Order before you sit at the bar. 5/5, WILL come again.

Their pizza looks big, but honestly what's the point of 'big' pizza while the edge is so huge that at the end you're eating dry crust... The closer to middle the more grease pizza is. No, it's not olive oil it's grease, which taste horrible. Also heating up two slices of pizza took them 15 minutes. The plate is super small and it's uncomfortable to eat on it.

Great place with a chill vibe. I took my family here for dinner. Pizza, wings, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and 90s hip hop in the background -- great way to end a day of snowboarding. Would highly recommend.

I really liked the pizza crust, tasty and not too heavy. Great to be able to buy slices. A little more pepperoni would have been nice. Staff pleasant. Outside eating space was fine, good view.

We had a great experience! The portions are big for the price and it's modern and so clean. I had the Pickle Rick fries which I highly recommend if you're a pickle lover. My husband loved the pizza. The Mac and cheese serving size is honestly enough to feed two (and so good!) It was my favorite place to eat while we were visiting Glenwood Springs.

Sorry, did not get pictures, but I will always stop here if I am passing Glenwood or visiting. Had a pizza with Chili Aioli, and it was soo good. Crust was perfect, Great Price, Great Food!

Was told the pizza was good, when we first walked in there wasn’t a good vibe. The kid that took our order had no clue what he was doing and we had 2 people cut in front of us and ask where their drinks where. Should have just walked out, especially when the manager started talking down to the kid taking our order. Ordered 2 beers, wings and a pizza. Had to go ask for our beers after 15 minutes. Wings..well $10 for 6 wings is not worth it. 45 minutes later…where is the pizza. Our pizza order was never put in. Hopefully we get our refund, glad we didn’t leave a tip.

Not just a pizza spot. The Manhattan Penne Pasta is delicious and filling. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fast service while jamming to early 2000 rap/hip hop.

Food was great but a bit on the expensive side. REMEMBER ALL OF YOUR CHILD'S ITEMS! I forgot my child's favorite camelback cup. I came back three hours later and the person working outside told me "I threw it out but I can dumpster diver for it" and walked away before I could respond. It made me so upset with myself for forgetting it and guilty for eating here.

Pizza was really good. NY style, great crust, fresh ingredients! Wings were also pretty tasty, the regular Buffalo were spicy enough and made just right. I would definitely go again! We got there at busy time but it was a comfortable atmosphere, time went fast.

Grenade sliders, all the way. Place is advertised as a pizza joint, I wanted to try something 'new'. Ordered the blackened chicken grenade/slider and my goodness was that TASTY! Sliders are inherently small but this was very filling while satisfying all the taste buds. Glenwood springs knows its customers

Coming from NY, it’s hard to find pizza in Colorado that’s comparable, but Russo’s does a pretty damn good job! The crust is perfect and the slices are huge. Every time we pass through Glenwood, we stop at Russo’s and are never disappointed. Great garlic knots too.
