This spot is one amazingly marvelous steak House. This place a has a great menu, friendly staff and the flavors we're above and beyond. I got a prime rib steak with horse radish sauce. Along with portobello mushroom pancakes. Onion soup and a salad. Paired with. Boylan Soda Black Cherry. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥👑☠️9️⃣8️⃣3️⃣🙏✅🌆🐉

I give it 3 stars but hear me out bc it could have been 5 stars! 1) I'm very impatient and this place is very busy. However other waiters/waitresses were more "on it". Maybe ours was more busy or had bigger tables. Either way the man that greeted us & sat us was more prompt on some things and easier to find. 2) I don't like steak, there isn't a lot of non steak options (obviously it's a steak house!) However the husband does and said it was probably one of the best steaks he's had a while! The onion rings were also top notch! The au gratin potatoes were ok, the fries suck, the Lucy Macaroni was different but ok! The kids and I just tried the various sides because why Not! My husband said the mashed potatoes and gravy was also "stupid good". Also pictured is my son's swordfish meal. He didn't like it but he is 13 and picky, not even sure why he ordered it! LOL my husband said it was good but his steak was better. I personally gave it only 3 stars because of the service! We got seated right away, but struggled to get waited on essentially! It's also very loud in the restaurant. If you are inpatient and easily over stimulated like me definitely go earlier in the day! We went about 630 or so on a Thursday night. Otherwise go order onion rings as an appetizer and get steak and you will have a 5 star experience(well hoping u get a less busy waiter! Lol)

Took a brief trip to Glenwood Springs for my birthday. Opted to dine at Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse and it was a winner! I was in the mood for elk, and the sirloin was perfectly cooked, and the mushroom wine sauce was absolutely incredible. Believe the vegetable was a tempura style eggplant, and it was great. My server, Nancy, was great. Very friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Nice wine and beverage list as well. Environment was casual, but the food was white tablecloth quality.

Our experience at Juicy Lucy Steakhouse was beyond wonderful - it's definitely not your average eatery. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was top-notch. The menu selection is vast, yet each dish seems meticulously crafted. We chose the Porterhouse steak accompanied by potatoes au gratin for our main course, and it was simply outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a well-balanced flavor profile, and the potatoes were a creamy, comforting delight. It's clear that Juicy Lucy Steakhouse has truly mastered the art of steak preparation. Every bite was an exploration of taste and texture, making for an unforgettable dining experience. It's places like these that elevate dining to an art form. I highly recommend this establishment to all steak and food lovers. I can't wait for my next visit!

We ate here last night and loved it so much that we came back tonight. We had the Elk Steak last night and the Scallops special tonight. The sides were amazing as well: Button Mushrooms and Potatoes Augratin. We sat at the bar last night because the wait was pretty long. The bartender was lovely and we enjoyed her suggestions. The dining room tonight was great as well. Don't forget to ask for bread, its a sour dough, if you sit at the bar. They must not give it automatically there. If you are in town, don't miss this place. It's wonderful!

Great place for a higher end experience. So $50 tip included bought a 16 oz sirloin, asparagus was Asiago cheese sauce and a beer. I could have easily spent $65-$70 with an appetizer. The food was delicious and the beer was good (not great). The service was outstanding. My steak was at least an inch thick cooked, probably more (I left the tape measure in the car!). If you're looking for a little bit of a higher end experience, I recommend Juicy Lucy's and will return again.

I come out here for work about once a month and every time it's a great experience. It's really chill and low-key, but the food is great. I usually only order steak(which is delicious), so I can only speak on that.

We stopped for lunch on a beautiful fall day. The patio was perfect for people watching and enjoying the views across the river. Our French Dip and Philly Cheese Steak were delicious and the Lucy Salad was excellent!

Amazing food! My steak was actually cooked rare which doesn’t usually get listened to at other places. The mushrooms, the artichoke amazing! Top notch customer service - which is hard to find! Appreciate true, genuine customer service. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Ordered the All Natural Ribeye with wild Rice medley. It was juicy, tender, loaded with flavor, and had a minimum amount of fat with a flame seared taste. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was genuinely nice and accommodating. If you're passing by or staying in Glenwood Springs, definitely give this place a try.

Love, love, love this place! The atmosphere was great! We had the elk fillo for a starter, which was phenomenal, and I'm completely obsessed with this appetizer!! For the main, we had the elk and lamb chops - again obsessed!!! For sides, we had mushrooms and mashed potatoes - very very good. Also free bread at the start. We spent $120 without the tip, and I had two drinks. Not bad, in my opinion, compared to where I live!!! The server Nate was the best! Everything he recommended was true to form. Would absolutely go ahead!!!

Have you experienced Juicy Lucy's Steakhouse in Glenwood Springs, CO? If you have not run don't walk it's a diamond in the rough of eateries. Don't let the name steakhouse throw you if you like seafood they're out-of-this-world fantastic too! Check out my panko-crusted halibut it's enormous in flavor and size oh me, oh my delicious with a side of pile-high wild rice all pipping hot with each sinful bite. If you are a meat & potatoes fan the lamb chops and steaks are equally as special from past adventures. Remember the finish line for their desserts, as they certainly do not disappoint. We tried one of the fruit pies with ice cream your eyes will roll back with delight! As an additional honorable mention, the staff is one for the records. From the front door, David serves up a skillset list of cocktails, wines, and suds very knowledgeable with each pour. All of the dining staff made our dinner eventful. So again if you have not had the pleasure of experiencing Juicy Lucy's put on your comfy shoes and run!

Delicious steak! Our waiter (Nathan) was very good and made sure to give me the gluten free menu so I did not accidentally die, which I appreciated. The drinks were tasty and the steak was delicious. My father's steak was slightly overdone (medium well instead of medium rare) but that is ok because he deserved it.

This is gonna sound crazy, but the steak tasted like someone prepared it, not one of ten made at the same time same flavor whichever location you stop at kinda of steakhouse steak. It tasted like i over at someones house and they made me dinner. I know that sounds numb bc obviously someone made it but it just tasted that 'homemade' not commercial. Outside seating has better ambiance than inside. All the staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable.

This place has no air conditioning and even at 7:30pm in there on 5 July, it was very hot inside. The building is old, and as staff and other people walked by my table, it felt like an earthquake! Having a very wobbly table didn't help either... That's why I gave the atmosphere 2 stars and overall 4 stars for this review. All that aside, the pork chop I ordered was overcooked to how I ordered it, but luckily it was still mostly juicy, moist, and flavorful. The au gratin side that I ordered with it was good but could definitely have had more melted cheese. The service was fantastic and staff were friendly and attentive.

I was expecting more. However the seafood of all things was as good as it gets. I find that odd in the mountains of Colorado. The environment is noisy, the build out similar to a local diner than an upscale steak house. Perhaps locals do not believe this establishment to be classified as an upscale steak house? But with prices for dinner and wine such as they are, indeed it is expected to land in the upscale market. The waiter we had was over selling, and forgot to bring needed items on two separate occasions. What items? Well one needs a steak knife to eat steak. And bread was brought but no small plates to butter your broken hot delicious bread on. Crumbs all over the table. Wine, he tried to get us to buy the bottle, we said we're driving a long distance, more selling. We were not so impressed (sorry) with the two wine choices. Call us snobs if you like. But I can drink Apaothic Red all day at 8 dollars a bottle. My wife ordered the muscles and me the oysters, incredible. I mean two thumbs up. As good as anything we've had in Seattle, San Francisco, LA or San Diego. Steak? We'll it wasn't that incredible grass fed intense tasting steak we may be used to in higher end eating establishments. It was okay but for 53 dollars for the porterhouse, I was expecting to be blown away. Sorry I wasn't. Maybe I'll try other choices next time, like the fresh Fish of the day, or the kabobs? I noted that other tables that had a different waiter got their items faster, and all seemed happy with their service and meals. Maybe it is just us. Will we return? 50 / 50.

Late review but going through pics reminded me I was so impressed with this place that I had to leave a review! Went here on Aug 25, 2021 for my daughters bday while vacationing in Glenwood and we got in maybe 30 mins before closing time but still received exceptional service and exceptional food! My daughter had the KC strip & I had swordfish! Will definitely return every time I am in the area!
