Tonight
I
placed
an
online
order,
only
to
pull
up
to
not
only
the
drive
thru
closed
but
the
lobby
entrance
closed
as
well.
They’re
was
a
handful
of
people
waiting
around
trying
to
get
in,
even
one
women
stating
she
was
kicked
out
so
the
staff
could
take
a
break!
Most
of
these
people
left
and
I
decided
to
call,
it
rang
and
rang
until
someone
who
sounded
inebriated
answered
and
asked
what
they
could
do
for
me,
explaining
the
situation
she
comes
out
and
acts
like
nothing
happened
and
they
didn’t
just
close
the
whole
store
for
who
knows
how
long
denying
customers
.
I
walk
in
with
her
and
she
tells
me
they
were
taking
a
break
and
that
there
was
not
enough
staff
on
hand,
upon
seeing
the
back
service
area
I
could
count
5
employees
,
and
a
6th
one
entering
just
before
I
received
my
food
.
I
also
wanted
to
add
that
there
was
at
least
4-5
door
dash
orders
sitting
there
waiting
to
be
picked
up.
I
most
likely
will
never
visit
this
location
again,
I
will
however
be
calling
Taco
Bell
customer
service
and
reporting
this
location.
This
is
not
the
first
time
something
like
this
has
happened
to
me
there
.
Extremely
disappointing.
Get
it
together.
