    Food was nasty and not made right. Burrito was supposed to be chicken n got beef and crunch wrap didn't have enough meat to cover the whole thing. We ate half without meat.

    this taco bell was unpleasant to say the least. they messed up our order. it is not the first time i have had an unpleasant experience at this taco bell drive through. please send help to this taco bell immediately. gordon ramsey would be disappointed.

    Staff always forgets your sauces and gets half of your order completely wrong. Also, this location has made me sick the next day twice. Ugh.

    Food was all wrong. Burrito was supposed to have chicken and the crunch wraps didn't even have enough meat to cover the whole thing.

    I go here all the time, but lately their quality of food has diminished. I like the Nacho Bell Grande ; but I quit ordering it the chips are stale, and constantly broken . Plus the portion of toppings compared to the portion of chips is not equal. The taco shells are tasting old as well. The quesadillaate not heated properly and doughy . The worst is the service in the drive through the attitudes are atrocious and unwelcoming. If I was the Manger I would seriously talk to them and straighten it out, and remind them they are in a customer service industry and to serve the people in a proper way and if they can't find somebody who will.

    Their food is good when they happen to be open. Which doesn't seem to be often. This is the second time this week I've tried to get food during their hours of operation but they just weren't open. They decided to open later than normal one day and closed 2 hours early another.

    Most the time I come here the lobby is closed the drive through is packed and takes forever to get through. And when you come in side they are only using one side to serve the customers and work drive through first and make the people inside wait 20-30 minutes to just to get your food. This place really needs some high ups to look into it.

    On line taco bell open but when i hot there for breakfast they said not opened because only 2 people there. Went back. Ordered had to move a head 15 min finally went in to het my food. They are foing to fo pit of business. Aweful service

    This place is a joke. They never get the order right, and when I called last night 10/12/23 the girl who answered the phone wasn’t “technically supposed to answer” according to the store manager chatina. The girl who answered never gave me her name, proceeded to asked what was wrong and I told her my order was incorrect, she asked three times what was wrong and then told me I could come in tomorrow for a refund. When I went in today 10/13/23 the manger who was on shift said nothing was written down and they couldn’t do anything about it. That manger who came to talk to us grabbed the store manger Chatina on the phone who then said In Spanish not knowing she was on speaker for everyone to hear “do they look like liars, what race is she, white, Hispanic?” I responded back in Spanish with “Latina” she got quiet for a second and then said she could only do gift cards because she didn’t know if my story was true or not and that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they wrote down MY INFORMATION. Very unprofessional and the whole place is ran by two grown adults who don’t know what they’re doing and nothing but teenagers who aren’t even supervised properly or know their own steps on how to do refunds. The establishment is a joke and management is a joke as well. By far the worst fast food place in the valley and it’s not the food it’s the management I feel sorry for those teens who won’t know proper job etiquette.

    Doors locked, people in the dining area. This has happened more than twice now. Other times nobody to take your order, forced to use the touch screen kiosk. I hate those things. Especially after covid what a stupid thing to have installed.

    The food is great, but we are not able to order online or drive through due to staff shortage. We had to reorder through the kiosk as our online order was canceled. We had a power menu bowl, potato tacos, and both are great. Power bowl is less quantity for the price paid

    Tonight I placed an online order, only to pull up to not only the drive thru closed but the lobby entrance closed as well. They’re was a handful of people waiting around trying to get in, even one women stating she was kicked out so the staff could take a break! Most of these people left and I decided to call, it rang and rang until someone who sounded inebriated answered and asked what they could do for me, explaining the situation she comes out and acts like nothing happened and they didn’t just close the whole store for who knows how long denying customers . I walk in with her and she tells me they were taking a break and that there was not enough staff on hand, upon seeing the back service area I could count 5 employees , and a 6th one entering just before I received my food . I also wanted to add that there was at least 4-5 door dash orders sitting there waiting to be picked up. I most likely will never visit this location again, I will however be calling Taco Bell customer service and reporting this location. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me there . Extremely disappointing. Get it together.

    I rarely review fast food establishments but I just have to on this one. We eat at the GWS frequently and they consistently mess up our order, which we often don’t realize until we get all the way home to Silt. Onions on a no-onion order, charging for extras that aren’t delivered on, missing items, etc. Burritos wrapped poorly for a to-go order. My daughter doesn’t want to get food from here any more. She loves the Rifle location I don’t think they have ever messed up our order.

    Didnt let us eat inside because they were closing too early. On the door is written, open till 12pm... we went then through drive-thru and they didnt get our order right.... no customer focussed taco bell, really disappointed

    Usually they close the inside dinning because they can't handle a rush, Ive been multiple times where they have closed 30 minutes before scheduled to and they almost never succesfully complete food modifications i.e: No sour cream.

    Staff can’t speak English well. A customer named George came in after us and was waiting for his food. The staff kept calling him Jorge pronounced jor hey and kept saying it my hubby said to George I think that’s you man! He went up and the lady kept saying” jor hey” and the man was like George? Lady was like puzzled! I stepped in and asked lady for receipt and it said “ George” I was like yes this is yours! I mean come on English is universal speak it if ya gonna work somewhere a lot of ppl speak it!!!!

    Everything is good EXCEPT almost none of the staff speak English. I have called several times and asked to speak with the manager she/he always puts a translator on the phone. What happened to speaking English in the United States??

    Excellent Taco Bell. Food was fresh and tasty. I have a complicated order, omitting and adding various toppings and I ordered using the screen in the lobby and everything was perfectly correct! Burritos were filled not skimp at all. Sometimes you go to those Taco Bell’s and they only put a tea spoon of rice or beans in the supposed burrito but this place fills them up and leaves you satisfied! Employees were friendly and helpful. Adding the green or red sauce to any order makes it better!!

    They make you pull around and wait. This is causing a huge back up in the lines on the exit side. They don't have enough room to have people pull forward and wait. If you can't keep up then don't take that many orders.

    They have no dine in. Only take away. They have doors closed couldn’t get in to use restroom. Food was prepared on time and quality is good.

    Fast food with pretty decent quality. They need to add a little more meat or cheese to the tacos if you choose no lettuce because you are basically eating tortilla and that's it.
