We came here for the first time ok family recommendation. We had very good experience ordering Sandwiches. We ordered 3 club and a cheese sandwich. The Sandwiches were very good. The manager was also very helpful. Overall great time. We would definitely recommend this place.

Fun place! I had never been to one before, but I very much enjoyed it! The staff was great! Very friendly and fun! We were singing in the kitchen, which I loved! The sandwiches were delicious and extremely fast! Great place for quick meal.

I like Jimmy John's but this particular one is not going to see me again. Had to make a trip to Glenwood and we stopped to pickup 4 sandwiches for the ride home. 3 of the 6 sandwiches were completely wrong lol. But my sandwiche was filled with something liquid. The mayonnaise came running out of the bottom of the sandwich like water. Never had that happened with a Jimmy John sandwich before. Had this white water everywhere just opening the wrapping. Nice big stain on my shirt. The tomatoes on the sandwich were so thin and nasty. I tossed the sandwich after 2 bites. Not a fantastic experience. 😕

When they first opened they were great. Had awesome customer service great food but as time has passed I can't say that its stayed the same. Really it's hit or miss on if the order is correct, and it seems like the customer service just keeps going down. I work customer service so I understand that people seem more angry and harder to please but unfortunately it's what comes with a job that is customer service related. Sometimes you just have to keep a smile (even if it's not real) and do what you can to make them happy or if your just can't seem to please them just get their information to let a manager try make it right in the customer's eyes, but never should you yell or treat them badly... but maybe that is just my opinion.

Awesome, fast & friendly service. This time he filled my extra Dijon cup with a smile, and didnt tell me I had plenty. My sandwich was FRESH, and filling. Half now. Half later tonight. Just wish yall sold HALF a pickle! A whole picked is too much for me. I'll be back soon thanks!

They are what they promise- Freaky Fast - Got there 20 min before closing- still got great service and made to feel comfortable. Our Sandwich’s we’re done as soon as we got them paid for. !! Great job

If you want a cheap meal delivered this is the place. But, most of the time my order is not accurate which is disappointing and I think that's because they are "freaky fast".. I think if maybe there was a "quality check" before they rush out that would help otherwise if you order often you get nickeled and dimed due to missing ordered items or ingredients. If you want a decent sandwich fast this is the place, you may not know what kind of sandwich you'll get but you'll get one fast maybe with your cookie maybe not but it will be there.

The females working on 9-6-2022 at 8:57pm were very rude and would not listen. I was trying to explain the address to the first woman she hung up. I called back the other women working was just as rude and would not tell me the other girls name that was so rude. I could hear the first girl I tried to talk to in the back ground to just hang up on me... I really would like to talk to Matt or Michelle Spidell about their employees actions and how rude they both were to me.

Fast enough but they literally never apply my rewards at the drive through

This place is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and the people working there are awesome. They are freaky fast. I love it!!

This was consistent with other Jimmy John's restaurants. Good food and service. Nothing to write home about.

This Jimmy John's is the best location I have visited as of yet. The building is awesome, and has historical value, and the service here has been consistently good and reliable. I have had the pleasure of having the owner in the store while I visited and he is positive, cares a lot about his business and employees, and was a joy to talk to. This location is a standout amoung jimmy johns locations and is always a pleasure to visit and get food from. I appreciate this Jimmy John's location and it's owner Matt very much. Great work guys!

My 3 year and I love this place. Legit order once a week. No reason to ever eat subway since Glenwood has a JJs. Great sammichs, friendly staff and funny signs.(I always laugh at the "Free smells" sign)
