    Rating is actually more like 2.5 Stars, but I work with the tools I am given. This is an extremely touristy location with people eating between or after planned activities. Why are you running out of food an hour before closing? We ordered one item "Sorry, we are out of that". We go for the number 2 choice "Sorry, we don't have enough for your entire order". OK, 3rd time was a charm. Employees said sorry, but really didn't do anything to make us feel better about the limited selection. The food actually met expectation, so there is that. We walked over from our hotel so parking and egress were not concerns for us in this instance.

    This is a failing business. Me and my dad came here and the chicken was so dry it was barely edible. We ordered chicken tenders and some dark meat, all were dry and were possibly sitting there for over 3 hours. It's sad that the best part of the meal were the mashed potatoes. Don't come to this location.

    04/06 around 2:35pm I walked in with my boyfriend and we waited more than five minutes until someone finally came to the counter and helped us and they were in the back talking. Finally we get help and order. Turns out that they had no small buns for the sandwich that my boyfriend ordered and had to use other buns, the same lady that helped us got yelled at because she wasn’t doing it correctly. *No wonder why you guys can keep employees there. Always rude to each other* I come home and I had ordered Mac and cheese and got smashed potatoes instead. Instead of yelling at each other, you guys should work together and make everything run smoothly and that will decrease the chances of you making a mistake in orders.

    First time there and they apparently had ran out of chicken , got stuck getting some original wings which I was fine with , until my wife started to eat them and there was dangerously small bones all in them barely any chicken . Very dangerous and disappointed with the results

    Almost every time we go here they are OUT OF CHICKEN! And with 100% certainty if you go through the drive thru they will ask you to pull around and wait in the parking lot. A few days ago we went, paid for our order at 7:06pm and didn’t get our food until 7:30!!! Just absolutely outrageous! I thought it was called fast food. We could have gone to fiesta next door, sat down, and ate our food in that time. I absolutely despise this place and it’s been like this for way too long! Terrible staffing, and horrible management.

    Let me start by saying I'm usually a huge fan of KFC and all of its fried goodness, however this visit was the worst I've encountered in a long time. We were waiting for our food for over 20 minutes when we noticed nobody in the lobby had food. One by one the other customers were called up to the counter and given an explanation and the option to continue waiting if they would like. My son and I were never offered an explanation or an option. As we waited a little longer we noticed an associate digging in the trash can with her bare hands, then walked through the kitchen and then touched the plates. Then a different associate dropped his tongs on the floor then put them back on the counter. As we started to examine closer no one in the kitchen had gloves on or bothered to wash them after handling cash. We decided at that point to ask for a refund. Even after saying "we want a refund so we can go somewhere else" we weren't given an explanation or even so much as a "sorry". Visit here at your own risk...

    I had to tell the girl in the drive thru 5 times Sierra Mist. They didn't have what I ordered after she offered it. I received an all dark meat meal (not per my request) and was upcharged on my drink (also not my request). Not a complainer but would not like to return here again. Good luck in the new year.

    I asked the drive through girl if they had tenders and she said we have strips. I noticed after that you do have tenders. When we got the food it was bbq chicken pieces. I went inside to get the right order and she tells me she's pretty sure I ordered the bbq basket. I told her I know what I ordered. Really bad service. She didn't even smile. If they don't like their job they should work elsewhere.

    I sent my husband last Sunday at 5pm to a bucket of chicken because we were not in the mood to cook. When he got back he told me that all they had was piece's of Dark meat and only the crispy. How do you not have more chicken then that? It's a sunday evening you would think they would have more options! Now had this been the first time this has happened OK but this is going on the like fourth or fifth time. You are a Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. Get it together! Highly dissatisfied!

    I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and then they tell me they are out of thighs and extra crispy which was fine 20 minutes before. And wont exchange my coleslaw for corn which they do every time. No jelly for biscuits. Not happy at all with the service. Why did i even come here!?

    I placed my order and the manager came by and told the employee that she was not heating up any more gravy to tell customers they were out. I saw an employee take a bag from a customer that walked back in and was standing by the register. The employee looked into the bag and called out the order and gave it to a different customer knowing that bag of food had already been touched by some one else. This place was very very dirty! the tables were not cleaned off there were used condiment packages in the middle of the restaurant. Trash under the tables and not to mention the trash was over filled.
