Generally,
I
haven’t
had
a
problem
here.
Usually,
it’s
great.
But
I
was
hung
up
on
by
two
employees
tonight
because
when
I
ordered
my
food
(medium
pizza
and
an
8-piece
hot
wings)
I
didn’t
receive
the
wings
and
didn’t
realize
it
until
I
got
home
(again,
normally
have
never
had
an
issue
so
I
trusted
that
my
order
was
correct).
The
first
employee
informed
me
that
they
were
out
of
bone
in
wings.
I
asked
why
I
wasn’t
told
when
I
picked
up
my
order
and
he
said
“I
dunno.”
I
asked
if
I
could
get
a
refund
and
he
said
“I
dunno.
You’ll
have
to
ask
the
manager
when
she
gets
in.”
I
asked
if
she’d
call
me
back
and
he
said
“I
dunno”
then
hung
up
on
me.
I
called
again
and
explained
what
happened
to
the
woman
who
answered
the
phone
(I’m
assuming
the
manager
but
was
never
clarified)
and
she
repeated
what
the
first
guy
said
but
added
that
they
were
substituting
wings
for
boneless
wings.
I
received
plain
boneless
wings
so
still
not
close
to
what
I
ordered.
I
asked
for
a
refund
for
the
wings
and
was
told
they
couldn’t
just
refund
the
wings
(would
refund
the
whole
order
and
recharge
me
for
just
the
pizza).
I
told
her
that
was
fine
but
I
guess
I
struck
a
nerve
somehow
because
she
screamed
“FINE
I
GUESS
ILL
REFUND
THE
WHOLE
ORDER
AND
YOU
HAVE
A
GREAT
FREAKING
NIGHT”
Then
she
hung
up
on
me
as
well.
(She
did
refund
me
which
I
do
appreciate)
My
only
issues
originally
were
that
I
wasn’t
told
I
was
getting
a
cheaper
substitution
and
I
wanted
a
refund.
I’ve
never
had
an
issue
quite
like
this
before.
I
don’t
know
if
it
was
stress
induced
or
what
but
it
was
a
lot.
I
really
hope
the
night
gets
easier
for
them
but
yeah.
