Honestly,
I'm
reluctant
to
put
a
bad
review
out
there
because
I
found
the
staff
that
ran
our
zipline
adventure
to
be
fantastic,
but
the
management
response
is
completely
lacking.
We
bought
the
Groupon
deal
for
4
people,
including
zipline,
lunch
and
photos.
We
made
reservations
two
weeks
before
arriving.
Upon
arrival,
we
found
our
"lunch"
to
be
a
box
lunch
from
Jimmy
Johns
(sandwich,
bag
of
chips,
cookie
and
a
bottle
water).
This
place
claims
to
have
a
restaurant
so
I
had
higher
expectations
on
the
food.
Second,
we
were
eventually
informed
that
there
would
be
no
photos.
Right
before,
we
headed
out
for
the
zipline,
I
asked
about
the
photos
and
was
told,
"Oh,
sorry
but
we
don't
have
a
photographer".
Ok,
now
what,
it
was
part
of
our
package
that
we
paid
for.
I
was
told
that
management
would
refund
part
of
our
package
for
us.
I
was
disappointed
but
what
else
can
you
do.
The
zipline
was
fun.
It
was
2
quick
ziplines
across
the
river
and
back.
The
staff
did
a
great
a
job
making
it
fun
and
feel
very
safe.
After
our
adventure
we
were
told
again
that
the
"management"
would
be
contacting
us
to
give
us
a
refund
for
the
missing
photos.
Our
trip
was
on
July
19th,
we
never
received
a
call
from
management,
I've
since
called
three
times
now.
Let
a
message
once
and
actually
talked
to
someone
twice.
Each
time
leaving
my
information
and
was
told
management
would
be
in
touch.
It's
been
almost
2
months,
still
no
one
has
attempted
to
make
this
right.
Disappointing,
what
could
of
been
a
great
experience
has
now
turned
bad.
