Honestly, I'm reluctant to put a bad review out there because I found the staff that ran our zipline adventure to be fantastic, but the management response is completely lacking. We bought the Groupon deal for 4 people, including zipline, lunch and photos. We made reservations two weeks before arriving. Upon arrival, we found our "lunch" to be a box lunch from Jimmy Johns (sandwich, bag of chips, cookie and a bottle water). This place claims to have a restaurant so I had higher expectations on the food. Second, we were eventually informed that there would be no photos. Right before, we headed out for the zipline, I asked about the photos and was told, "Oh, sorry but we don't have a photographer". Ok, now what, it was part of our package that we paid for. I was told that management would refund part of our package for us. I was disappointed but what else can you do. The zipline was fun. It was 2 quick ziplines across the river and back. The staff did a great a job making it fun and feel very safe. After our adventure we were told again that the "management" would be contacting us to give us a refund for the missing photos. Our trip was on July 19th, we never received a call from management, I've since called three times now. Let a message once and actually talked to someone twice. Each time leaving my information and was told management would be in touch. It's been almost 2 months, still no one has attempted to make this right. Disappointing, what could of been a great experience has now turned bad.

We purchased a Zipline package online and scheduled our adventure about 48 hours before our appt. Their email response said it needed to be confirmed before being official. Leading up to our appt time we talked to them a couple of times to try to confirm up but they said they needed two extra people. Still not having a confirmation one way or another on the day of the trip, we finally decided to cancel. Upon canceling they informed us that THEY WOULD NOT REFUND US since we couldn't select another appt time. They canceled on us and wouldn't refund our money. We told them this was ridiculous and they said they would talk to the manager and get back to us. They still have not. I wish I could say otherwise, but the whole situation was handled incredibly poorly and we still haven't been refunded.

Our family of 6 zip lined with Colton and Sydney and loved every minute! They did a wonderful job of making this first timer feel comfortable and confident! So much so, I was even able to free fall backwards by the end. I highly recommend them!!

I'm not sure why this place only has 3 stars, it was wonderful. I called and made reservations, I was the only one in my party. For $45 I got to zip line and got a USB of pictures!! It's a short course over the river, but very safe and exciting. Luke and Jake were my guides and they were knowledgeable and entertaining! If I lived closer I'd come back and bring my friends.

Sadly we went for ziplining and not open for the season yet HOWEVER we got to drive around, look at the river and made this Florida family happy as my daughter got to build her first snowman on campsite 11. Can't wait to visit again.

Highly recommend the No Name experience! Alex was a personable rafting guide. I loved all the knowledge that he shared. Yesenia was like a Guide out of a Disney movie. She gave clear instructions & really knew how to connect with the group. You guys are lucky to have them on your team. The bar tender was sweet and patient. Over all, incredible staff, good food and even better vibes.

Awesome experience.. zipline folks were great and gave us a plenty of time to adjust and learn the techniques. Totally a fun experience.

The Zipline is pretty "meh" but definitely is a good place to start if you are a beginner. The staff is VERY friendly and awesome to talk to. Shout out to - Colton, Joelle, Abby, Sam, and Tyler who took very good care of us. Our package included rafting(which I would definitely recommend). The actual "white water" part is only the beginning, so dont go into it with big expectations - that said, it was perfect for our group because we had never done it before. Our guide, Alex, is an awesome dude and had a lot of insightful things to say about the rest of journey down the river. It was really nice to be able to enjoy all of those scenic views after the intense beginning to the journey. I would definitely recommend getting Alex as your guide, but truthfully - all of the people there are awesome and seem to love their jobs.

👍👍 We visited nearly all of the places to drive to and did many of the hikes. The Sunrise Trail was more difficult but one of our favorites. It had lots of people on it but lots of places to stop and take pictures but it has a lot of elevation change. The visitors center was very nice and the video sho...
