Five stars for a fun indoor water park that is great for young kids. Four stars for cleanliness and friendly, helpful front staff. One star for having a dog-friendly hotel with no policies about barking dogs. We were kept up very late at night, and awoken very early morning, because of dogs barking incessantly. While I wouldn't stay here again, I will say that it's a fun place to stay with kids - just be prepared for barking dogs and kids running around screaming at most hours of the day.

Do not stay here if it isn't long term. The room is decent, price is high. The ice maker makes about 6 ice cubes every hour so do not expect to be able to make drinks. They don't have any ice machines to be able to accommodate this. When I called the front desk they told me to wait an hour. The tvs are tiny. If you get a room with a fireplace be aware you have to get up every 30 minutes to turn it back on. You also have to pay money to park your vehicle even if you have a room. I believe that's close to 12$. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

You guys need more parking! Non-electric vehicles fill the supercharging spots, so Teslas can’t charge. That charger is a Tesla driver’s means to get safely to their next destination and it’s not fair to let people park there. How would it feel if you were out of gas, and you pulled up and there is a Tesla blocking each gas pump? So you have to sit and wait for one to move, even if it takes hours. That’s rude isn’t it? Get some more parking! You guys make enough money for that I’m sure. This is the only supercharger I’ve visited that is consistently filled with regular cars. Not acceptable!!!

Stayed 4 days. Asked repeatedly for new towels and non ever showed. Went to the front desk and she literally told us that they didn’t have any until house keeping arrived the next day. It’s bad enough Marriott doesn’t clean the rooms while you stay. Now you can’t even get fresh towels even with Gold elite status. Loyalty apparently doesn’t even get you towels. What a joke!

Being a titanium member, we were surprised. Check-in which was at 4:00pm and we were able to check in on the app, once arriving to the hotel, we were told our room was not ready yet. At 5pm we were still unable to check into our room??? As well, the front desk staff when asked about that and other things like the copy machine in the business center downstairs, as well as why the TV went off before we checked out, seem to blame it on other circumstances rather than taking any responsibility and asking what they could do for the guest. Not used to this by Marriott standards.

Great experience, clean rooms and friendly staff. The are is nice with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Requires a nightly parking fee though, and the parking lot fills up most nights so you have to park in a more distant lot. Even if you park farther away in an adjacent lot you are still charged for the nightly parking fee. But overall a great experience, and it's dog friendly!

Tesla friendly hotel as supercharger is in its parking space. Front desk is welcoming. However, the property needs renovation. Towels are not very clean. $15 for parking in hotel’s uncovered parking lot, first time paying for uncovered parking lot in the hotel . Looks like pool

Marriott is pretty consistent with the quality of their offerings and this was no different. Room was nice, clean, and appeared new. I took one star off as their hot breakfast was pretty bad - the eggs were awful and the oatmeal was almost cold. Final thing that bumped me - there wasn’t a good place to put our suitcases. We wound up using and end table and the desktop so not optimal.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Everything was great . All the staff including house keeping was great. Hope he has to go back for work again. Highly recommended.

Very dishonest hotel. I’ve stayed a few times and it’s not a bad place when you are on the road. I called today about a discrepancy on my bill and was wondering why the price changed from when I booked my room. The lady who answered the phone was very rude about it. She said it was a parking fee that they add on later when you check out. She said it say’s on the website and I’m stupid for not reading there entire website before I book a room. Horrible way to treat customers. I won’t be staying there anymore.

We have stayed at this Residence Inn for several years in a row for skiing for a week. The quality has gone down, which is very disappointing. The staff is friendly, although at times, the front desk folks were more interested in talking to each other than the guests. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be...the waffle machine has been replaced with pre-packaged waffles. The coffee was consistently luke warm...no microwave to heat it up in the breakfast area. The evening social is non existent except for the online description. I needed an extra frying pan for meal preparation and there was none to be borrowed. In the room itself, the hot water never got hot...luke warm/cold showers. It isn't what it used to be.

Great experience here. Quite outside the room at all time of the day. Staff were friendly and welcoming too. There’s a main trail near by so it’s perfect for walking the pup in the mornings and evenings. I’m walking distance to Petco, target and quite a few other stores.

We had a wonderful stay here, starting with the very spirit of hospitality from the delightful Kira at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious, the hot tub relaxing, the breakfast good and the location so very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Super nice hotel suites. It was a great stay with our work party. We came here for a dinner and definitely want to come back again. The rooms were spacious. Super nice that the hot tub is open till 11pm. Breakfast was typical Marriott breakfast and very good

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect, loved the doors for each bedroom! Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced, but other than that, everything was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and great staff worh great views.

Kassandra was one employee that stood out to us. We are here extended stay for a couple of business trips, we had multiple encounters with employees as they are all very attentive at this hotel. Kassandra was top of the list as far as service and professional yet very kind behavior. We witnessed her being calm in a busy morning and evening rush, she is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and clean and the cleaning staff are all polite and helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely and there is ample room on the patio for many guests to enjoy at once. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE and many guests do not understand parking in such small spaces. There is no water bottle fill station and that’s a bummer too.

This hotel, including our room was extremely clean. The only issue I had, and it was a big one was the walls are paper thin. The ceiling is paper, thin very loud. And I don’t even believe anybody was meaning to be loud. The staff was very nice and upbeat. Great job at remembering faces and names which always feels good

Customer service by evening receptionist could have been better, especially in light of a loyal Bonvoy member. Absolutely unexpected at a Marriott. Felt it was a skin color or race thing compared to how others were being welcomed and greeted consistently over 2 evenings. Other staff ways great and even apologetic when I mentioned our experience. Sorry to my desi visitors if you run into her. But everything else is fine. Breakfast is just run of the mill if you are vegetarian or vegan, but that's not unusual.

We have been staying here for years and it’s always been great. On this last trip we did notice the facility maybe showing some age and in need of some sprucing up. Just small details in the rooms like worn furniture and such. Also as seems the case with a lot of the Residence Inn’s, the breakfast is getting a bit disappointing compared to how they used to be. We have stayed in the Fairfield across the street which also is nice although we think the pool at this one is a little bigger and nicer. Oh and we are gold elite members so we didn’t have this but it seemed they were going to start charging for parking? That would be a shame as it’s a large lot and in an area where nearly everyone is driving and staying with a car and it’s not covered or anything so I really hope they don’t go that route. So anyway, we enjoy this site overall and are cautiously optimistic it stays as nice as it has been.

Since we were staying over a week, we booked a suite that had an full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and microwave. It was overall a nice set up. They did serve breakfast daily (which was included) and it was a nice spread and even had gluten-free options. They charge $12 daily for parking so that stinks and they also charge for upgraded wifi which wasn't much better than the free guest wifi. Front desk seem like robots with no personality but the breakfast staff was very friendly. Pool looked green but I think it was just old and the gym is limited on equipment. Overall it was still a good stay and we would return.

Nice hotel. Went up for a night to take the kids to adventure park. Purchased the hotel package that included those tickets but at no time did it say only qualified for a minimum of 2 nights. So had to pay extra for those. They claim their Hot springs tickets are hugely discounted but it’s really only discounted by $1. They also charge you $12/ day for parking at this hotel. It is not included in the total and they take it from the deposit that isn’t mentioned if you buy online. The price you pay online isn’t the price they charge when you checkin. Now I know for next time.

Expensive but nice spot! Rooms have great amenities for families. We stayed here because it was a little chilly and wanted an indoor pool. It was much smaller than we thought by looking at the pics. Good breakfast! Front desk staff who checked us in was so rude! Check out was much better.

Spent a single evening at this hotel a number of years ago. We were coming through the Rockies (from Wyoming), passing through Glenwood Springs, on our way to Breckenridge. We had a nice stay. The rooms are the usual spacious variety that you would expect from a Residence Inn. The hotel looked newer, with a contemporary color scheme to match the Colorado surroundings. Nice to get a free buffet breakfast in the morning, and the surrounding property was clean and welcoming. Would recommend, and would definitely return.

Great hotel. Staff was way friendly every time I interacted with them. The breakfast was decent for a free continental breakfast, lots of choices. Rooms were way nice, very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Also very close to some great food and shopping. My room had an amazing mountain view as well.

Stay here every year for Ruggerfest in Aspen. Good value for the area. Clean, quiet, front desk efficient, responsive to requests. Got a Bonvoy upgrade

Great place to stay in Glenwood Springs. Love the kitchens in their rooms... Very comfortable accommodations. Service is just ok, front desk clerks are not exceptionally friendly.

Standard Residence Inn layout with refrigerator and full complement of cooking and eating utensils. Comfortable and clean with good shower left us with a restful night on our trip.

Overall, not the best experience in many ways. If you’re going to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, seriously don’t stay at this Marriott. This is our second issue in a row staying at different Marriotts and I think we’re just done giving Marriott more chances. The rooms were clean enough and that’s about all that I can say that was nice about our stay. Having an issue arise at a hotel is never enjoyable. Having the representative at the desk be rude and devoid of both compassion and any willingness to help, that’s just infuriating. We are very polite and friendly people, so when met with rude service, it really stands out. We first asked about parking and were treated as if we’d asked something insulting or out of the ordinary. We had an electric vehicle and were simply trying to find out if we could use the electric charging spots. The woman at the desk seemed pained to have to explain anything to us, and interrupted us on multiple occasions. Even though it was just for a night, we stayed in what should have been a nice extended stay room and ended up being a handicap room with barely any internet service. When inquiring about the internet service, we were explaining that neither the paid wifi or the free wifi were working. The woman at the desk then informed us that the paid service wasn’t working and continued telling us to use the free wifi despite us saying it wasn’t working. Then she told me to restart my computer. After i finally explained that I had tried restarting my computer several times already, she said “well, it’s worked for me all shift” and offered us nothing else. We asked about why we were given that handicap room and wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake and that we weren’t taking it from anyone who needed it. Also with hopes of maybe changing to a room with better internet service. We were told in a rude tone that it’s “all that’s left and that’s all you could be given”. We didn’t book our room last minute or anything either. They could have managed our expectations up-front at check-in and had the information for us instead of acting annoyed that we had questions or issues. The views outside the hotel were great. The experience inside the hotel was anything but great.

Best stay ever at Glenwood Spring! Staffs are friendly and very nice. Room is so clean and big. Their breakfast is the best. It was good enough to recover after 7 hours hiking. Willing to visit again

We have been staying at this hotel for 8 years, we come yearly for our family trip. However this will be our last year staying at this hotel. This year we were treated very poorly and we could tell instantly something had changed. We had a stream of issues but two stood out the most. First, we had to purchase our own blankets for the bedding for the couch because the hotel had none to give us. The couch bed had zero sheets or blankets and when we called to get some we were told there were no blankets. We asked nicely what we were supposed to do and the lady at the front desk who was very rude was like we have no blankets to give out because house keeping left us nothing. We can give you more sheets but you need to come down to get them. So we went to the target and purchased a blanket. Also, we had zero toilet paper and called twice to get some and it never came so we purchased that as well. That was just few of our multiple problems.

No maid service provided without 24 hour notice but we were not advised of this upon check in. Incredibly rude and unacommodating staff.. Day manage told me to "GO TO YOUR ROOM" when asking out the services. They did however give me the supplies so that I could clean my own room.

Been here for 3 months now, friendly housekeeping, front desk is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is adequate. I will say that dog owners here don't seem to think they need to leash their dog, I did see an off leash dog run up and be attacked by a leashed dog. That's more up to stupid and irresponsible dog owners letting their animal run amuck though, not the hotel staff.

I’ve been here for almost two months (travel RN) and I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciate the front desk and housekeeping employees (and everyone behind the scenes)! Friendly faces, prompt help and great thorough room cleans (*don’t forget to ask for a room cleaning 24 hours in advance) have been . *I advise you to bring a small amount of cleaning supplies in case you forget to schedule a room clean* To those who are complaining about being surprised about the overnight parking rate— there are signs all over the hotel and parking lot that states this. *If you don’t want to pay, there are very simple solutions - like parking across the street by the strip mall*
