PLEASE STAY ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR HEALTH & CLEANLINESS! This hotel room was maybe the worst stay I’ve had. There were ants in the bathroom, which I overlooked at first as the space seemed okay otherwise (didn’t have to much time to examine it). I was exhausted & my lungs were flaring up out of no where so I decided to sleep as check in was so late. In the morning I woke up to shower after the hot springs & the shower had mold all over the inside of the curtain. Multiple large spots of dark mold that clearly took time to develop. The photos I took were with the curtain closed, as I didn’t want to inhale any more mold particles from the larger spots of mold in the middle of the curtain. Keep in mind the bathroom is small & is located 2 feet from the bed you sleep in. No wonder my breathing issues were flared during my stay. The hotel has completely refused to offer even a discount for this even after providing photos. They are perfectly okay to have you sleep next to mold & charge you $240 a night to do so. Please for your health & cleanliness stay elsewhere. The bed was also very stiff & uncomfortable, and during check in/out the staff was rude & cold.

A lot of the reviews on here are what got me to book at this place and I regret booking here. As soon as we got in our room our room was very dirty with hair on the bathroom floor everywhere. The building is very old and not very quiet. People with sound sensitivities should not stay here as I'm very sound sensitive and was triggered the entire time from hearing our neighbors and traffic sounds. They do not have fire retardant curtains like they should and the curtains are extremely dirty. The kitchenette was very nice to have, they have a microwave and a mini fridge with a small kitchen sink. Though they have a continental breakfast they don't have very many gluten free options for those that are celiac like me. I'm glad I brought my own cereal. The building is old and the plumbing is terrible, the toilet could barely even flush with only water. The water pressure in the building is terrible, worse than usual hotels. The only huge benefit to staying here is it's close to a lot of the attractions and within walking distance to downtown, the hot springs and plenty of restaurants. It's also only about a mile away from the adventure park lift entrance. It's good for the price kind of, but I'd probably see if other places are available in the area first. The people working seem nice, they did check in on if we needed more of anything but I would take everything into consideration before staying here.

We stayed overnight here while traveling around CO. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to downtown. The room was in good condition and very clean. My only complaint was there is no coffee maker in the room nor is there any coffee available in the lobby. Realizing that after we arrived, I got a take out coffee the night before and reheated it in the microwave to get myself going in the morning. It is a decent place for the price.

Nice, reasonably priced, clean hotel. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast included a waffle-maker and hard-boiled eggs (still warm!) and what looked like a good selection of donuts along with the usual oatmeal, bagels and toast, plus yogurt. No problems at all. Centrally located, close to hot springs and the adventure park, which was a blast.... the Alpine Coaster might be the best ride I've ever been on. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, amenities, staff. Glenwood Springs Inn has it all. The guest room was comfortable, clean, updated and quiet. The staff was exceptional in terms of their responsiveness and presence on the property. We really appreciated the secure car charging stations on the property. We were able to walk to restaurants, the Hot Springs Pool, parks and river trails. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Clean. Safe. Affordable. Our rooms were clearly recently renovated, the bathrooms were sparkling clean. And it’s a good walking distance from everything. The room was fairly small but for two adults it was exactly what we needed. I really loved that the staff reaches out via text to ask if you need anything!

Enjoyable two night stay. Great location, convenient parking right outside our room. Clean and fresh room, comfortable bed and bedding. Friendly and informative staff, owners available and very responsive to needs/questions about area. Just what we were looking for: a basic room with small refrigerator and microwave, a spotless bathroom, fluffy towels. Right around the corner from Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, with more reasonable rates and discount day passes to the resort pools.

Nothing but perfect, it's just perfect. Everything is great. From the front desk to the last corner in the bathroom everything is clean and neat. Front desk young lady is wonderful. Beds are so wonderful!!! PD: rooms are not huge, but to me are we perfect

I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and it's a great location. Short drive or even walkable to restaurants/shops and hot springs.

This was a very nice stay. The room was clean, the receptionist was very friendly and sent us a discount code to use at the adventure park. It is very easy to get in and out of the property and get around town, and it is conveniently right off the highway. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay - rooms were clean and cozy. The heater unit in one of the rooms didn't seem to turn off in the "off mode" so our kids were hot at night, but it's better than being cold on a freezing November night! Breakfast was average- donuts, muffins, toast, cereals, and waffles. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was central; however, thr rooms facing the main road were pretty noisy. We also wished that curtains could block the light a little more. Overall,a very pleasant experience.

Combining the charm of its historical roots with the finesse of modern luxury, this hotel offers an experience like no other I've encountered. Clean. Safe. Affordable. Our rooms were clearly recently renovated, the bathrooms were sparkling clean. And it’s a good walking distance from everything. The room was fairly small but for two adults it was exactly what we needed. I really loved that the staff reaches out via text to ask if you need anything!

Perfect little motel. Stunning view, super clean, and friendly staff. Very safe and quiet. We really liked the location; everything you need is a walk or short drive away. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. Absolutely loved it.

Inside, the rooms needed fresh paint. There were signs to not use the good towels for removing makeup, instead use their "cleaning" towels. You would be charged if you stained their towels. The cleaning towels were tattered. The tub/shower had no safety grips on the floor so I threw down a towel on the tub floor to avoid slipping. The various soap dispenser buttons were hard to push in order to dispense any liquid. Shuttle to and from the train station was appreciated but it was someone's personal vehicle and had child car seats that had to be moved; the car was in need of repair inside and out. The continental breakfast was adequate at best and only open from 7:00 to 9:00. There were 2 charging stations for EV which was nice but anyone could park there, even if you weren't a registered guest and even if you didn't have an EV. Burnt out light bulbs needed replaced in the room and the debris needed cleaned out from the light globes. I think the request to be environmentally friendly and not have clean linens daily was an excuse. I should have taken photos so prove what I am saying about the place.

Service was great at the front desk, staff was super friendly and helpful. However, everything about the room is really terrible. It was unclean, and the bed was the most rock solid slab I have ever slept on, with very "worn in" old pillows. The rooms feel very dated, like they haven't been updated since 1997. Continental breakfast is just stale cereal and a few donuts, so plan on eating in town (which is fine, continentals are never great, but still a little disappointing). All in all, way overpriced for what you get. If they updated the rooms to be better, I would come back, but for the time being I think next time I will just stay at a big chain hotel in the area, sad as it is to say.

Our family and relatives have stayed here for over 20 years. We choose Glenwood Springs Inn because of tradition. Pros: Great staff, very clean. Great location. Cons: Rooms have some upgrades in the bathrooms, but overall rooms are dated. The beds were VERY outdated and uncomfortable. This was a biggie because a bad night sleep ruins the next day. Bottom line: in June 2023 during the week, rooms were over $200 a night. For this price there are much better options. Sadly this is likely our last stay here ☹️

Close to everything if you are willing to walk, which I am. Tequila's, which has great food, is right across the street. It's super affordable for Glenwood Springs. I asked for a room with a bathtub and it was deep and lovely so be forewarned that if you want that, you have to request it in advance because not all the rooms have them. I didn't get up for the complimentary breakfast and walked to the Bluebird in town anyway because they have great tea. The bed was clean and comfortable. Oh, the cable was awful so I was glad I had a book. I do like staying at the Hotel Colorado but it's so expensive and there's a lot to do in Glenwood Springs so the room wasn't really that important for me as a solo traveler.

Rooms are basic, clean, and have a nice big bathroom. I appreciate the big bottles of product in a secured pump for shampoo, soap, and body wash. This is so much better than wasting a full bar or mini bottle. Windows on both sides allowed me to get a great cross wind. The towels are a bit thin but clean and absorbent. Super friendly and easy check in. This is walking distance to the pool, to the old town, and to restaurants.

Exceptionally clean! Although this motel appears old school on the exterior, the nice sized rooms appear to be recently upgraded. Nice paint, window treatments, although carpeted in bed area, ours appeared very clean! Great lighting above both mirrors, and comfy, clean upholstered chairs were things I appreciated. I didn't realize there was a breakfast area the first morning, and we walked across the street for breakfast... But when we cut through the breezeway on our way back, we saw the sign on a door, walked into the spacious room and saw breakfast was being served. Waffles for the making were the only hot item available (unless instant oatmeal was there) but again, clean, spacious, friendly attendant were high points for me! If you looking for reasonable pricing, short walk to downtown or hot springs pool, (.6 miles or less to any place we ate across the river), super clean, well maintained, friendly staff.... This checked all those boxes for us.

Our stay was nearly perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple, but the coffee was hot, and there is a lovely Bavarian restaurant adjacent to the hotel for hot breakfast options. The rooms were comfortable. The only things we wish had been provided in the rooms were a non-slip mat for the shower and a small coffee maker. The location is convenient to everything Glenwood Springs has to offer, and we look forward to staying here again during our next visit.

The place is an old motel that has been renovated. There is a volleyball court and playground on site. Hot springs is just as advertised, about a 6 minute walk. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms are quiet. Good family place.

Clean. Nice layout of the rooms. I really like the pop open windows. The tiny one in the bathroom is too cute. The only downside was the side of the tub is really high. I imagine that someone older than myself with balance problems would have trouble, otherwise, wonderful.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect. We rode the train up and did not have a car, so location was on point. The room was nice and breakfast was good. Simple waffles, cereal, doughnuts, and juice. People were very kind.

This place is very convenient to the pools, the gondola and downtown. The room was very clean and modern. The only thing we weren't wild about was the continental breakfast. It lacked in our opinion. That being said, I would still return there. Also, they had a charger for my car. Nice! Steve and Vicki G.

Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the stay! The room was clean and updated with good quality finishings. Everything worked well and the staff was very friendly! The only complaint I had was the water pressure was quite low, but honestly not a huge deal especially with how nice everything else was and how reasonably priced the stay was. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Also got 10% off at Glenwood Caverns here!

The Inn is in a great spot...we could walk downtown and get to everything really easy. Even though the room was not ready when we checked it, got the keys but it was still being cleaned, the lady preparing the room was so kind and allowed us to put stuff in the room. Breakfast was simple and that was just fine.... they have waffles! Check in and out was fast and the little kitchen area was a plus.

Great location and place to stay in Glenwood Springs. The Queen room was very spacious and clean. Check-in was easy and informative. Bed was comfortable and there were nice blankets, if needed. I would definitely stay again if in the area, which is highly likely at the town looks like it would be fun to explore further.

Good, clean, basic hotel with comfy beds. Decent continental breakfast with lots of choices. Worst part was the terrible coffee. Great place to stay other than that. Very convenient to downtown and hot springs.

Stayed for one night for my birthday weekend. The room is alright. The location is great! However, there were a lot of bugs coming into the room when we open the door at night. We stayed spring break of 2022. There were a lot of bugs which drove me insane. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, coffee, basic pastry, yogurt, organge juice.

This is a nice hotel and its location is close to everything for us. We could walk to places to eat. We did our laundry.....very convenient. I would recommend this to people. The price for the room was reasonable and they didn't raise the price on the weekends. These people are very fair.

The bed is more comfortable than some high-end hotels I've stayed in! The sheets are soft, too. There's a fridge, a microwave, everything is spotlessly clean, and the water gets good and hot in the shower. There's even charging stations for your EV. For a fairly basic motel, I am pretty impressed.

Our room was clean. We had no issues during our stay. I got exactly what I paid for and I'm happy with that. My family had a great time in Glenwood and that was assisted by the fact that I didn't spend $1500 on a hotel room for a 3 night stay. The shower water pressure was great, the a/c worked great, and the beds slept great. There was breakfast every morning until 9. If you miss that Rosie's is right next door. They have great food and great Bloody Mary's.
