Showed up for reservation on Saturday (through Monday). Despite my having a confirmation email (and the app currently showing my correct reservation) that my reservation wasn't until the following day and they had no rooms. Didn't seem like they were going to help at all until I pointed out that I was a Diamond member. Front desk called someone who instructed them to call a local hotel and get me a room, which they did. The room, despite being at a generally nicer hotel was an single queen interior room (i.e. no windows to the outside) with a tiny bathroom (the sink had to be in the bedroom), and just was generally not even close to the room I booked (king w/ study). Showed up the next evening and the same front desk clerk was there. At first he didn't remember us, but then he did and asked how our other room was. When I told him honestly how I felt about it (like above), he basically said that's too bad and continued to check us in. Didn't get offered waters or snacks. He may have said the word "sorry" at some point during all this, but I honestly don't remember because if he did, it wasn't sincere at all. Woke up the next morning to the receipt in my email. Somehow they managed to charge me the higher rate for that night (what should have been my Saturday night rate for my reservation that "didn't exist") instead of the lower Sunday night rate. The front desk clerk (Tom this time) was helpful and managed to get that corrected, but it was like an extra slap in the face on what had honestly been one of my worst experiences in dealing with a Hilton properties the last 10 years.

Great πŸ‘ location. Great Service. Great amenities. We were so happy to find hot tub in here. The rooms were ery spacious compared to other Hampton Inns that we have been. The breakfast options were also great. We are so happy that we found Hilton Group Hotel in Glenwood Springs.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The only two things I would give critical grades to is that the swimming pool was green - I would not have swam in it. The other is that there was very little choice for gluten-free diet for the breakfast choices.

The room was fine. The pool was so gross and completely unusable. It was bright green. You don't get wifi at all unless you pay for it. The bathroom doors are not easy to open or close so if you have a disability, beware. The breakfast was amazing. I feel like my stay at a Super 8 motel for $50 a night was better than here. Staff was very kind.

For a Hampton Inn, the beds are unacceptable. The front desk person told me they had ordered new beds prior to Covid and they have never shown up. This is a reasonable excuse, however when you are dropping between $240 and $315 per night depending on the day, you want a bed that has some sort of softness. The mattress was so worn out that I had to move to the couch in the room which was actually pretty comfy, but too small to stretch out on. I ended up snagging a last-minute available room next door at the Holiday Inn Express for the rest of the week and that bed was like a cloud! This is not typical of a Hampton Inn but again for the price they are charging, it's completely unacceptable. Try for the HIE next door if you want to sleep better. WAY better.

I want to start by saying that I agree 100% that Sally the GM is professional and courteous. However, I am baffled by the possibility that anyone anywhere would have a positive thing to say about this hotel. I travel quite a bit and never have I stayed anywhere that I thought was an actual health hazard. This hotel should be gutted, condemned or burned to the ground and rebuilt. Suffice it to say there was clear biohazard and many many stains of questionable origin on everything - mattresses, lampshades, floors, curtains. A pile of trash was stuffed into the pull out couch. Our room looked and smelled like a crime scene that had yet to be cleaned up. The hotel handled my concerns with respect and did right by us as paying guests but this hotel has no business renting rooms to anyone. I packed up everything we wore while in the room into a sealed bag that I took home to wash in bleach and sanitize - that is how sure I am there were airborne and other pathogens. Do not stay here. The owners need to completely renovate this hotel from top to bottom before it will be a safe place for anyone to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Glenwood Springs. The freshly remodeled hotel was very welcoming. The room and common areas were all clean, the beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was great! All of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be friendly. We will absolutely return for another stay!

They have fixed the elevator, the water heaters, and ventilations to each room. I will give this hotel a 5 star review if they do the following: They should do a quality room check before guess check in. My room's (305) tub and sink weren't draining correctly, the over head lamp in the bathroom wasn't functioning, the AC/Heating unit was tripped, wall paper is pealing in the bathroom, and a couple of lamp shades are broken. They should replace old wall papers. They should change the carpet. All in all, I was pleased with the customer care and service, even though the discount they gave me for having issues with my room, wasn't up to par. The cleaning staff were great! Front desk young lady, Dulce, was an amazing hostess. The breakfast was good. The maintenance person, Cesar, was friendly and efficient at fixing some of the issues with my room. I look forward to staying here again, as a valued Hilton Honors member, I will continue to be a loyal customer. I only hope that they take my review seriously and brings this up to at least one more star next time I visit Glenwood Springs.

Arriving to check in was not the best considering the unprofessional receptionist at the front counter. I called to ask if there were any rooms available they said yes that we can get in immediately to unload and put our bags away. shortly after I gave her my card to reserve said room, she told me I had to wait an hour and a half to even see if there was a room available. Considering the fact we are on a schedule we went back out and came back. Although there is no call or confirmation that the room was available we came back to check in 2 hours later thankfully there was a room available. The following morning We arrived for breakfast around 8 AM, there were already limited vegetarian options available, and both waffle makers were out of service.so we figured we'd do muffins or bagels and it was all gone. When we kindly asked the lady for help to replenish, her response was find something else. Disappointed with this unprofessional attitude.we did just that and left. No compensation or reimbursement. If you count on breakfast included and a happy receptionist to start your stay, this place Is not for you.

This is a nice Hampton Inn, conveniently located along I 70 in Central Colorado. We booked two rooms here, both of them were above average for Hampton Inn. The breakfast was also above average. This is a busy tourist area and the price was also above average. If you’re planning on staying and doing stuff in the area, I would definitely recommend them.

Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are showing wear. The mattresses are ancient and you can hear them creak. Hundreds of people have probably slept in these beds. The toilet runs and runs, and rooms have cleanliness issues. Found someone's sock on the arm of the couch when I arrived, and the desk was sticky from not being wiped down.

We recently stayed at this hotel, While the rooms were perfect and the location is excellent , our overall stay was disappointing due to our experience at the breakfast bar. We arrived for breakfast around 8:45-9 AM, and to our dismay, there were already limited vegetarian options available, and both waffle makers were out of service. We had hoped to enjoy some bakery items, but they were completely depleted. Surprisingly, there was still more than an hour left for breakfast service. When we kindly asked the lady responsible for maintaining the breakfast area to replenish the bakery items, her response was shockingly rude. She bluntly told us that they had run out and asked us to eat something else. Disappointed with this unprofessional attitude, I had to escalate the issue to the reception desk who made her make it. They eventually brought out the bakery items 30 minutes later, but unfortunately, they were overcooked. Furthermore, not only were the bakery items unavailable, but even basics like milk and other essentials ran out, and we had to make repeated requests for refills. It's puzzling why items that were still available in the kitchen were not promptly restocked, especially with more than an hour remaining for breakfast service. In summary, the breakfast area clearly deserves a better server who can ensure a more pleasant and accommodating experience for guests.

View of the colorful mountains are unbelievable from the hotel room. Food variety for the breakfast buffet is really good. I feel refreshed after a warm bath and well rested and ready for the next stop somewhere. Colorado gateway is exactly what a good doctor will prescribe!

Great location, can walk to Iron Mountain and Glenwood hot springs pools. We got to bring our dog along for fall break as well. Kids love the pool and breakfast. Back patio is a beautiful secluded place! We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the road. Road noise was loud. Room heat/cool units are also incredibly loud. Pool needed to be cleaned, workout room was great.

Great location, clean rooms, fair price. Most importantly, amazing service. Particularly Tyler at the front desk went way out of his way to help with or stay and everything that goes along with traveling with kids. THANKS YOU!

Horrible. Will never recommend this hotel under any circumstances. We had to switch rooms for the 2nd night, which was minimally better!! The mattresses felt like a WW2 cot and that's with Ambien on board. The rooms were very loud with the proximity of the hotel being so close to the street. The pool and hot rub, well there was no way I would stick my legs it much less other body parts. Long story short- 2 days very little sleep!! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more just don't stay here. They got my money and that is all they care about!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was helpful and made me feel welcome. Especially the desk lady (sorry I never got her name) who was usually there in the morning and the kitchen lady, Erika. They never made me feel awkward or bothersome if I had an issue with something. In fact, they were very empathetic and worked with me. The desk lady helped me switch out the refrigerator and microwave in my room when they weren't working right. And Erika helped me feel at home any time I saw her. Thank you for the wonderful stay for 3+ months.

Fantastic team, great check-in experience, spotless rooms, and first time to see a room set up with 3 queen beds. Great breakfast selection. If you ever plan to visit the Glenwood Hot Springs this is the place to stay. Well done team

Great option. We had a large room with 3 queen beds as well as a table that we stayed up late playing cards at. Good air circulation, and I loved my bed, nice and comfy. Decent breakfast that included your normal waffle station, but they had cinnamon waffle mix! πŸ˜‹

Older rooms that need many upgrades, water damage visible, I notice a brown stain on the wall near the toilet(not sure if it’s lol), old washing machine and dryer, old hvac unit. Bed was comfy, old tv programming . Good location friendly staff.

The staff at this location was very accommodating with our needs whenever we stayed here passing through the area! Very good and honest folks which makes it easier being on the road. Will certainly stay here again next time we are in town

This is a great hotel and we were very happy with our stay. Tyler at the front desk went above and beyond in customer service. The hotel interior was modern and everything was clean. I will definitely book here again.

The location was great because you're in the middle of both springs and very close drive to the bars. Tyler was great upon check in which he gave us a local spot to go to. The breakfast had a great selection and coffee was great. The room was clean and ready for me when I came in. The bed isn't mattress foam or anything, but firm spring bed. I recommend this hotel.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was great! Over the Christmas holiday they still served hot breakfast at adjusted hours. We used the lobby common space to have our dinners in a group and play games. The staff were friendly and helpful! We saw a mouse… but nothing else. The rooms were nice and clean, just think our king bed may have had a queen sheet lol. From our hotel we were able to walk to most things as well!

Free breakfast and clean rooms. Nothing new/special as a hotel, but was given the best morning walk recommendation at the front desk. Friendly staff turned my 4-star experience to a 5.

Tyler the hotel manager has a hostile attitude. When trying to rebook my room for another night I was aggravated that they could not extend my room and needed me to check into another room. Tyler ensured to question everything I said twice. And speak in a condescending tone about how he was sold out. He took what could have been an opportunity to deescalate an aggravated client but instead took the opportunity to be unprofessional. Tyler does not deserve to work in customer service or in hospitality.

Great hotel! Located right outside of downtown. Surrounded by the beautiful red rock mountains. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Typical options, but they also had fresh fruit. Coffee and tea available in the lobby was a great bonus. Didn’t use the indoor pool. Lots of parking outside.

The staff was the best. They answered all my questions and gave me helpful pointers. The breakfast had something for all my picky eaters. The room was very clean.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean enough. The mattresses are horrible though! 2 night stay and my back was not happy. They are outdated and you can literally feel the springs with every moment. Woke up grumpy and not well rested.

Had broken bulb of the night stand lamp, informed the front desk the first day, after 24 hours still not replaced, and the front desk even lied that maintenance has already replaced the bulb when asked. The worst is that I booked and paid full through expedia.com. Returned the key, was told everything all set. However, they charged me again. I am double charged, will call to get my money back.

This hotel is awesome. I stay here everytime I go through or to Glenwood. The staff are always super helpful and I've never been to a cleaner hotel. Even the ones with the "higher rating" Housekeeping and staff here need a raise cuz they're making your place phenomenal and I love it here. Thanks for another clean comfortable stay for my kids and I.

Rooms were clean except for a long gray hair on the faucet handle then the lamps all were loose and falling apart then thermostat and ac/heater unit did not work at tall then clock by bed was broke and worst of all the beds were so old and loose the slid side to side and felt like they were going to fall apart and they made all kinds of noise against the wall for the next room over to hear any time I moved or sat on bed... Staff were nice and all else fine but room very sloppy! Not what I expect as a Diamond member at 350 dollars per night!
