Good food, nice but inexperienced staff, dirty. There seems to be one competent guy there. I am hoping all the time they are saving not cleaning the dining area means the kitchen is super clean.

This was probably the worst Culver’s I’ve eaten at. It was a really bad experience. I have learned to expect a lot from the other Culver’s I’ve attended. This Culver’s was very dirty. There were tons of spider webs everywhere. The condiment section was horrible. The staff was very short. Only one girl was actually working the others were standing around. They were standing around instead of cleaning? Just a bad experience. I’m not sure if this is a management issue? This Culver’s give a bad reputation to the entire Culver’s chain. It was simply a disappointment. I try to leave positive reviews, but there really wasn’t anything positive in my experience. From the simple repairs such as the doors not even closing to the spiderwebs and mess to the staff were short with me and just standing around, I cannot recommend this Culver’s.

Highly disappointed by this location. I've been to a ton of Culver's and this was by far the most disappointing. My burger was cold, the cheese clearly just came out of the fridge and was tossed on the burger patties. The fires had to have been sitting for at least an hour. Employees could care less. Bummer to have that experience.

This place was busy but gross. Nice menu to choose from. Friendly staff. All the tables were dirty. They don't clean the dining room much.

We were two Wisconsinites on a cross country move to California, resigned to giving up our favorite burger place, when we saw the sign for this Culver's from the highway and swerved toward the exit. Burgers, fries, and custard are just as good as they are back in Wisconsin. Only wish we were hungry enough to have some cheese curds. Also tried some Culver's coffee for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Definitely a great place to stop and eat!

*Dinning room was a disaster* horrible customer. Fry's not the freshest. Curds over cooked Cold burger. Whole staff besides one guy totally unimpressed they had to work. Tired of poor customer service at Culvers.

It's fast food and mostly teenagers working here I think a lot of people except there to be a 3 star gourmet chef in the back. Food was good, restaurant was really clean, staff was attentive and friendly. Over all good place. The only thing is MELT THE CHEESE! Every single time I come her to get a burger the cheese is cold and straight out of the fridge. This is the only location that has that issue every time. You gotta melt that cheese!

I really like Culver's. I have been to many Culver's across the country and they are consistent in the quality of food and service. Always very good. Will definitely be back.

This is the only Culvers to serve me nasty fish ever. It has happened twice. Our order was forgotten about on one visit so when it finally came it was soaked through the breading and gross. Cold fries also gross. On the next visit it was thick greasy breading that I have never experienced at any Culvers. Nevermind the the nasty old oil it was cooked in. This store does not represent the quality Culvers is known for.

Food tasted good. many of our orders were wrong but they corrected everything. They ran out of a flavor that some of the kids wanted. Staff could use a bit of training but in the end we let satisfied.

This place always has a good atmosphere. It's clean, it's tidy, and the employees are typically nice and smiling. Food is amazing but today it took abnormally long to get. Still rating 5 stars because the food and the ladies cheerfulness and demeanor made up for the long wait time.

Good hamburger and fries. Person who brought food to sort of quickly "dumped" tray on table and left. Overall though, it was good and well prices. This Culver's does bot serve tater tots in case you needed to know.

This Culver’s is very poorly managed. I placed an order for a burger and fries at the drive through at 8:38pm and it wasn’t brought out until 9:00pm. Asked for a side of ranch but they forgot it, which happens pretty consistently. There’s probably only 3 reliable workers there.

The food here is really yummy. My order was correct, quick and very delicious. There was a short wait but the quality made it all the more worthwhile. Fresh ingredients made for a really pleasurable dining experience and I'd recommend this place for any sandwich enthusiast. I didn't have the custard this go around but it to is super delectable.

We stopped here with our family of 5 for a "quick" meal on our way out of town. When we ordered, there were at least 10 people waiting for their take out orders. The workers were confused and continued to get everyone's order wrong. Because the service was so slow and they ended up getting our order wrong, we probably spent close to 40 minutes here waiting for our to-go bag of food. The restaurant and restrooms were unclean as well. The food ended up being very good, but I don't think we will choose Culver's again.

We really like Culver’s and since we don’t have one in Grand Junction, we try to stop by for a snack on the way to somewhere… today it was on the way to Denver! 🥳

The menu was a little difficult and vague about their combos, but the cashier was very knowledgeable and able to help us with what we wanted. The only thing is that they forgot our shakes and accidentally gave me two knives for my salad instead of a fork. So service was a 4.5. The food was great and those shakes delicious.

The only reason I gave it one star is because the people working there were nice. My burger was gross... It was actually cold when I received it (after a 15 minute wait in the parking lot) and the cheese was not even melted. The fries were cold too. First time here.

Holy hell! Read my reviews, they're all positive. Ive been to several Culver's locations and it's craveably good, but this one, the food could not be worse. Ordered a mushroom Swiss butter burger. It arrived without mushrooms, was so lukewarm that it couldn't even melt the cheese, one bun was griddle warmed whereas the top bun was not, the meat was thin, not seasoned. The fries were barely warm. Worst food experience I've had in a long time.

Yesterday we went to Culver's for dinner after Glenwood Springs Hot Springs. This place was incredible and big and more room for the parking lots. Better than Grand Junction's new Culver's! So, my friends and I are deaf and we ordered dinners. People who works there are stunning incredible!! Very friendly and respectful. Those food were really good! Especially ice cream mixer! ;) (me - Oreo and espresso ice cream mixer) (my wife and friend - hot caramel ice cream mixer).... sooooooooooo good. Thank you for everything you guys! We all appreciate this a lot. We'll definitely come back for sure!! Hope to see you guys again!

Terrible taste and not warm food. We went to the drive thru Friday night at 8pm and had awful food. My burger was almost not warm. And the other meal was a chicken sandwich that was more rubber than chicken. Our malts were way to sweet and not mixed well. The fries were hot and yummy. But on the small side of portions. $23 for two of us. One fry. Two small malts/ shakes. Not the worst pricing but the bummer is that the food was not good at all. Also not greeted for over 5 mins after we pulled up to the window. Just watched the two people in the window moving around like they were working. Not going back even if I was gifted a free gift card. This place is gross.

Two stars only because the $95 worth of FOOD was alright but the Customer Service here is completely trash ! The “lady” with short black hair working at the window on 10/2 is so unprofessional. I do apologize we did have a decently large order for our family who just got into town at 9:30pm but closing time shows 10pm and we showed up 20 min before waiting for our order to be taken. But not only were we missing meals but had 7 drinks just handed until we asked for a drink carrier. We apologized and tried to tip her which was ignored. This was our first time and last time going to Culver’s with this experience. The food might be okay but no way with that way of customer service.

First time dining at this location. Service was quick during a busy lunch hour. Hamburgers were not greasy and the fries were warm and crispy. Will visit again when in the Glenwood area.

It was okay. They didn't give us several items in our order even though we paid for them. They didn't read our order back and also missed a couple items when ordering. Then also didn't get sauces for our food. Food was just ok. Burgers were thin and dry. It was reasonably priced but not worth returning.

I Love Culver's and it's. Spot I normally stop to grab a quick delicious meal at when traveling. This one is unfortunately stricken with minimal staff.. So if your expectations of fast food are high you'll be disappointed. You'll wait. We spend 15min last night parked in drive through waiting w 7 other cars for our food. The lobby was closed at 7pm. The food was not disappointing. Just took forever. I do give credit to the 4 employees working their butts off though.

This restaurant blurrs the line between fast food and a high end burger joint. Amazing food, clean, fast service, and clear menus. By far one of the best burgers I've ever had. I have no idea how they managed to fit this into a 10 dollar price tag. It's some kind of magic.

For "fast food" it wasn't very fast and was pretty expensive. For two orders of chicken strips and fries we spent $20. They weren't bad, and tasted ok. Certainly not twenty bucks delicious... for twenty dollars and ten minutes of waiting we could have at least consistently salted the fries....

Absolutely horrendous! Came here on a band trip 2 days ago and it gave me the WORST food poisoning I ever had, and all of my classmated also hated the food. I got the veghie burger. 2 stars because the custard was at least yummy. Literally though, the food poisoning was debilitating, especially when I was teying to perform.

The best fast food burgers! Wish we had one in Grand Junction! They also have really good cheese curds! However we, ordered two of our burgers with bacon and they didn't put it on.

A pit stop going home and glad we did it. Food was fresh and the staff very friendly. It’ll be a regular stop for us moving forward. Keep up the great work!

There’s usually plenty of Truck Parking across the street all day long, and sometimes at night too. There’s a 7 11 next door making this a pretty good place to stop if you’re a Trucker. The Cod Fish and Fries is very good. In the waiting area there’s a freezer with mint chip ice cream in pint containers that’s awesome.

Great people: Ryan took my order was extremely courteous and delivered my food with expert care Great food: my Reuben was steaming hot with melted cheese and the fries were crisped to perfection. I still think it’s the valleys best fast food option period. However it tastes way better than your “average” fast food joints. I’ll be back!
