HOSPITAL FROM HELL!! Appalling aftercare 6 weeks ago following my op. I wish I had seen the google reviews prior to my stay as I would have never stayed here!! They left me in bed with little care half naked, no food, dirty and freezing cold all night and overdosed me. The nurse blew a vein which was excruciating as well as many other things. despite me telling them how unwell i felt to the point i could hardly stand and felt dizzy and sick they wanted me out at 10am for the bed back. I ended up collapsing and being so unwell. Raised the complaint with the hospital manager "Cathy" who takes no ownership and refuses to acknowledge any of this occurred and i am still waiting for their complaints procedure which i am yet to receive. Their priority is to take the cash and is not patient care. Reception staff and some staff very unfriendly and uncaring, not what i would have expected from a private hospital. Very unprofessional. Be warned.

I had the best surgery mastopexy with implants ever. From beginning I remember I was very skeptical about the size of my breast..but after 2 weeks my implants were settled as usual process and guys trust me, now after one month and half i have the best perfect breast ever. The doctor is the kindest and very professional, make you feel comfortable to talk with any kind of issues.I seriously strongly recommend Dr.Marcellino and all equipe that cooperate with him to make your dream come true with the excellent result. I was in this hospital on Thursday 7 January 2021 for a breast augmentation. I am very satisfied with the care and cleanliness I received. very good anesthetized and also the doctor fiumara! wonderful medical staff! after the operation they checked me every 10/15 minutes! 100% recommended❤️

Had my surgery in January of this year here and it was fantastic. Dr Marcellino was very kind and understanding and made me feel at ease. He visited me after my surgery and the post-op check ups have been consistent and there have been no complications. Very happy with my experience here.

I had a breast reduction and uplift in July 2022. When I walked into the hospital I was greeted by the receptionist who gave me a warm welcome and had me fill out the relevant forms. I was taken to my room along with my boyfriend who was planning on staying with me throughout the day for support. I met several nurses who were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel safe and comfortable. The anaesthesiologist especially made me laugh (he could probably tell I was a nervous wreck!) and I was thankful for his kind demeanour. When I went down for my surgery I was extremely anxious but every staff member I came across was very helpful and friendly. When I woke up after surgery I was balling my eyes out and unfortunately couldn't keep any food or water down for most of the day. The nurses kept giving me painkillers and anti-sickness and they were very quick in coming to my room when I rang the bell. The food was excellent although I just couldn't eat much! Throughout the night I was checked on several times and the night nurse made me feel very comfortable and like I wasn't alone which was a nice feeling considering it was my first surgery. When I was discharged from the hospital one of the nurses helped me gather my things and carried my bag out to my boyfriend's car. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at The London Welbeck Hospital and despite other people's reviews I would highly recommend cosmetic procedures there. The nurses are very attentive and always made sure I was feeling okay. The only negative was that I did inform them that my boyfriend would be there to support me so they could have had more comfortable seats in the room as he was there for 10+ hours!

I had my surgery here over the past weekend, I stayed for one night. The room was very nice and comfortable, Arabanta who cared for me after was absolutely lovely and made me feel very relaxed, as did all the staff, the anaesthetist put me at ease as i was really scared. I don't usually leave reviews but I just wanted to give my thanks once more. You're all amazing

I had an excellent care throughout my stay here. The nurses were all very friendly and caring, kind, helpful and patient – especially Take sure who was with me during the day.

Unfortunately I don’t remember all names before my surgery because I was anxious but I didn’t have anything to worry about. The anesthetist Dr Mallick just made me feel So Comfortable that I was very relaxed. And he is super assuring. And if course my surgeon Mr Rezai. The nurses when I woke up and all nurses after took care of my like aunties. Alberta in my heart because she was very caring and gave me all The time I needed. Thank you so much for making better my stay.

Attended here 30th June for surgery. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The nurse Takesure had taken care of me for the day. She was lovely and made me feel very relaxed, I received amazing care from her. The room was very clean and relaxing. My anaesthetist Dr Oliver made me feel very relaxed considering it was my first time being put to sleep. Had the best sleep ever. My surgeon Dr Linda Fiumara is just the best, she is highly skilled and very professional. Could not fault the hospital or staff at all.

I had day case surgery on the 14.07.22, I had the best experience. From the moment I walked in the lady in reception was warm and lovely, I felt at ease straight away. All the nurses were caring and attentive. The anesthetist and his team went through what was going to happen during the surgery. Dr Fiumara checked on me personally a few times in between the nurse checks. I cannot fault the care I was given, I have had the most positive stay.

This hospital is an absolute disgrace! If you want the worst care in the world then come here. The after care of my mother was awful, the nurses left her cold and shaking. No proper meals and only given warm tap water. They even let her leave the hospital after admitting to overdosing her! I’m shocked this place in business. I am appalled by the lack of acknowledgment when my mother complained. They totally lied and disregarded everything she said. Be it on your own head if you ever decide to have surgery here. Would like to give them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option

Excellent. Staff are friendly, the quality of the care is (evidently) good but my night nurse was the highlight. Mary, a blessing! Anyway I definitely recommend. Everything is also very clean.

Impeccable service from every member of staff I interacted with. The day nurse who looked after me went above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have had her post op. She was so attentive, made me feel so comfortable and she was also so encouraging and made me feel at ease. She didn’t rush me to get up and out of bed which was what I was nervous about. She bought my mum multiple cups of tea throughout the day whilst I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so lovely of her! She managed my pain so well and was also asking how I felt, what I needed, etc. Thank you for making my time there so easy and stress free.

I had a two night stay and cannot thanks the staff enough for the amazing care that I received. From the anaesthetist putting me at ease to the amazing work performed by my surgeon and the quality care afterwards by the nurses. Special thanks to Mary who looked after me for two nights and was just wonderful. Also thanks to Julie, Bianca, Jane and Honey. The room was clean and very comfortable and the food amazing. I really could not recommend this hospital enough. Thank you.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff, nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon were amazing. All very friendly and made me feel at ease, constantly checking in to see if I was OK or if I needed anything. It honestly was a lovely experience :) can't recommend this place enough

A huge thank you to all the lovely staff at the London Welbeck Hopsital! I recently came in for a breast augmentation, having never had any type of surgery before I was terrified beforehand. My nurse was a lovely lady, she looked after me and reassured me when I said I was scared. I especially wish I had the chance to thank my anaesthetist personally as he was so kind. I was extremely nervous of being put under but he explained the whole process in detail and put my mind at ease. We were actually laughing and joking before I was put to sleep! You are given with a menu to select a 3 course meal which is included in your stay. I was in for a total of 6 hours but there was no pressure to leave, only when I felt I was ready to do so. My surgery ran so smoothly from start to finish thanks to the Welbeck team - I honestly wish I could do it all over again!

A big thankyou to everybody who I met during my visit. My day Nurse was wonderful-looked after me excellently. My night Nurses-made sure I was always comfortable and again, they were lovely. My Anaesthetist explained everything and was very reassuring. All in all, a very professional team and refreshing to have people that have the time to talk to you.

I stayed here for one night after my surgery.. I found the nurses to be kind and caring and i felt well looked after. The room was nice and very clean.. The only negative was i found the whole anesthesia procedure very rushed, and went under quite agitated,... Would recommend on the whole though.

I visited Welbeck a week before my op for a health assessment. The doctor was extremely friendly reassuring and professional which very much put me at ease. I had my operation on 22nd Sep, I was taken to my room & the nurses Irmina & Alberta took wonderful care of me, they were lovely kind thoughtful & good humoured it really helped calm any nerves! My surgeon Elena Prousskaia was brilliant, im very grateful I found her. All round a very positive experience !

Amazing staff. Nurses have been looking after me so well and been very accomodating of my disabilities. I feel like they care, which is great. They're all fantastic and I could not rate them any higher. I highly recommend them just because of how great the nurses are. So friendly and caring.

I went on March 6th for a breast augmentation. Nurses and staff were very lovely and checked up on me all through the day. One doctor held my hand while they put me under anesthesia because she knew it was my first surgery . Once I woke from surgery the nurses took care of me until the next morning as I was taking longer to come of the anesthesia. Very kind a professional, I would highly recommend this hospital to anybody.

Had a great experience. My day and nurses especially Alberta were amazing. They really looked after at me and let me go at my own pace when it came to my recovery. Had a lovely meal and rooms and bathroom were very clean and cosy. Alberta was great to talk to as well, really enjoyed her company and she went the extra effort to care for me. My surgeon Dr George Samouris did a fantastic job with my reduction and I am so pleased, I highly recommend him. I'd also like to thank my anaesthetist Dr Manjoj who was so lovely and kind and made me feel at ease. Thank you team London Wellbeck!

I had an overnight stay here after rhinoplasty and was looked after SO well, I can’t remember the nurses names apart from Ita who was an absolute icon. Everyone’s asked how my surgery went and I just talk about Ita from Limerick. The anaesthetist was lovely and helped me find alternative post op meds that wouldn’t make me sick which I really appreciated. My surgeon was Dr Giannas and how I wish I’d found this man sooner I would have gone through with the surgery years ago.

I just want to say Alberta and Mary who looked after me on both my stays in September and October couldn’t not have done enough. Kind and caring. Lovely nurses! Nancy x
