The guy on reception is very rude, he didn't say even welcome or smiles, he said your room is in the basement instead of saying your room is with terrace and when we heard the word besetment we called for the manager and he showed us the room that it turned out it was in the ground floor. Any way the room was fine and sort of clean but the bed not comfortable and cracking we couldn't sleep well. Over all it wasn't a good experience and we will never go back there. There is 500kr depositum for the mini bar and we didn't read it anywhere when we booked. Everything is fake and just for at scam you

Für meine Zwecke ausreichend aber es gibt bessere Hotels. Von irgendwoher ist der Preis so günstig und es liegt weit weg vom zentralen Geschehen. Für Durchfahrer mit Zwischhalt aber in Ordnung. Super war der Service an der Bar und beim Essen.

The hotel looked amazing. It looked even better than the price told us. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom looked great, nice and polite reception. Cant complain at all!

Last septembler i forgot a jacket during my stay. Over the months i have been contacting by phone and email to get the jacket back after agreeing to pay the transport fees. We still waiting to recive the jacket and there is no signal from the hotel. Never forget something in this hotel because you will never get it back. Very bad experience, wasting a lot of time in emails and calls.

My employees stayed in this hotel for one night last year (octobre 2020). There was a misunderstanding during the payment, as, we are foreigners and we usually use EURO. So, we have paid 4 nights instead of 1 night and immediately after, we noticed the error. the receptionnist confirmed to us that we will be refund the week after our check out. Then we wait, nothing... we call again one month after, they said they will refund but still nothing. One year have passed, we are december 2021, 14 months after, we have call them many times, send many emails, they said "we will check", "we will refund", "we will treat it" and still nothing. Now they just ignored my emails. Nice !

A really nice hotel, very beautiful and stylish rooms. Options to get coffee or tea in the room, there's a minibar, and a safe box if needed. If you're traveling for business there's a desk also, and good storage options. The pillows are very good, not those cheap ones that collapse to nothing, and the same can be said about the good bed. Bathroom is nice with floor heating, and a top shower with a normal shower head. There's also a razor kit and vanity set included. The only downside is the train noise nearby, but we actually only heard it once and then it fades away. The breakfast has a good variety, and it's overall of good quality. The dining area is very beautiful, as the rest of the hotel, and there's an option to use the bar if you want to. The staff is friendly and polite and helpful when you need it.

3 Nights full of noise scream and laughing! Party all night long with young and loud people until the morning time...so we get no sleep!!! The Room is so hot ! There is no way to regulate the temperature!!! Most of employee ignore us !!! This is not a 4Star Hotel...this is a youth hotel. Never see us again.

Quick and easy check out, be prepared for 500 dkk deposit on the minibar. Ask for a room on the upper floor, as it's hot and you can't have the window or door open on the ground floor as people are walking past. Breakfast options are limited to English and granola yogurt with some cold snacks and some fruits.

Just a 16 mn drive from the airport. Lovely comfy rooms, nice staff. Only downside is… the bathroom, nice enough but you cannot close the shower, it’s a half pane only. Which means that if you haven’t directed the shower head towards the wall or are not holding it… it floods the bathroom and the corridor. As I was given a tiny mat and one towel only, I had no dry tow left. Plus the towel rack is right by the toilet, maybe not the most hygienic place for it. The hotel, aside from that misadventure is perfect.

Vorkasse ist nicht das, was man von einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet. Und frisches Brot zum Frühstück sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Leider habe ich eine Magen Darm vom Frühstück bekommen, da es sehr unhygienisch aussah und auch so zum Frühstück serviert wurde. Wirklich Schlecht riechende Handtücher, keine Belüftung oder Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Wir haben ein Zimmer für zwei gebucht und nur eine Karte erhalten und nur ein Handtuch im Zimmer enthalten. Am nächsten Tag lag wieder nur ein Handtuch da, obwohl wir ein zweites angefragt hatten, da man ja schließlich für zwei Personen bucht und bezahlt. In dem Badezimmer gab es kleine Flaschen halb gefüllt und extrem wässrig mit irgendwelchen Substanzen mit der Bezeichnung Shampoo. Diese waren ebenfalls benutzt und wurden am nächsten Tag weder aufgefüllt oder noch erneuert. Die Toiletten rochen über Nacht bis zum Mittag extrem nach Urin und Fäkalien. Als Kunde, würde ich sogar Geld von diesem Hotel verlangen, um dort zu übernachten, aber kein Geld der Welt geben!!! Das ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Rezension die ich wirklich jemals vergeben habe.

Great service. Breakfast was phenomenal especially the pastries. Rooms were well decorated and offered a modern and simplistic look. Clean and comfy beds. Free tea, other drinks found in fridge you had to pay for. Security box, vanity kit and razors can be found in room. Only downside was that the room was hot and stuffy and can be noisy at times due to passing trains and the ongoing ventilation fan which can't be turned off. However there is a window for you to open if it gets too hot.

Olimme hotellissa neljä päivää. Sijainti autoilijalle todella hyvä. Ilmaiset parkkipaikat. Brondbyosterille kävelee 10min, jolla on helppo mennä Kööpenhaminaan!

Nice and clean rooms. The pillow was really hard but I noticed afterwards that three different pillows are available on request from the reception. The breakfast had a lot to offer but the coffee was extremely weak. This has to be fixed! 😉☕ All in all a good place for a night's sleep. Quite far out so it helps to have a car.

Nice place. Last minute low season can be quite cheap. Breakfast was OK. And for the price it easy top dollar But I wonder who paid for all the heat. (it was not possible to turn down the bathroom floor heat so we had to open windows so the minus 5 degrees could cool us down..)

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere, the receptionist Malaika was cery friendly and gave exceptional customer service!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Its one of the prettiest hotel and really clean. The location of the hotel is also convenient for traveling to Copenhagen central station. The only feedback would be is to extend the food bar to serve for dinner or have a vending machine to cater hungry residents as there are no restaurants near by the hotel otherwise it's a fabulous place to stay at an affordable price with breakfast.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel! Rooms appear clean and the interior is stylish... That's about all the positives I can think of.. For some reason the room was crazy hot (glad to see I'm not the only one complaining about it) and I was being slowly cooked to death all night.. Sure you can open the window to cool down, but that won't do anything good for ya! Hotel is right next to a freekin railroad and high traffic 4 lane road.. I could go on but what's the point.. Fact is it's NOT a 4 star hotel and it's not recommended..

I WAS SUPOSE TO RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER A MISUNDERSTANDING DURING THE BOOKING. THEY CONFIRMED THEY WILL PAY ME BACK BUT THEN WHEN I LEAVE THE HOTEL, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE ANY NEWS. SO, I CALL BACK, THEY DIDN'T DO THE REFUND SINCE LAST YEAR. I call them many time now they are saying " we will no refund you". YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MUCH I'M ANGRY AGAINST THIS KIND OF ROBBER!

One of the worst hotels I have visited so far. Worn furniture, extremely noisy, our room was far too warm and on the ground floor, so we couldn't even leave the patio door open overnight. We couldn't control the temperature in the bathroom either. In addition, there were silverfish running around and on the second evening the toilet was blocked, which was only dismissed with the comment: but we don't have any other rooms available. That was the end of it for the staff. The breakfast was also rather mediocre, the coffee really bad and the so-called scrambled eggs absolutely inedible. For this price an absolute cheek.

Short of a little out of the way this is a great hotel. Affordable, clean and I can say enough about the staff. Very helpful and extremely attentive. 15 minute walk to the train station and then 15 minutes from the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

A 5 star experience. Decor is stunning and different to the usual bland hotel style. Eating in the restaurant is a pleasure. Staff are professional and very friendly. No issue is too much. Will stay next time when in Copenhagen

OK basic hotel A little warn out but nice and clean Fit the purpose for a short stay. No AC in the room
