Why have I not gone here sooner? I saw a special on Facebook and said I should try it out!! Well I ordered two pizzas and a dozen wings all wood fired. It was a take out order and I was told it's better to eat in. Well when I got home and took the time to eat it was Excellent 👌 the next time I will definitely be eating in, and that may be this weekend 🇺🇸

Arguably the cleanest pizza place in town along with great tasting wood fired pie. Crust was bite through and had great maillard reaction on the dough. The cheese had great leoparding. Chicken wings we’re also cooked great. Mild sauce made in house had a slight spicy after bite which was great. Excellent service and reasonably priced.

Tried the Wood-Fired pizza. Such a unique preparation. Pizza was prepared and cooked to perfection before I could finish my beer. I tried the mozzarella stick specialty pizza with Melba sauce. It's awesome to see the whole process right from your seat. Great music and atmosphere as well. Wood fired pizza is my new favorite.

Came for the WOOD fired pizza, ordered the WOOD fired pizza, stared at the WOOD fired oven in anticipation, and received regular old pizza from a conventional oven. Asked about it and was told they cooked it in some other wood fired oven in the back. You can look in the kitchen from inside and outside, there is no said oven. Left disappointed. Staff was nice, wings were good. Please just be honest about your pizza. If you can't use the wood fired oven for some reason just say so.

Wonderful pizza! We were quoted a time and our pizzas was ready a couple of minutes before. Just in time for us to walk over from the Amsterdam Castle hotel. Friendly staff and delicious pizza. Next time, I would definitely go with the Margherita pizza because it was awesome!

Service is so good you feel just at home, first time visit and loved it. The food was outstanding, brick oven gets the best flavor. Mated with berry cider. Just perfect

Creative, delicious, friendly, accommodating... really nice experience visiting here with our kids and friends! Something on the menu for everyone. Had a great time talking shop with the owner, happy to talk about the best wood for firing pizza, new flavors coming soon to the menu, and special events to look forward to! We had chicken bacon ranch pizza, jalapeño popper pizza, mozz stick pizza, and a variety of wings! Staff is intuitive, too... knew to check with my son on the pizza he ordered knowing that not all kids would expect Melba sauce! Everything was cooked perfectly and the recipes are designed well!

This pizza was great! I got the wood fired with pepperoni. The online ordering system (slice) was great - used it to order ahead. Brand new tables to sit on outside. Parking plentiful.

My Gf won the Wed free pizza & wings giveaway! We never ordered pizza here but it was actually pretty good pizza! My son loved it as well, he's the pizza judge! 😂 But the fact that they even do a giveaway is smart and awesome for the community 👏 We will be back for more pizza soon! 🍕 Two thumbs up for Southside slice 👍👍

Well it was good, but they didn't make everything quite as requested. My old man was super impressed by this location, giving great praises on their cheese pizza and especially the garlic knots. He was on me big time to come here and giving them a review, so here I am. Ordered a Caesar salad, a 4-piece of the Garlic Knots, and the 12" Pickle Pizza. All in all the total coming to around $32 with tip. Pickup is a little weird as there isn't really any good parking near Slice, and to avoid being sued by the lawyers across the street with their unnecessarily large parking lot, I found the empty lot down the street a little at the old KFC worked just fine. So if you're looking for a spot, use that. Digging into everything back home I immediately noticed that both the knots and pizza were not well done as requested, not that they were underdone, but I like my crust... well, crusty. Crunchy. And this was as al dente crust and bread as could be, so they either didn't notice my request I put in the online order or they forgot. Still, the pizza was good. The flavor was interesting, I went for an odd ball speciality pizza because it sounded weird, so it was nice to find the flavor worked. Pickles, bacon, garlic aioli, and mozzarella. The knots were far too soft though, with an almost doughy consistency. Their flavor was fine, but my hype was far higher due to the heaps of praise he gave them. I've honestly had better. As for the salad, hey, it gets a perfect score. Good dressing in the right amount, no weird changes to what a Caesar salad is, and those croutons were pretty good too. Overall this was a solid choice for dinner, but, I'd recommend they pay closer attention to customer requests as they might run into someone far less agreeable than me. 4/5.

So glad Slice is on this side of the river now and close to our home. Ordered here for the first time tonight and it was hands down the best pizza in town! We have lived here for 4 years and stopped ordering out for pizza because of low quality and high prices from the pizza places in the area! It’s awesome to now have a pizza place with high quality and fair pricing! We ordered the Grandma pizza and it was delicious! Can’t wait to try some of the other speciality pizzas. Parking is tough for pick up but it was worth the walk around the block.

White pizza & regular pizza weren’t great. Crust was really dry on all 4 varieties ordered. Separate portion of sauce sampled separately was also plain. Garlic knots were too oily. Salad was large with cucumbers. Prices appropriate.

Where do I start? Employees do not wear gloves ,hair nets, or cover their facial hair. Employee that was cooking wings was playing with his nose, his hair, scratching his belly ,back and touching everything else . At one point he also stuck his hand inside the chicken. This will be the last time I’ll go there. I do not recommend and prices are too high. Pizza is not that great similar to great value pizza!!! I asked for a half barbecue and half mild wings, and I got mild in barbecue wings, mixed together Smh…I recommend you go to fresh basil on the East Main by the mall! On my way there now!

It was my first time going to slice and the staff was very friendly. The service was great. Wings were nice and crispy. The pizza was delicious. I would definitely recommend.
