Came in for a late dinner. Waitress was doing everything....tending bar, waiting tables, etc. Ordered soup but she forgot. The reason I gave four stars is the food was good, soft bread served with dinner. Portions were good size. Got a chicken parmesan, the sauce was a little thin, but wasn't overpowering. The waitress apologized repeatedly for forgetting items, but clearly they are understaffed. Not her fault, as she was busting her tail keeping up.

As always excellent food and service, portions are well, I ended up having 2 more meals with my leftovers, can't beat that, I've been eating here since they were actually in the plaza and now the wife and I travel over an hour to get the service, food and great atmosphere, thanks

Watch out! They have a 3% surprise fee now when you check out with a credit card. I was very disappointed that they stooped so low. They are definitely not section 518 compliant. It looks like they don’t want return customers. On top of the fee, the vegetables were served cold. The main dishes were tasty! Service was great!!

Some of the best service we have had in a long time. They were very attentive. I was recommended here by a local and it did not disappoint. I dont think it is authentic Italian but if you are okay with an Italian place that is more like a diner this is your place to go check out The prices were very reasonable also.

We stopped in for dinner after a long day of outdoor activities. It was a nice atmosphere where you could dress up or not! Great service, food, clean environment with absolutely delicious food and reasonable prices. Can’t go wrong! We can’t wait to visit again!

It's always a 50/50 chance on the quality of the food. Some times we get amazing quality and other times the calzones have been completely raw in the middle.

Great place to eat food is good and service is exceptional. On of the waitress switched put a non cushioned chair for one with cushion as my girlfriend was uncomfortable thought that was very nice. Reason for not a 5 star rating miss the salad bar

Nice Staff, Good Teasing Food. Please be nice and respectfully request that the pizza maker add an appropriate amount of RED SAUCE, and an appropriate amount of CHEESE on the full size pizza, or you might only receive the amount of a small pie, resulting in the middle of the pie with sauce and cheese, and the outer 2 to 3 inches of the pie just bread. O ya , the parking lost smalls bad, cesspool over flowing.

It was nice to revisit a place I haven't been in years. Had my wedding rehearsel dinner there 15 years ago. The service is still great, friendly staff and good food.

We stopped in here because the restaurant that was suggested to us was closed on Tuesdays. It was a positive sign to see cars in the parking lot. We were looking to have a pasta dinner as my wife was doing a 10 day hike starting the next day. We were very surprised at the quality of the food, as WELL as the presentation. The salad was one of the best that we have had in a long time. My wife ordered a pasta primavera that was not on the menu and the waitress and cook did not blink an eye. My chicken parmesan was very good and the portions were great. My biggest surprise was when the bill came, dinners for two with soup, salad, soft drinks, and entrees, for all under $40.

Amazing food! From the salad to the garlic bread to the spaghetti and meatballs to the dessert! Everything was To. Die. For. We had it delivered this first time we tried them and they have their food packaging down perfectly. Will definitely go dine in next time!! My new fave restaurant in the area!!

The food and the service is always excellent! You won't be disappointed! All the servers are very friendly and they check on you to see if everything is OK or of you need anything.

We just had dinner and it was delicious! The stuffed eggplant dinner YUM! The creamy beef and mushroom soup was fantastic, the salad was very good! Our waitress Kristina was fabulous as well! The prices are on point! We will be back!

I've been eating at Plaza Italian Bistro for over twenty years. I've always loved the food. The food the wait staff has always been impeccable. Ive dined in and had food delivered to my home and work. Since covid I do miss the salad bar though.

Normally this is a great place to eat and one of my favorite places to eat at. My lunch was lacking in the preparation of a Southwestern Chicken Wrap. The chicken was very tiny like a quarter of a normal sized chicken patty. I asked for blue cheese dressing on it and it came with hardly anything at all on it for dressing. It had a sparse amount of lettuce, chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese. The wrap tasted off and was greasy for some reason. I scraped out the "salad" inner and only at that. I normally would have complained but I had to leave right away and couldn't try to get another better one. Companion had a very nice turkey sandwich with lots of turkey on it and good bread she said. I will return because I like it there and this was a rare off day I had there.

We stopped in after a quick shopping trip for Halloween candy. For starters, soup and salad came with our modestly priced dinner entrees. Cup of Cajun gumbo was good. Salad was shredded lettuce, deviled egg, tomato, red onion, olives, banana peppers, and choice of dressing was a pleasant surprise. I had chicken marsala, which was okay. My wife had eggplant and chicken cutlet, which was very good. Our waitress (originally from London, as in England) was awesome. For the money, this was a great value. We'll go back.

In an area of few places to dine out without killing the budget, this is our go to place. Plus, it's always open. We're here usually once a week. Amazing service all the time. Reliably good food at reasonable prices. And the points program is one of the most rewarding I've ever participated in.

Every time I’ve ate here, it’s always been delicious. Wether it be a pizza, pasta, anything, it’s always been consistent. My ex-girlfriend and I used to go here almost weekly; the staff is excellent, all around good experience.

Staff is always friendly whether dining in or ordering take out. Prices are great and the place is clean. It is very difficult to find all these great qualities anywhere anymore.

Nope, sorry just no!! We haven't ordered Plaza pizza in many years and after one bite, I now remember why. It tasted like burnt cardboard with old smelly, grease-cheese on it. We seriously could not take another bite. Threw the entire pizza in the garbage while praying we don't get food poisoning. Health dept needs to pay them a visit.

Friendly employees,clean atmosphere, nice size portion meals,salads. Desserts kinda small and now some meals are price high Only few times did my chief salad come with wilty lettuce or off tasting olives. Is one my fav to oder as well as The Italian combo dish is great and the wing and frie dish is yummy, calmness are delicious as well and the pizza has great flavor.. I was ordering there every weekend,now I hardly ever order cause prices just to much for my budget. Defiantly a great place though..

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. What kind of family owned Italian restaurant doesn't have fresh basil for their pizza? Was told they had roasted red peppers and they give me green bell peppers. Pizza was bland; no garlic on the white pizza, I had to add fresh basil, salt and and garlic powder to at least give it SOME flavor. Wings are okay, asked for extra crispy and they were soggy. This is why I should just order from Pizza Joint every time. Never again.

Cute little out of the way place in a small town not far from our house, quaint nicely decorated, attentive staff, food was better then I expected.
