A lovely friendly hostess greet you when you arrive and makes sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was a delight perfectly cooked and delicious. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Decor of room could have been more colour coordinated but this is the only thing I found to be a little negative.

I was unfortunate enough to stay here at the start of December which was during a heavy storm. When I arrived the lady informed me there was an extra blanket in the cupboard if I needed it. I thought she wanted me to be comfortable. She did not however say that there is no heating in the room. The radiators where all off at the boiler. I was freezing cold all night huddled in a smelly 2nd blanket which smelled like milldue. Probably because the cupboard Is next to the bathroom. When I complained the next day she dismissed my concerns saying that the other guests were ok and that she does have a store of electric heaters available but these are on special requests but do come as standard in the larger more expensive rooms. I have checked the website and heating is not mentioned as one of the amenities. The lady was not sympathetic to the fact I am vulnerable with a kidney tumor. She assured me she would reply to my complaint email but nothing. Stay away from this place. The next day I stayed in a 4* hotel for £50. As apposed to the £75 this terrible establishment charged. What a rip off

A very convenient location for visiting Larne and further afield. I got off the bus from the airport and there you were! The house is beautiful and immaculate. I had a lovely spacious room with everything I needed and chose the scrambled egg and smoked salmon for breakfast which was very tasty.. will definitely be back 😀

Wonderful place to stay and in an ideal location. I come back to this B&B most years and every year Ivy has made changes and improved the accommodation. She’s the most welcoming and helpful host. The food is fantastic and they cater for vegan & vegetarian tastes.

Stayed 2 nights. Really nice place. Very comfortable rooms and lounge. Ivy was very helpful and thoughtfully suggested places for us to go (group of 5). Breakfast was very good and the dietary needs for one of us were well catered for. Would happily go back.

Lovely stay, nice bedrooms and a really charming house. Ivy the host was fantastic and there was a great vegan breakfast (on demand - we’ve asked for it in advance). I’d stay here again :)

Perfect in every way and our stay was made amazing by the host Ivy.Really comfortable,clean and lovely room and a delicious breakfast in the morning.Would highly recommend.

Excellent wee spot in a costal town. 5minutes walk will take you into town centre or the local park. 20-30minutes walk and you can enjoy a lovely coastal walk to the beach. Bus stop is right outside for travelling to Belfast
