Pretty decent hotel, quite big in a central area. The people working in the hotel were very nice. Rooms could use a bit of improvement, the shower was really nice though. Great breakfast with plenty of variety!

Perkele had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Friendly and cosy atosphere. Also a big thanks to Club Destroyer for organizing such amazing concerts!

Hotel does not accept NCH platinum vouchers for some reason, no idea why is it member of NCH.

The staff who were on duty at the reception on 24th August 2022 in the late Afternoon was really unfriendly and we did not feel welcomed as we disturbed him while he was eating something. Sorry for disturbing . The bartender was just unfriendly too and super-arrogant. No idea why.

Sorry but this was disappointing. For 1130dkk a night I would expect more quality indeed. Rooms are OK but someone should check the quality of your breakfast ingredients better. And a few small details were clearly giving the message that it's all about saving money here

This hotel is located in Sundsvall and is quite near the city center. The room is clean and comfortable and also the bar is very nice.

Medium class hotell with a bit boring rooms/bathrooms, situated in the building of the "Folkets Hus"/ABF. Bar closes 22, but reception sells wine/beer until midnight. Breakfast OK with optional selfmade "våffla".

Great location. Easy parking. A bit smal room, and noisy.

Wonderful family time! Love visiting this hotel. Nicely furnished rooms and lobby, board games, fun kids play room, For breakfast yummy waffles and cartoons on big screen. And! A welcome ice cream for your child! They really put a lot of effort for guests to feel welcome!

Nice friendly staff. The check-in went smooth. Comfortable beds. There is an old refrigerator in the room, but it's not used anymore. You can buy the snacks and beverages at the check-in counter. Bathroom is ok. Got a warm towel hanger and a spacey shower. Nice view from room as well. All in all as you can expect. Don't know about the breakfast yet. I hope it's good.

Good value for money and close to the city centre but noisy room. It didn't help that there was a dog show in town.

Nice lobby but the rooms are of lower older standard. Clean and fresh but just rooms nothing extra.

Central location. Basic rooms with comfy bed, clean bathroom. Surprisingly good breakfast with variety of choice. Good value for money.

Great location if you passing through. Good food and service in the QBar (inhouse restaurant) even include 2 kids playgrounds (one near the restaurant so you can enjoy you warm food). Just missed the Lollo and Bernie days which was a bit sad.
