We travelled to Sikkim as a group of four women from Bangladesh. It was a PERFECT tour thanks to the meticulous support provided by Sanjib and his wonderful team at Club Harison Holidays, including a personal Coordinator Suvankar who was constantly in touch to make sure all went as per plan. We covered all the four districts during our hassle-free 7N/8D tour. We had Innova Crysta vehicles which were comfortable and clean and extremely skilled and cordial drivers - Rohit and Karma. The hotels we were given were clean and comfortable with great food and prompt service (Summit Tashighang in Geyzing, Zhiwa Ling Resort in Lachung and Sumi Shangri-la in Gangtok). We definitely got great value for money on the trip. I would highly recommend Club Harison Holidays and will not think twice about booking future tours through them - Andaman and Ladakh are next on my list. I know they will not disappoint me. I'm a choosy customer, that's why I was having words with them about my trip a month ago. They did help me to plan the whole itinerary. Luckily, I discussed everything in writing on whatsapp with them. To my surprise, a day before my journey they were asking for an extra amount which I denied by showing our WhatsApp communication where they agreed fortunately. Apart from that, there is NO complaint to them. Their drivers are professionals; cabs are clean and comfy. I will definitely recommend them. Just discuss everything in writing. We took a package for Gangtok & Darjeeling between 14th to 20th May 2022. Feedback below Positives: 1) Nice hotels both at Gangtok & Darjeeling. Food was also good. Good service and the staff were polite 2) The cab & driver (Mr.Pashan) for Gangtok siteseeing were good 3) The driver (Mr. Anurodh) for Darjeeling siteseeing & drop at Bagdogra airport was also helpful & polite Negatives: 1) Delay of 1 hour to pick up at Bagdogra airport made a bad impression at the start of the trip 2) Unclean cabs & seats not folding properly to accommodate last row passengers was a major issue in cabs that were given for Bagdogra to Gangtok (Driver Mr. Bhsakar Roy was really good though) and Gangtok to Darjeeling. The driver for Gangtok to Darjeeling was unclean and kept spitting throughout the journey which made us uncomfortable. He was polite though. Even after repeated feedback to Mr. Sanjib (Club harison) , the cabs we got were not clean at all. This despite opting for a high cost package 🙁. This was a major disappointment from Club Harison😡 3) Information on Nathula pass (not part of itenary) should have been made proactively instead of telling only after we ask. They can mention that in the itenary and add a disclaimer that it is subject to permit approval

It was an excellent experience and all our needs were taken care of. The drivers were patient and polite and the cars were comfortable and clean.

Overall good experience. I have completed 2 tours with them. 1 was very good but another one had some issues with the hotel and food in Pelling. Ravangla hotel was excellent and also the cab was excellent.

I love to travel and also love to plan an itinery on my own.However due to my hectic work schedule, this time i planned to choose a travel agent and zeroed in with Club Harison holidays.They are a trusted service and did keep their word almost.We travelled to North Sikkim and they planned it really well,starting from hotels,cars.The only part we were dissapointed was the hotel in Lachung(Lachung Pride).I think Club Harison should really think to change their partnership with this hotel.But they also tried to give a very good customer service with a complimentary sightseeing in Gangtok.Overall I would recommend them and I would also like to thank Mr Sanjib for all his service.He is fantastic 👍

We visited Arunachal Pradesh with Club Harison. We enjoyed the trip. Management was good.
