express
my
disappointment
regarding
my
recent
visit
to
your
theatre
in
Palamaner
to
watch
the
highly
anticipated
movie
Adipurush.
While
I
was
excited
to
see
the
film,
my
overall
experience
was
quite
unsatisfactory
due
to
a
few
issues
I
encountered
during
my
time
at
the
theatre.
Firstly,
the
air
conditioning
in
the
theatre
was
extremely
ineffective.
Despite
the
hot
weather
outside,
the
air
conditioning
system
seemed
to
be
insufficient,
and
as
a
result,
I
experienced
discomfort
throughout
the
screening.
The
lack
of
proper
temperature
control
greatly
affected
my
ability
to
enjoy
the
movie
and
made
the
experience
quite
unpleasant.
Additionally,
I
noticed
that
the
air
fans
in
the
theatre
were
not
functioning
optimally.
As
a
result,
the
airflow
was
inadequate,
which
compounded
the
discomfort
caused
by
the
ineffective
air
conditioning.
This
made
the
atmosphere
stuffy
and
added
to
the
general
sense
of
dissatisfaction.
Furthermore,
I
observed
that
the
overall
maintenance
of
the
theatre
was
subpar.
The
condition
of
the
seating,
lighting,
and
cleanliness
of
the
premises
did
not
meet
my
expectations.
This
lack
of
attention
to
detail
significantly
impacted
my
overall
perception
of
the
theatre
and
detracted
from
the
movie-viewing
experience.
As
a
paying
customer,
it
is
disheartening
to
encounter
such
issues
during
a
visit
to
a
theatre.
I
understand
that
technical
difficulties
can
arise,
but
I
believe
it
is
crucial
for
the
management
to
ensure
that
the
theatre
is
properly
maintained
and
equipped
to
provide
a
comfortable
and
enjoyable
experience
for
its
patrons.
I
kindly
request
that
you
take
my
feedback
into
serious
consideration
and
address
the
mentioned
concerns.
It
would
be
greatly
appreciated
if
you
could
provide
a
response
outlining
the
steps
you
plan
to
take
to
rectify
these
issues
and
prevent
similar
occurrences
in
the
future.
As
a
movie
enthusiast,
I
hope
to
see
the
RM
Theatre
improve
its
facilities
and
continue
to
offer
an
excellent
movie-watching
experience
for
the
community.
