Horrible experience. Last time we visited, they asked for the bill and whether we are from ism or not. In dhanbad, we , ism students experienced about every restaurant's beautiful hospitality. Every time they ask about it. This time this D3 management was awful. For one table ,there were 4 boys serving❓❓❓ every time they were giving another person's food to another person. Every time I have to mention them bhaiyaa not this to this person. What is this? 🤮 And the song they were playing was really boring, we asked them, they said the management was playing it they could not do it. What is this😵‍💫. We have never experienced this awful behaviour from any small restaurant in dhanbad. Very bad management, will never go .❌ And happy too that we don't have to go prabhatam mall also . Hated it. They didn't asked whether we are from ism or not and chargerd extra ! Went to talk about it , who was on the table, was of no issue. Talked like a puppet . In other restaurants, if there is any issue from the people, they listen and resolve, thes D3 people was of no use. Mixing people's food.‼️⁉️ Will convey to other ism students not to go there. Ruined the entire mood.🤯

Food is very delicious but service is very slow. Even the place was having very less customers but service taking too long. Ambience is amazing and having good vibes. Lots of options available in Menu and alcohol is also there.

Ambience is just awesome. If you got bored from old bars in Dhanbad. Just give it a try. Situated opposite to INOX in Prabhatam mall. Woody interiors and large gala areas give it a premium feeling. Bar area is just wow. It will surely add some martini shots. Logo of restaurant cum bar gives it a premium vibe. Good place to hang out with ur loved ones and friends. Panaromic view is also just awesome. Just give it a try. You will fall in love with it. Service is good and well trained. Bon apetite and sit tight😎❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food and location is nice. I really like the live music here. However, the low ratings are due to the sheer unprofessionalism I found here. On the day I visited, the singer was singing such a nice song but their mic was not working properly and her song was ruined. We spent half an hour just listening to the "hello mic check mic check”. They were so irresponsible and unprofessional that they served non veg to a member of our group for whom we had instructed not to serve non veg. And the worst of all which is the most hurtful thing is that they didn't offer any apology to me and even to the person who they did the wrong to. Even the manager was ignorant enough to acknowledge it and not offer any apology. And to top it all off they asked me to write the name of the person who made the mistake in the exceptional behaviour field in the feedback form (well I guess he indeed was exceptional for not apologizing and wanting all the good feedback). Well I want to give one ⭐ but I was having a nice time there until all this happened so I guess 🌟🌟 are enough. Visit there but be vigilant and don't be fooled by their fake hospitality. Advice to D3: Please train your staff properly before putting them on the field as serving non-vegetarian food to a vegetarian person is a very big deal and it ruins the mood and morals.

The ambience was nice. Only demerit I found was in terms of pricing compared to the other leading chains.The price of food and beverage is not competitive. Most of the people would visit only once just to check out the place but second visit is not worth. They really need to work hard on menu pricing to retain the customers.

No matter what mood you are in.. it will change your feelings in party mood..Ambience is more than extravaganza ...do visit with your friends girlfriend but not with family volume is too high...hard to hear..food is best..whether its taste or quantity...

I visited D3 with my mother for lunch and ordered main course straight away. The food was really yum. The ambience is great both during the day and night.

Taste is good but Very slow service . Staff is very slow and spoils whole mood...we ordered 3 different drinks for different people's but 2 came and we waited for 45 minutes for 3rd one.

Worst experience ever they insulted us

had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy. I especially enjoyed the pasta dish with creamy mushroom sauce and the tiramisu for dessert. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Classy ambience...., Serves great beverages and food. Overall there's plenty to choose from at affordable price. Loved the moody lights. Food was good and so was the music. Courteous staff. Must visit for dinner or a chill evening with friends....

It's NOT a good restaurant. You'll only waste your time here, trust me. They claim to be a "multicuisine" restaurant, but they only serve Indian and Chinese food. We ordered chinese and it wasn't good. The so-called chilli garlic noodles has no chilli or garlic whatsoever. It tastes sweet. In short, this restaurant isn't worth your time.

Nice place to hangout with family and friends.... Food are quite expensive in compare to other nearby restaurants but genuine. Mocktails are awesome....

The ambience of the place is aesthetically pleasing, the food is completely upto the mark and let me tell you their Mocktails are the best you can try! The staffs are kind and generous, overall you really get a nice treatment. And the pricing is also worthy. A must visit for y'all ❤️
