was
my
second
visit
..bt
i
was
disappointed,
i
was
asked
to
make
an
entry
in
a
register..
When
i
question
them,
what
is
the
need
of
it?
They
told
some
customer
complaint
about
the
lost
luggage..
I
told
them,
i
couldn't
make
an
entry
because
of
privacy
reason
,
also
it
gives
me
a
vibes
that
i
am
an
employee.
Also
i
told
that
i
am
totally
responsible
for
my
luggage.
I
asked
them
to
let
me
talk
to
manager,
bt
they
denied
telling
manager
is
in
meeting..
I
work
in
delhi,
i
usually
visit
to
Bar
and
restaurants,
they
never
behave
in
such
a
way...Hope
you
look
into
this
matter
I
am
replying
back
to
your
comments,
If
you
are
really
concerned
about
safety
of
your
client,
do
enter
their
record
on
your
system
(computer)
not
on
a
register
!!
So
that
client
will
have
their
own
privacy.
Otherwise,
we
feel
like
we
are
maintaining
any
attendance
register..
