Decent Food and ambience but extreme rude behavior of manager at the dining area ! Keep your Dignity aside before you go there !

Had a terrible time at the cafe, service is extremely slow, your schedule can go very wrong. Half of the stuff on menu is only sitting their for show. They don’t serve it. Chicken items were undercooked. Had to cancel orders due to over wait.

Pathetic place to spend your evening, the staff is very rude completely unprofessional behaviour. They made us sit in the outside area and didn't even provided us with the fan it was extremely hot outside. Very low class crowd all drunkards are filled their not at all suitable for family. Staff only is drunk and when you ask about your food they can even start a fight with you. Manager was eating GUTKHA , I can't even comprehend how pathetic the staff and place could be . This place will finally go down the drain if the owner doesn't look into this grievous matter and take cognisance of it. All the complaint's are regarding staff behaviour only. Why the owner doesn't look into this matter this is beyond anyone's understanding. Please avoid this place and save yourself some money and your precious time plus your MOOD.

Great vibes blowing up here. I had a day out here yesterday, Enjoyed my day very well. There is no doubt in their service and ambiance. I liked it very much. Staff are also co-operative and kind. Food portions are also perfect according to the pricing. So whomsoever is reading my review you can rely on me and can visit once then you will come to know how good this place. Awesome Place in Dhanbad Great Ambience Even good to go with family and friends Have parking space... so even if u visit in a car... u can park and njoy the place Compared to the rest of the places in dhanbad.. This is quite a good place to hangout

Quite far away but a cool place to chill. If you want to plan a get together with friends, or have a weekend chill after work or if you have an anniversary or some occasion, this place has a good ambience and location for that. Food is average. I ordered Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and name itself says Olive oil but they cooked in refined which was highly disappointing and the taste was unprofessionally inedible. If you want to market your restaurant as a fancy place which has Italian or continental then live up to it!

My experience: Excellent ambience, great service and availability of options. Highly recommended if you're looking for great photos. P.S. We visited at a time when there wasn't much rush.

It's a good place food is good , ambience is good but the only problem is the waiters here are not well aquainted with the menu & cannot give proper suggestions . The venue must look after training there staaf .

The worst service ever experienced in my life. Quality of food was pathetic. Staff were very impolite. Very much unprofessional in the service. Staff namely uttam was very much annoying and rude. Overall the poorest service.
