State bank of India main branch at Asansol. ATM and Money Deposit kiosk (State Bank e-Lobby) remain opens for 24*7. Staff behaviour is sort of indifferent (Not friendly). Inside the building they should mark and put some route map. It's double stored building and they change the structure multiple times. So, sometimes it is little bit confusing. Place is quite clean. Washroom and drinking water facility available. Nearest bus stand is BNR more. Always expect a little bit crowd, so plan accordingly.

Excellent and Big Branch. It is near to BNR More ( 2 minutes walking distance from BNR More) and near to Rabindra Sadan and Sales Tax Office. Every employees are very cooperative and friendly manner.

Main branch of Asansol SBI(IFSC : SBIN0000011) . It is located near B.N.R More beside commercial tax office. It caters the needs of various under roof. Much footfall is witnessed here. Parking space outside the bank premise.

This is the main branch in this area and also the busiest. One of the most important branch in West Bengal. Very good service makes this branch special.

Ample of space. Air conditioned. Enough windows & good service. Updating of Pass books get more time. No toilet for customers.

Good bank Infastructure is upgrading right now, bank officials are decent tbh but all facilities are available here for daily banking needs

All facilities are gdd in the asansol main branch but staff don't cooperation and also very bad behaviour to each other mostly except to ( bangali personal).

SBI, Asansol does not allow its customers to enter in bank. As a result, FD etc are not possible, they donot receive phone calls of existing customers

They are refusing 15G forms by senior citizens. Unnecessarily creating issues due to which senior citizens have to make multiple trip to this pathetic branch in this scorching heat.
