Currently the hotel is not running on an online platform like Goibibo or Oyo.

Mid Night 2 am looting money !!! We were travelling from Varanasi to Kolkata on bikes however due to bridge crack had to go through 50kms of truck traffic on highway and we couldn't reach Kolkata as per the plan..So decided to stay in Dhanbad... Checked on Oyo app and got this property address with 900rs deal same day check out...We had no issues with the price but I wasn't sure abt making payments online..So decided to visit the hotel directly.. Reached the location and staff came to gate real quick in seconds and we explained our situation... Informed will make the payment and book the hotel..but hotel staff clearly says we can't issue rooms if u make payment on Oyo... Fair enough...Take cash and allot the room I requested but for our blunder came after this..He asked to pay 1600 for 7 to 8 hours stay....R u seriously real ?? Online price says 1000rs which is the acutal price and your asking for 1600 for 7 to 8 hours stay.. You guys should make business but not this way who was looking for a stay at midnight at a double the cost..If you have issues with Oyo you deal with it but not with us who are in need of help at midnight... Worst experience and karma repeats again

A one service. Staffs are so polite & helpful. I don't have any words for their behavior. But beddings could have been more better.

Hotel is hygienic but a little far away from main city. Hotel fare is reasonable. Airtel network is poor ,only 2g is available but WiFi is present in hotel. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Nearest hotel to ION DIGITAL ZONE Dhanbad, just 1.5min walking distance. Staff behaviour is very good...

Rooms were not very clean and bed was unprepared. Very bad condition and bathroom was they don't even put a handwash in it.

The room was correct but drinking water was not provided, nor was there a canteen arrangement for food. The hotel was inside from the main road.

Rooms are worth 500-600rs at most. They even charge for drinking water 20rs per bottle. Rooms n bathroom were clean but bedsheet seemed dirty.

They will charge you extra money if u booked through oyo or third party hotel booking apps and force u to give them 5 star rating. Worst experience. gonna complaint cops.

Room space was fine, but services are bad and rude behaviour of hotel manager makes me just Ok😐, also price was high as compared to location and service.
