It is one of the most popular mall in dhanbad city,it has the average collection of clothes,food items, groceries, shoes and many more. In this mall there is also a food court at 3rd floor and they serves good foods, beverage, South Indian dishes etc. The behaviour of the staffs and the ambience were nice at the food court. All the staff members of big bazar were good.

One the best and biggest mall in dhanbad. Also has kfc Domino's and food factory outlets here. You also have Pantaloons, Bigbazar for your daily needs and other brands also. You get public washroom here and a very good parking facilities. Do visit here i had a good time.

No longer big bazar: now is reliance mart Super market, with all the basic household items. What personally I felt is Product are not quality products they are cheap in quality and prices are a bit high than Amazon or other online stores. I was trying to find a good quality knife but this super big super market don’t have good knifes. Opal ware are also not in very good build. So basically it lacks a lot of quality product

Earlier known as big Bazar now acquired by Reliance group. A good place for home need with minimum discount available on almost all products. Good for home use shopping. Billing counter staff working need to little faster in every aspects.

The Inox theatre is nothing but a cash-grab. The food items are too expensive. One can enjoy shopping in such appealing yet disappointing place.

There isn't much space. But people come there a lot and the mall remains full. All the necessary items are available in one place. One thing I didn't like is the parking condition, you have to park your car on the road itself.

Here you will get everything shoping things it is 6km from dhanbad railway station. Parking 🅿️ area is very good.

Good place to shop with nice price but 3 stars because the rates listed are not updated timely, shortage of staff, although they are very helpful no probem with them. But just the problem of updating the price, for eg. The listed price May be 198rs and you will be charged 210 in the bill. If you are aware and check this and complain they will sort it out there but, be aware that they do this thing.

Very bad experience. I bought one luggage on 25th April 2023 from the store of Dhanbad saraidhela and made the payment through G pay UPI the sum of Rs 3638.25 the cashier denied that he recd any such amount as it is not shown on their POS. So once again paid the same the amount 3838.25. Since it is paid twice I charged for the refund but still it is not received/ credited. 23 days gone almost daily I am visiting the store but no action is being taken yet. Please refund the amount asap

This is situated in one of the malls in dhanbad. You will find almost every grocery item here in the store. Even clothing is available on the above floors... Staff here is very helpful and friendly too. In case you don't find anything, there is a whiteboard where you can mention that and hopefully it will be available next time you visit.

Big bazar is closed and now reliance smart Mart has opened. Regarding mall: Over time, things have detoriated. Not much to do. New shops and other attractions are no longer happening.
