I have visited this store many times and bought gold jwelry and clothings from here. I like the minimal design rings, anklets , earings from here. I also like the casual / western wear cloths from here. I got good deal recently when i used rs500 discount coupons (i got coupons from last purchase) on rs 2000 shopping. Very good and trendy collection. Must visit. Recently visited again.. Bought new summer collection. Used coupons and got great deal on apparals.

TRENDS from the house of Reliance is a clothing store located inside the Ozone Galleria Mall in the ground and first floor. The ground floor has collection for ladies section and the 1st floor has kids and gents section. A small counter of Reliance Jewels is also located inside this store on the ground floor. Here one can find a varied collection of clothings with various designs and various types. Both ladies and gents section has very good collection and the prices too are kept a bit resonable. During puja occassion there are various gifts provided on the amount of shopping done. Overall its a nice clothing store and a must visit during shopping 😊

Buying things are easier but returning and exchanging products are tougher its 3 rd time today either product is not available or asked to wait for more than an hour for second shift staff to come and in 3 or 4 days it will pass the expiry date

Good place to purchase household and food materials. Options are there and relatively cheaper than the market. Nowadays vegetables are really cheap. It will be better to have empty bags with you to bring purchased items to home, otherwise you have to pay for new bag. Major problem is for parking cars and bikes. This place is well connected by auto service.

I visited the reliance trends store in dhanbad and expected a much better service from such a reputed store but I was highly disappointed especially with the service of most staff members, some of them have drunked and some were misbehaving with me.I came for shopping and shopped for almost 12k without any help from the trends staff.I faced problems due to irresponsible staff.I would like the management to look through it as it is highly disappointing.

In Dhanbad trends, Customer service and billing section people are worst . They don't know how to talk to their customer. They are behaving like they are the owner not that bloody worker.Let me tell my experience, one faulty size cloth I purchased, they didnt allow me check the size becoz of the COVID reason , that's ok not an issue I understand. But the next day I went there and told that I want one larger size so replace that...they simply reply me in a wonderful way that that is not our mistake..Woww thats great reply...so I got understood that that is not his fault , the fault was mine who went there to purchase

Pantaloons is far better option in comparison then trends..
