My wife and I ate dinner there 2 nights ago. The hostess was very friendly and seated us promptly. Following this the service was absolutely abominable. There was quite a wait before our server came to the table and took our drink and dinner orders. I ordered a glass of zinfandel and was brought the wrong wine. After placing our dinner orders we waited about an hour before we were served our food. I must say the food tasted very good once it finally came. My wife did not eat all of her meal and wanted a to go box. We were never able to get the attention of our server. After about 20 minutes the hostess seated another party at the next booth and I was able to flag her down and requested a to go box and our check which came fairly quickly. My final disappointment was discovering an 18% gratuity had been added to our bill which was quite an insult considering the service was just about the worst I have ever had in any place I have ever eaten. Needless to say we will never eat there again and will advise our friends to avoid the place.

I placed a carry out order from the restaurant. The food was good. The part I didn't like was an 18% gratuity charge included on the bill. I didn't notice until it was too late. I have no issues tipping on a carryout order, but to have the restaurant automatically include an 18% gratuity charge on a carryout bill is a bit presumptuous. What happened to the mandatory gratuity being reserved for parties of more than 6 people?

There was 5 other tables in the entire restaurant, they used the excuse of being short staffed, which is understandable but if you can’t attend 5 tables with 8 servers standing around, you shouldn’t be open. The bartender was great. Our server, horrible, she forgot about us, we asked for the bill, got it 20 minutes after telling her we were trying to leave, our coils were unattended, the only thing that was good was our food being brought our fresh, by a very obvious food runner who had no clue who our server even was. There shouldn’t be gratuity if you aren’t going to attend to your two tables.

Great service, open on Mondays! Sometimes it’s hard to find a nice restaurant to meet up with friends on a Monday when many places are closed. Food was fresh and yummy. Lots of unique options for food and you can even enjoy a Hookah at the table. Lots of tales and a beautiful central bay.

Insanely good food! The best hummus I have ever had stateside with very generous portions. Can’t speak to service or restaurant experience as we ordered delivery. But Five stars for the food. Delicious!

Food was very tasty. Ordered lamb kofta. Was a bit under cooked. I took it home and cooked it to my liking. Was delicious. Staff was friendly, not very attentive though. They add tip to your bill, so be aware so you don't double tip.

Beef was over cooked. Lamb was excellent. They put a gratuity charge on the bill for a party of 2. Usually it is done for parties of six or more. I have had better times in the past. I hope things get better. Hardly anyone in the restaurant.

This location was okay. It looks more like just a huge restaurant. Minimum decor. Though the wait staff accidentally got the hookah ashes in my guest old fashion the server got him another drink and apologized and guest enjoyed their hookahs. Food was average. The Brady Street location is a bit more intimate.

Some of these reviewers are smoking something way harder than a the hookah... Our experience was great! Fabulous, kind service, our waitress Anna was great and most importantly the food was DELICIOUS. We'll be back.

I’m sorry, but there are things that need to be improved. 1) When people smoke hookah, there’s no designated place for them to do so. The smell goes everywhere 2) We ordered an appetizer that had frozen parts in the middle. 3) We were given the other table’s appetizer and when we explained it wasn’t ours, it just was picked up and given to the other table. I try not to waste food, but that’s a health code issue. Especially, after what we’ve seen in 2020. I hope things will improve.

This was our first time at this location. We've dined at the east side location before. The food was ok other than the lentil soup which came out barely warm. It was probably closer to room temperature. We were there rather early for dinner service so that leads me to believe the soup was not prepared fresh that day. Also we were surprised to see an 18% service charge added to our bill. That's common with larger groups but first time I've seen that when just a couple dine out. Perhaps the policy was listed on the menu or somewhere else but we both missed it and I was in the process of adding a 20% tip to the bill when I looked closer and saw 18% was already added.

We payed $27 just to get in the door. No champagne at midnight no party favors nothing. I wish I would've saved my money. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I'm lucky that we even got our food which was only good part of my experience. I think our sever was drunk. He came by twice took our order and never returned with our drinks and dessert we had to go grab the hostess to ask for the bill. I will not be returning to this place 👎👎

I’ve been coming here for years and can’t say enough that the food is AMAZING! I really enjoy the happy hour they have from 4-6 where I can get my hookah and wine half off!! After a full 8 hour work day, Casablanca’s happy hour and dinner is exactly what I need.

It's a decent tasting Mediterranean restaurant. It's a bit expensive for the experience. I thought their combo with choice of two is the most cost effective entree. We ordered combination of lamb kifta, chicken kabob and beef shawarma. All of them tasted above average. Only lamb and chicken can be found halal here. I read a lot about their basmati rice. But I found it very dry and undercooked. Their lentil soup is okay. As a South Asian its daal for me which I ended up eating with the rice and then it tasted good! I'm happy with the portion size. Our waiter was nice and the wait time wasn't too bad.

Went on a date and since I love Casablanca on Brady I decided to try their Brookfield location. 10/10 for sure food was delicious, hot and fast, hookah was amazing and had some of their signature martinis and it was so good. Highly recommend

We visited on a Thursday evening and it was low key, not very busy which made me feel a lot more comfortable (Covid gave me some health issues, and I'm conscious to avoid crowds.) The ambience was very cozy, and inviting. It was my birthday, and the restaurant treated me with a baklava and a shot which was nice. Our server, black haired guy, was also very attentive and friendly. I also like that they have a few vegetarian/vegan options.

The atmosphere was soothing and peaceful. A great time to enjoy a meal with great company. I had the grilled salmon, rice and mixed vegetables. It was delicious!! My daughter had shrimp pasta which was also delicious. If you want a good restaurant this is a great place to go.

Came in around 8:00pm on a Saturday for some drinks and hooka. The place is huge and they let you sit wherever. We choose a table off to the side in a quieter area instead of the bar. Hookah, drinks and appetizers were all great! A dj was setting up, but we left before he started. My wife and I enjoyed our stop here and will probably come back. Lots of food options, looked kind of expensive($20-30), but quality food.

Came here on a Monday night. The food was good, which is why I gave it 2 stars. The service sucked though. First off, there were 2 of us and the hostess put us at this huge booth. It was so awkward, there were high top tables that would've been perfect for 2 people. Secondly, our server was either new or didn't care. They forgot to get pita bread for our appetizer, then they blamed the food runner. They forgot our bottle of wine, then wasn't anywhere to be seen for about 20 minutes I had to get the hostess to find them. They finally gave us our bottle of wine, then blamed the bartender for why we didn't have it sooner, however they didn't open it, or give us a bottle opener to open the bottle so I had to find them again to have them open it. They had no clue on how to open it. So the bartender had to open it. Then they disappeared again for another 15-20 minutes. What were they doing!? It wasn't busy. They seemed very disinterested in being there. Then the check came they didn't give us the 50% off the wine that was advertised so once again I had to find them to correct it and then of all things they had the stones to add 18 % gratuity to the bill, for just 2 of us. Once again our waitstaff said "oh sorry I normally don't work Mondays" like that was okay!? I would've tipped but not 18%. Excuses excuses excuses, no thanks. I won't be back, I really wanted to like this place.

I have patronized this establishment since the late 90s. This is when they were exclusively on Brady Street in Milwaukee. NEVER had on issue. Times have changed and at times the crowd at this location can be a bit ghetto fabulous. But service, food and entertainment is still great 😊. THE REASON FOR REVIEW:BROOKFIELD location RUDE UNORGANIZED and very UNPROFESSIONAL. My son turned 24 on October 21st 2022. He called me on around the 10th of October and asked me to find a great spot for a bday dinner and to be sure they have LAMB (lol) I knew the perfect spot ( Casablanca Brookfield) this would be my 2nd time at this location. I made reservations around the 14th for a group of 15. Brookfield NEVER answers their phone and online reservation can’t be made with a party this size. So, each time I called, I had to go through BRADY location just to get an answer. 1 day Prior to dinner I had to add 8 more people. Again BRADY street had to handle it over phone. The day before I received a text confirming, as well as day of, a call confirming we would still be in attendance . The manager had a worker call back stating with parties of this size they serve family style dinner. After explaining to me what this was, I told them it would have been best to tell me this at time of booking so I could have added a menu to my sons invite. That way, our guest would have known in advance, having an option to join us. The manager understood sayings “it’s not a busy night” and AGREED to allow us to order separate entrees. Once we arrived, Service was HORRIBLE from start. They had so many tall glasses of water on the table The kids did not need TALL glasses. After 2 spills(lol) I asked them to change the 4 kids out for smaller cups with lids. Which they did. Here we are a table of 25 ONE inexperienced waitress( bless her heart) she tried to accommodate such a large group!! We had 5 orders of lamb chops. 4 orders went back literally 3 times!! (Undercooked or overcooked) The manager seemed very Agitated, stating the cook was new and not use to such a large party, is why they usually do family style…🤨🙄.(are we bringing this up again ?) I have been a patron of this location for over 3 years. Something changed several months ago and I just can' not continue to spend money at an establishment that has such horrible service and makes you feel as if you are a bother by dining there. My wife and I would come in every Monday or Tuesday evenings to share a bottle of wine at the bar and some appetizers and absolutely loved it. The bartender was one of the best we have ever had. She was professional and so nice. The days we ordered a cocktail other than wine they were perfection. The bartenders since then lack professionalism and act as if you are a bother. The upside is sometimes she will apologize with free wine or drinks. You can also guarantee the drink will be strong. They won't taste good, but they will be the only one you need. The bartender will spend the longest amount of their time talking to the other employees or are no where to be found. This may be not a dealbreaker for others ....but it is so bright in there I feel like I'm back at school or in a hospital. The music is awful. The atmosphere used to be so welcoming. Lights would dimmer and a great Playlist of jazz and instrumentals that just felt so inviting and romantic. Lastly the food is never consistent. One day the hummos is a perfect texture and the next it might be as thick as paste. The restaurant has great potential but I can't see it lasting long at this rate.

It was my first time at this location and everything was perfect. I stopped in for a late night dinner and this is one of the only places open late in Brookfield. I ordered the Shrimp Tahini Pasta which was superb! After dinner, I enjoyed a cocktail and hookah. Overall a great experience.

Love coming here for Happy hour HALF OFF Hookah can’t beat it. I also love the Thursday ladies night martini deals and the bartender/manager is so accommodating and love coming to see her and the other bartender on Friday nights when they have an R&B theme and DJ is also amazing !!! 😻
