Very nice and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Hot scrambled eggs are guaranteed. Diabetic friendly instead of just muffins and pastry! Rooms have always been very clean and have comfortable beds.

Comfortable room. Quiet. Good morning breakfast provided. Super nice young man working the breakfast area on Wednesday and Thursday. Location was great for restaurants and movies, plus easy access to Interstate for our many adventures this week. Front desk very helpful. Only glitch was plumbing problem throughout building so no water at 10 am til fixed, however we were out by 10 to the zoo and everything was fixed by our return, so a very minimal problem that did not affect our stay. Overall a very positive experience, would gladly stay here again.

I can't believe all the bad reviews because this place is great. The building is old, but super clean. It's probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been in and the staff will even let you clean your own room if you want. This place also had really sturdy comfortable beds, decent WiFi, cable TV, and free parking. It's family owned and they're very friendly people that tell you good morning and will talk to you and exchange stories with you. And there's also free meals here too. It's a great place. Recommended.

Comfortable Beds. Friendly Staff. Great Management. Yummy Breakfast. Great Location. The air conditioning went out in our room and we called the front desk who came up right away to fix it. He couldn't fix it and offered us a new room 2 doors down. The ac was perfect in that room. Then the neighbors upstairs kept stomping around at 10:30pm so we called the desk again (we had to be up at 5am so we were already in bed). The manager (I think) went right upstairs and told them to keep it down. They immediately stopped and we fell asleep. This is the most responsive, attentive, kind staff I've met at a hotel for awhile. I used to work at choice hotels, ascend collection and we specialized in customer service. This staff and management had the excellence of a 5 star hotel!

I like that we didn't get a room that has the open access. The room was not that very clean as it should have been. There were hair on the towels, the coffee maker was dirty and dusty. Bed looks brand new. Cable is pretty basic. Head boards had viable hand prints on them. But I guess not so bad for the price.

The hotel is in desperate need of new carpeting everywhere! It does look like they are putting new laminate flooring. The bathrooms need new tubs/showers. The bed was very comfortable, slept really well. The breakfast was decent. Overall pretty good

Room was nice size. Workers were professional and friendly. Breakfast was great for this kind of hotel. Accommodations are made for when breakfast room gets too full. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning unit worked but was noisy. Decent location and worth it for the cost.

They say “you get what you pay for” this statement is never truer then with Quality Inn in Brookfield. Upon arrival the room smelled of smoke, the top blanket had three large stains. The headboard had handprints. The lamp shades were covered with filth and grime. The bathroom had a very dirty hand rag left from the last occupant, and a long clump of hair hanging on the shower wall. All this with Covid means the place was not safely disinfected. And was probably the worst sleeping environment. All they would do was give me 10% back after they charged me two dollars more then the booking.com price I charged the room too. All in al I will NEVER stay here ever again!

Check in was super easy. Room is decent, sink and tub drain is super slow and tub is stained (I tried to scrub it myself). But overall it's in a good location, good price, no bugs so it's a win.

A great, pet friendly hotel with very affordable accommodations for all of the amenities. The staff are polite and very professional. Housecleaning is prompt and visit every day to make sure guests needs are met. Their breakfast is exceptional! Biscuits and gravy, breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, yogurt... Highly recommended! Thanks for the great stay.

The place was not as clean as I had hoped. When we entered the room, the bath wasn't extremely clean, there were dusty corners behind the bathroom door and the wall, an empty Gatorade bottle between the wall and the bed, and the fridge wasn't pristine. We shared a hotel room with another couple, and the air conditioner didn't seem to sufficiently reach our bed, which was closer to the bathroom.

Would just like others to know before staying here to look around first. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing I can say. It was pretty gross, so dusty and it had a musky odor. They did offer to switch rooms, but second one was just as dusty. When they did clean didnt empty garbage or do a very good job. Hard to enjoy your stay when we kept sneezing and coughing the short time we were there. Hopefully with a more efficient cleaning staff problem could be resolved..
