Very warming and creamy soup My favorite breakfast place❤️😇 I love their coffee, sandwiches, and soups❤️😇

The manager Barbra, absolutely amazing! I called in before I placed my order and asked her would it be possible to accommodate me being on a liquid diet due to my jaw being wired shut and asked if her blending my soup up was an option.. not only was she willing to do so so I could eat at work, she was beyond happy to do it! She asked me how blended up I needed it to be to fit my diet and she executed it perfectly ! I ordered two containers of broccoli cheese soup and she blended up both so perfect I was able to drink it through a straw like I needed to be able too, best thing I’ve ate all month! Since my surgery I have asked numerous Panera’s around the area to do so and they all refused so I just tend to go my work days with out eating and today I was especially hungry so when Barbra was happy about blending my food up I can honestly she say she made my whole entire day 200% better! Thank you so much to Barbra and the team at this location! They are awesome and the food was awesome as well ! 20 out of 10 recommended

Would absolutely recommend! I was there for training, however I stopped to get some food, and had a wonderful time. The employees were nice, and the food was wonderful! Though there was a lot of orders coming in, they still got my food out quickly and accurately. Would recommend!

It's Panera, you know what you're getting here. Consistent, slightly above average bread, salads, and coffee. As long as you don't arrive very late or during a very busy time of day/holidays, they have what you expect. Plus, very clean bathrooms and good wifi. It's just a better version of Starbucks at this point because the food choices and basic coffees are better.

90% of the time, they’re great. There were a handful of times my sandwiches came out burnt and sometimes the place could really use a good vacuum cleaning, but Other than that, no issues

Rarely get orders 100% correct. Today they forgot the bread bowl part of my order. Kind of sick of it. Wouldn’t recommend. What they don’t have in accurate service they make up for in uncomfortable over positive Ed’s in their interactions. Here’s a few gross pieces I pulled out of my “salad” they made. Might want to train your employees to pull the bad greens out of your salad mix rather than put the lettuce core in salads. Probably won’t visit you again for awhile.

Older white hair manager needs training on proper customer service.. RUDE! Not sure how she can manage and train others when she doesn’t behave well herself and uses intimidation and yelling as a method of business ethics. She also needs to be told something 5-6 times before she hands the task off to someone else who

I really appreciate McKenzie’s leadership and initiative while serving a line of guests! She stopped what she was doing to open up a register and help us out! I also noticed her caring professionalism in explaining the different types of Panera promotions. Thank you so much taking care of us!

Food was great, had the turkey bravo and a cup of soup with a soda . I would love to eat here more often but like most everywhere bring a twenty dollar bill or your credit card. Sorry I'm just getting Old.

Not very clean! Not busy at all! It’s 3pm and they are “out of baguettes” for the day. When asked about it was told they only make a certain amount per day, but your name is literally BREAD… Husband ordered his meal without cilantro, got his item covered in it. For a slow Saturday afternoon, this was absolutely the worst. especially when spending $40 for 2 people to eat.

Was looking forward to a bowl of soup, so I ordered one to go and when I got back to work to enjoy it, there was only half a bowl! Very disappointing!

Little confusing on ordering your own food at the kiosk, overall everything was good tasty

Someone explain to me how one can order a cup of coffee and wait in line 15 minutes for it? The best part of it was watching the screen to see which orders were ready/next, and seeing 4 different FOOD orders be prepared and served before my coffee. This will be the first and last time I ever come here.

This place is filthy! Ran in for a quick bite and used the restroom. I thought I hope the restaurant isn’t as filthy! It is! Dust everywhere. Dirty floor. Just gross. The iced tea bins looked cloudy and gross too. Yuck!

This experience was serving, ummmm well not good, the pizza was giving cardboard, the only good part was the workers who were nice. But still food came cold and was just overall an unpleasant experience.

We were picking up an order, and the place was empty, but we waited 15 minutes for the order to be completed. This place is VERY SLOW. They didn't say Thank You or Have a good night. They handed it like they were in a hurry to get on break.

Ordered a half of a sandwich and a cup of soup to go. It took them 25 min just to make the sandwich and then when I got home to eat it, there was a stray almond on it which I am deathly allergic to. I’m sure it was delicious but I had to throw the whole thing away.

Everything was going well until they gave me the food. I ordered a salad and a cream of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was not how I always been getting it for years. The cream was missing and seemed like a chicken noodle soup. Then when I told them they ended up giving me the same texture of soup.

This restaurant/Fast food sucks!! Every time I try to order go in and get something it’s always sold out. How the hell are you a bakery and you can’t bake bread or slice your meats to order. This place sucks.
