Wonderful experience. My current makeup brand is being discontinued. I made appointment for free lesson at Merle Norman for help in choosing new products and colors. Renee asked me about my current skincare routine and preferences, then cleansed my face and demonstrated techniques, answering all my questions. I was very pleased with appearance afterwards. There was no pressure to buy everything at once instead of changing as I use up what I have.

Renee took extra care to ensure my little one had a positive experience. The attention we received, the thoroughness, the fun interactions--all were top notch. She knew how to interact with my child so they could care for their newly pierced ears at home (& it has worked.) I would highly, highly recommend MN and Renee. Truly, you get what you pay for and this was well-worth the price.

I have worn Merle Norman make-up since I was allowed to wear it, at age 16. I am 55 years old & turned to MN when I had an issue. I have stage IV metastatic breast cancer that has spread to my bones. Recently my face started to itch, mostly my forehead. It’s a side effect from chemo. I called MN Brookfield and spoke to Moira. She is my new hero! She suggested Aqua Bliss moisturizer. Within a few days, my itching was almost gone. I use it every morning and I rarely have to reapply. I am so incredibly happy! Because I love MN lip balm, I asked Moira to add one of the new colors to my bag. She did and I love the new color. Thank you Moira - you are the best!

I had my make up done at the Brookfield location and they did a great job. I really appreciated the tips she gave me and the products she showed me. She didn't just try to sell me something but instead talked of how certain items could reduce the amount of product I used and gave me options for what to use. Thank you

I've been going here for years and it is the only place I will do my facials or get my skin care products. All the ladies here are amazing and take care to meet your needs. I've been going to Mackenzie for facials for about 2 years now and she has literally transformed my skin from dull and dry to healthy and glowing through the Merle products and her deep understanding of skin care. She made a customized facial for me and has been working to really expand their facial options at the store and I LOVE it. I will recommend to anyone who asks to go here for their skin.

Had a wonderful bridal experience for my 2 day wedding! Nor was delightful and made my hair look stunning - with all day hold. Further, my makeup was exactly what I requested. Renee, the business owner, went above and beyond. She generously fixed my nails and provided ear car solution for sore bloody ears (from heavy wedding earrings). We had these ladies do our hair and makeup for our wedding yesterday and they did an amazing job! All of the girls hair and makeup lasted throughout the whole day. I changed my hairstyle last minute from what we did at our trial and Erin was so flexible and did great. Would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!

We had such a great experience getting our daughter’s ears pierced at Merle Norman! Renee was so kind and made it very memorable for her. She even got a stuffy to take home with her! It was so convenient to be able to schedule the appointment online too. Would 100 percent recommend for anyone looking for a place to get their ears pierced.

We weren’t aware that Merle Norman did ear piercing until a Claire’s employee told us. Made an appointment online and met with Moira, it was my daughters first ear piercing, Moira made her feel special and comfortable during the whole thing and went the extra mile with us!

I used Merle Norman & MN Salon Brookfield for my wedding day makeup. I met with Moira for a trial where she created exactly what I was looking for. She was so knowledgable and was able to walk me (someone who knows little about makeup) through various styles until we had the perfect look. On my wedding day, Moira and Erin did a wonderful job creating the perfect, effortless style for me and my bridesmaids. They were punctual and easy to talk to as we were getting ready. I received many complements throughout the day on how beautiful my makeup looked. I can't recommend Merle Norman enough!

I love getting my Lashes done by Zeyra! The entire process is so relaxing. Her space is so clean, and I always recommend her to anyone who is looking into getting lash extensions. The lash baths are a personal favorite of mine.

I received a facial from MacKenzie, and I am more than pleased. I've never had a facial before so I have nothing to compare it to. But I have had plenty of spa massages in my life to know that this was a high quality experience. It was very relaxing, and I felt very pampered. She took the time to ask questions and understand the needs of my skin. I am 52 with wrinkles just starting. I received a sophisticated facial, with pampering extras, that went above and beyond my expectations. Also, my skin still looks great a few days later. Definitely better than before the facial. Smooth and a little firmer, with fine lines softened. Makeup looked better when I put it on the next day. Highly recommend Merle Norman in Brookfield and MacKenzies's professionalism.

We went here to get my 7 year old’s ears pierced. Once we got there, she got really scared and nervous. Erin pulled out every trick in the book to make her comfortable and took the extra time to work with her until it was a success! I cannot speak highly enough - this was just the right place to bring my daughter and I highly recommend it to anyone! There is also a large selection of earrings to choose from - many different sizes, colors and shapes. My daughter is so thrilled to now have her ears pierced!

Kenzie did an amazing job for my deluxe facial before my wedding. She took my concerns into account in creating the perfect treatment for my skin. The deluxe facial left my skin soft and glowing! She provided a comfortable and relaxing environment during my facial. It was an amazing experience and I already have my appointment booked with her for another facial. If you're on the fence about whether to book- I would go for it!

Renee walked me through the ear piercing process, conversational as she pierced my ears, and answered my questions. The store was well organized and clean. Would highly recommend Renee and her team any service they offer!
