DISGUSTING - Food with cockroaches I was with my family on July 26, 2019 at Restaurante Imperador and we had an unpleasant (disgusting) surprise: a lot of delay in service and to top it off, when my wife was already eating, she found a cockroach in the middle of the food. When complaining to the manager, he "politely" stuck his finger in the plate and flicked the cockroach and that was it. Don't go through this embarrassment, avoid the place.

If you want to eat picanha, go to a restaurant that specializes in barbecue. We were served two shoe soles, thin and hard, that didn't even resemble a picanha. The amount charged, on the other hand, was completely disproportionate, making me feel as if I had been robbed. I don't intend to go back and I don't recommend it.

I don't like the waiter service, it takes a long time. There is an item on the menu that I love, beer, but the two times I went, there was no beer. I can't say much about the food, as I tried a dish, I don't remember which one, but nothing that caught my attention.

I had one of the best risottos of my life. Pleasant environment. Very polite staff. Easy access. Missed a spot in the musical background. Despite being very discreet, the music was repetitive. The only bad thing is that it wasn't that appealing style/poor outburst of country folk.

Nice place, wonderful food, cozy atmosphere, excellent price and exceptional service. I highly recommend the restaurant!

I've been waiting for my dish for 2 hours. Everyone at the table has already eaten and I'm still waiting. Unfortunately, the whole process was embarrassing and they really don't know how to do business. They swiped my card and didn't give me the note, and when he came to show me the note that the machine came out, it only had the establishment's note, they didn't give me a copy of it and, on top of that, they forged my signature on the note, which would have been my part to sign. Much disappointment. We will never go back to this as it has been established.
