We did not have a good experience at this hotel. One night, my husband went to the reception and the girl at the reception was sleeping on the desk and she didn't even wake up to attend my husband.

I saw bad reviews, but honestly, it was good. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and friendly service. The only problem was to get our car at the checkout, just one person to take tons of cars at the same time.

I was very happy with Mercure Goiania! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extremely spacious. There was a mini-bench, a resting area, a nice table, and a big shower. These made my stay very pleasant. I also enjoyed the view from a big open area near the elevators. This hotel is great for women as well because there is a beauty salon in the lobby. I would have just liked more towels in the room, and the room lacked an iron, but the staff let me borrow one.

Mercure is very famous but in my opinion doesnt make sense the cost for the benefits, about the staff the are very friendly and professionals, the room are very comfortable but for me the breakfast could be included on the price but morn than, payed for vallet in Goiânia its unnecessary, I prefer Holiday Inn, Intercity, Golden Tulip... Have better opinions in cost vs benefits

We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on booking.com as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

The hotel is one of the best in Goiânia. Fair price and good service. The room service could be a little better (the salad was salty and over tempered )

As always, the reception professionals are very kind and prestative. One thing call my attention: the hotel is very clean and looks and smell clean, no carpet smell, nothing, excellent!

I have been to Brazil for a month now and this has to be the worst stay I had during this time. The stuff are rude and lazy. Most of them just rather stay in the corners gossiping. I went for breakfast an hour before it finishes and there were already nothing left to eat. All it was left there was empty trays and dirty tables. No one came to ask me if I needed anything (there were 4 servers chatting in a corner and only 2 guests for breakfast at that time). At the Reception I had a really pleasent experience with Monica who was very helpful with late check out. There was another guy that unfortunately I couldn’t get the name but I have to say, he was absolutely helpless. He was just rude and it was almost as if he was doing me a favor talking to me every time I needed something. Not a single information given to me whilst I checked in about facilities, etc.. Bathroom definitely has a design problem and flooded my entire room every time I showered. Kettle didn’t work. Tea selection is poor and room is way too basic. I felt like I was staying in a Travellodge not in a só said 4 stars. They have years to go in stuff training to match Castro’s service. Car Parking: I had to pay 24 reais to park my car outside to pick up my luggage and again vallet spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor. There was another 10 cars parked there for hours and I couldn’t park for 5 min. Awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend to no one who is use to a better service.

It was great, the room and services were great also the breakfast and meals, just one thing, the snacks, and drinks should be replaced every day and it wasn't, but, overall it was really good.
