When
searching
for
a
place
to
stay
while
visiting
family
in
Goiânia,
I
looked
at
Castros
and
was
told
this
was
the
best
place
to
stay
in
Goiânia.
As
a
world
traveller,
I
was
expecting
a
5
star
hotel
with
service
to
match.
What
we
got
was
an
outdated,
basic
hotel.
The
rooms
were
adequate
but
could
have
done
with
a
refurbish.
The
whole
hotel
In
fact
needs
a
face
lift.
I
would
suggest
that
the
owners
go
and
stay
in
a
real
5
star
hotel
in
Vegas
or
Dubai
to
see
the
difference
in
what
they
offer.
Asked
for
an
iron
to
be
brought
to
the
room,
only
to
be
told
they
didn’t
have
one.
And
there
was
no
trouser
press
either.
Had
to
keep
asking
for
extra
shower
gel.
The
toilet
would
never
flush
properly
and
had
to
call
maintenance
several
times.
The
breakfast
(if
you
can
call
it
that)
left
a
lot
to
be
desired.
They
made
me
an
omelete
one
day-
asked
for
a
cheese
onion
and
tomato-
ended
up
getting
ham!!
On
a
positive
note-
the
staff
were
really
friendly
and
the
door
guys
and
concierge
guys
were
great,
a
real
asset
to
the
Castro
hotel.
My
advice-
book
the
holiday
inn
or
the
Hilton.
Cheaper
and
I
can
imagine,
a
lot
nicer.
