O local é ótimo pra quem faz viagem à negócios, tem restaurantes perto para almoço e jantar . O café do hotel é bom, tem variedades viáveis e caprichosas. Não é sofisticado mas gostoso. Quanto ao atendimento da portaria, só funciona até 22 hs, depois para encontrar um funcionário que te ajude é meio complicado. Logo que entrei no quarto, percebi que ele era mal dividido, a cama fica praticamente em cima da parede em um lado, e em cima do armário do outro. Existe um sofá que se você sair da cama pelo lado do armário a noite, tem grandes chances de chutar o móvel. Tudo que eu precisava era de um ambiente tranquilo, escuro e confortável. E infelizmente me dei mal por isso. A cama é bastante dura. Os travesseiros são muitos simples e acredito que pelo tempo de uso ja estejam com a almofada bem gasta. O blackout não isola a luz completamente. Minhas noites foram péssimas, não consegui descansar nenhum pouco. O cobertor também é muito fino. Um lençol e uma manta que nas noites que o ar condicionado gelou não deram conta. Evitei pedir a mais pois havia pedido 2 travesseiros e a mulher me olhou com uma cara tão feia que evitei contato. Inclusive essa mesma mulher da recepção, eu dei um caloroso bom dia e simplesmente ela não me respondeu, mesmo estando apenas nós dois no pequeno ambiente. Para piorar, das 4 noites que fiquei no hotel, duas delas tive que contar com desprazer de ter todo tipo de barulho durante a madrugada dentro do hotel. Vozes, salto alto, porta batendo, durante toda a madrugada por duas noites. Alem de que o hotel não tem nenhum isolamento acústico dentro nem fora. E a rua já seria bem barulhenta por si. Aconteceu algo que não entendi. Durante duas noites o ar condicionado parou de funcionar entre meia noite e 3 hrs da manhã. Fiquei morrendo de calor. Cada noite que passava eu pedia a deus pra noite passar logo ou que chegasse logo 6hr da manhã para eu não precisar fingir que estava dormindo. O café da manhã é simples, mas isso não foi um problema. Por opção, eu fui tomar na padaria porque quis mesmo. Também quero ressaltar a educação do rapaz que fica na recepção e realizou meu checkout.
