This place is very unique and strongly recommended for a special experience. This is so different from most places I've seen! The rock formation, the color, and the scenery are breathtaking! 40 reas to enter! Hitchhiking is very easy in this city, even from Alto Paraiso. It took me 5 min to hop in a ride as there is no bus transportation (i heard of one but everyone Hitchhikes). Taxi can be costly there. Every fall cost 40 reas, including the 3 or 4 miradors. So, be ready to spend to access these places. I preferred Salto Curumbo (south of Brasilia as it had 5 amazing waterfalls, a waterpark, and 3 swimming pool for 65 reas). What an amazing place. Not a super hard hike but please listen to the guides and lifeguards. This place can get dangerous if you are not careful

After a very long trip, arrive and find entrance denied to dogs. When entrance is permitted to human beings that are worse than animals... There are "more advanced waterfall owners" than those here that allow entry to pets. If you love animals encourage these waterfalls instead: *Cachoeiras que aceitam Pets:* - Cachoeira do Segredo - Cachoeira do Papagaio - Cachoeira da Força - Anjos e Arcanjos - Raizama - Praia do Jatobá - Praia das Pedras And if you arrive on a weekend expect to share the waterfall with 100 people approx. And you are given 2 hours only. Definitely not the paradise experience we all look for.

Interesting place. the Natural pool in the end is refreshing. No protection to fall off.

A bit crowded but such an unique visual! Also easy to reach comparing to other waterfalls and places around.

One of the best quick trips in the region: amazing view, unusual geography, car park quite close to the entrance, great for a swim further down. Could be done in half a day. Easy trail - could be done by elderly (as long as they're minimally fit), children, people with a hangover.

Small, but pretty place with peculiar rock formations and a river that forms nice baths. Mild trails present a beginner level tracking challenge making the visit suitable for children as well as adults.

Why go to the Moon when we have it here in Brasil 🇧🇷? This place is stunning and very unique, never before had i seen anything like it.

Crazy moon landscape with canyons, pools and unbelievable rocks. Be careful of the weather because the zone is subjected to sudden and violent floods. Trust local people indication and respect the limits. Enjoy and wander in this wonderful place!

Cool, but water level didn't allow for getting in. Was not as impressive as I thought, but if you have time, at least its a quick and different plan.

Beautiful but dangerous when its raining. Always hire a tour guide. They know it better and are involved with the community.
