The place was worth the money . Manjunath is a very friendly host and he engages the guests very well. The food was homely and well cooked. The room is good enough for a night's stay with all basic amenities. Good place to stay when we visit Badami.

Wonderful experience and a really great stay. The place is huge and all the rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Mr. Manjunath, the host, has a really nice place. He helped us with transport, from the railway station and to other places around. He also cooked very delicious and homely breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us. Overall highly recommended.

Had an amazing stay with Mr Manjunatha and family. The hosts are very welcoming and their hospitality is top notch. Helpful suggestions provided to visit all the nearby tourist attractions. Delicious home cooked food provided and served with love. Pick ups and drops to the railway station arranged at an extra cost. Even when our train was running late by 3 hours, he accommodated us and ensured we were comfortable. Will definitely recommend to all who are looking for the warmth of a home.

Loved the stay at Dharani. Spent two nights there. Booked without expectations but was pleasantly surprised with what we got. The location is not far from the town centre. And, significantly, is surrounded by just farms with a distant view of the hills. It is also tucked away from the main road but the google map leads you correctly to the place. Rooms were clean and neat with just enough storage space; service was homely as the cooking was done by Manjunath's mother and serving by his father or Manjunath. In short, Dharani just gives you the homely feeling. It is the perfect home stay. Manjunath and his parents also make good conversations and are very helpful with tips on sightseeing. If you are expecting luxuries, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a home away from home, Dharani is where you should head for. Manjunath has great plans for the homestay and its surrounding areas. What I liked best is he is environment conscious and is growing a forest adjacent to the farm stay. Here you can go bird watching or just for a walk in the woods. It is a good place to introduce children to nature. I wish Manjunath and his family the best.

The stay was more than just perfect, situated amidst the middle of mountains and farms, it was worth every penny that I paid . The host, Mr. Manjunatha and his family were more than generous to help me to put during my stay for each and every thing. The other plus, were the home cooked meals that I had during my stay. I enjoyed the simple home cooked meals so much. I highly recommend staying at Dharani if you around Badami, Aihole or Pattadkal.

This is possibly one of the best home stays I have ever stayed at! Located 10 minutes from the main town of Badami, this gem is perfect to stay away from the hustle-bustle, yet conveniently close to everything that you must explore in the area. The beautiful farm stay is surrounded by fields and palm groves. The property is easily accessible, well maintained, the rooms are super clean and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The wonderful hosts, Manjunatha and Mona, go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay with them. The comfort of their home is perhaps only exceeded by the warmth of their personalities. They helped me plan by suggesting the places I can explore, including the not-so-touristy destinations. They can even arrange for a vehicle to explore around. I stayed for a night with them, but I wish I had stayed for more; if you can, try and spend a minimum of 2-3 nights here. The food was a real highlight; I, most definitely, over-ate in every mealtime because of how ridiculously delicious the food was - simple, flavourful, comfort home food - cooked with lots of love. If you want a quiet paradise and a relaxed vibe to remote work for a slightly longer duration, armed with the comforts of a home, this is the perfect respite from the city. 100 percent recommend! Thank you guys for the most lovely stay; will be back soon.

Overall nice experience to stay here. Calm and quiet place. Wonderful treat and service and budget friendly too! Few thing I want to suggest is about bathroom knobs are need to be repair. Also mosquito net should be fitted to windod. That will make it more better. Overall experience was very good. Nature lover must try this

Nested among lush green fields is a quite homestay equipped with modern amenities and retaining the rural vibe. It is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. This homestay is hosted by a lovely family who really make it an memorable experience through their down to earth attitude, ever smiling faces and helpful nature. They offer simple but lip smacking freshly prepared organic food. And also provided us with assistance by directing is in the right direction for an early morning temple darshan /Banashankari Devi Abhishekam.it is one of the very few pure veg options with stay available at Badami. Hoping to re-visit again.

This turned out to be an amazing experience. The rooms are well furnished and the location of the house is right in the middle of a farm. The hosts Manjunath and Pratibha are really nice people who treated us like their friends. They ensured we were comfortable and genuinely took good care of all our needs. My entire family including my kid had a wonderful stay here.We felt like we had visited our relatives home. Not to forget the tasty authentic vegetarian meals served by them. The place also has huge balcony for kids and family to hang out. The property is fenced and lots of place for kids to run around and play. Beautiful starry sky at night and peaceful ambience. Considering the fact that Badami has very limited options for stay and no much standards in hotels this place is like a hidden gem.

It was an amazing experience staying in a farm. Rooms are maintained well, however the openings below the roof has the disadvantage of insects and mosquitoes coming in. Otherwise, everything was a great experience. Food was delicious. The family welcomes you with amazing hospitality and sumptuous homemade food. We went in with an infant and they really helped us find the right food for the baby and treated us like family. Overall, it’s definitely a must-try place if you’re looking for a simple farm stay escaping busy lifestyle.

Hands down! One of the best place to stay in Badami. The host, Manjunath and his better half, will stay in your heart for long time. The homestay is an eco-friendly stay option away from hustle-bustle of the city. The food is cherry on the cake, plus they grow their own veggies and fruits. We will definitely recommend this place for longer stay.

Our stay at Dharani homestay was very comfortable. The hosts of the homestay, Manju Anna and his family are welcoming and warm people who made us feel at home with their hospitality and home made food. It is located about 4 kms away from Badami. As we did not have our own vehicle, Manju Anna himself came to pick us. The homestay is tastefully designed amidst greenery and is a pleasant getaway from dusty city life. Definitely recommend Dharani homestay for anyone who is visiting Badami, Aihole and Pattadakal!

The stay was excellently hosted by Mr.Manjunath and his family. Best homestay, for people visiting Badami and Hampi. Rooms are clean and give you a pleasant feeling of home. Food was excellent, but with a homely touch. Homestay was also surrounded by an Agro forest, which gave an excellent view and feel.

Manjunatha and Pratiba know how to make their guests feel like home! They made us amazing food, helped us out with advice for activities and motorcycle, shared many stories and nice moments. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is our best one so far in 2 months India and you wake up with the sounds of birds. Highly recommended!
