I bought a Bosch front load washing machine a year ago and the product is pretty good but the problem is with the service from girias. I have been requesting from over a month now to please send someone because my washing machine drain cap is blocked and I am unable to open it to clean and Girias guy tanveer has been giving false promises on sending the service guy today tomorrow but has never showed up. The real reason not to buy here is, now since we know products here are way expensive than amazon or flipkart but still we buy it thinking we get service quickly but it turned to be not true, you also visit girias website and they have provided service and repair numbers which are company specific and toll free provided by companies and not by girias so what's the point in paying more and buying here when you are ultimately being directed to the company service portal of the product. What's girias part in this ? Only sales then we will go buy it for cheap online right !!.

We went to buy front load washing machine in girias showroom at Dharwad in karanataka and decided to buy installment from Godrej finance they told us the processing charge of loan 1700 extra again we went to Reliance Mall enquired they told us that only 500 processioning Charge we call to girias showroom Dharwad they told we take extra from Reliance mall... what is nonsense ?worst people and also worst girias showroom in Dharwad don't buy here they take extra money from customer and all overking people are fake don't buy here.compare to girias Reliance Mall is price cheaper than girias we got same front load washing machine for 40000 and girias price was 42000... Request to all don't buy from girias

very worst experience for me here. I had been to shop in Nov-05-2021. First of all no one attended me while I asked for help. one person came and he switched to attend another customer who wanted to buy Fridge. Guy from Girias told me to wait. I waited for 45 mins and wasted my time there. I suggest every one just dont go here. More over, no Covid-precautions were taken during that day. No one from Girias was wearing mask and I didnt see any hand sanitizer in show room. These guys only give ads but dont care the customers.

After sale don't care about service.Bought AC which was faulty.. called many times to replace, took 4 days for the replacement and still waiting for the faulty Ac pickup..

We went to their outlet to buy washing machine. Right at the entrance, on asking our requirement, concerned salesperson Siraj guided us through various brands of machine and explaining technicalities. They never push you buy a particular brand which is a good thing. Overall was a good experience because the first time washing machine was delivered which had a small dent on one side.. but the replacement was hassle free and Siraj was quite courteous during the whole process sending the service engineer right on time for installation. I would definitely recommend Girias if you want to buy electronic gadgets etc at attractive discounts plus their after sales service has been good so far.

Worst service men's always using mobile & playing games in mobile doesn't care about the Customers.
