Not impressed with their standards of Customer service, even i found their dealing in gold exchange bit loss making compare to other shops, they did not even have karat meter to verify our gold quality but tgey straibght away offered 15% deductable wastage . Its my personal experience.

Third class shop, I went today afternoon it was 2.20, I asked I want to buy a ring, I was prepared for buying but the receptionist told me it is closing time, it was purchased nit yet 2.30,even after I said bad approach to customer they did not bother, don't buy from them.... No value for customers

Worst, pathetic, useless, service. The staff behaves as if they are doing some favour. We had to buy some gold , they said its lunch time come after 4pm. We said just wait for few minutes we will go, had come from far. They said i dont care. We are shutting move out and if you want come at 4pm. This is the kind of worst attitude the staff has. I dont know if the owner really cares about this.

Worst customer service. They dont care about the customer. We thought of buying gold and compromised to all aspects even they were very harsh. But when we said book and provide receipt, they said its lunch come after 4 pm. They cant even wait for 5 min. Is this the way you treat a customer. What a pathetic treatment. I am giving business but the attitude. Keeping such an attitude will never improve your business.

store timing written was 8.00 and they have shut the door half n sending back the customers back at 7.45 .... which is pathetic... we were asking to open as we had come from dharwad but the lady who work there and security argued that we can't send inside as they need to leave at 8.00 ... if that is the case then they should state the timing as 7.30 not 8.00 ... i would never suggest this shop ever for such behaviour they r loosing customers with this attitude...
