I had recently visited VLCC wellness center and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Firstly, the staff at the center were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dieticians were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they took the time to understand my dietary requirements. They provided me with a customized diet plan that was easy to follow and helped me make healthier food choices without compromising on taste. The slimming department was also top-notch. The trainers were highly skilled and motivated, and they helped me create an exercise regimen that worked for me. The equipment was also modern and well-maintained.After a few weeks of following the diet plan and exercising regularly, I began to see positive changes in my weight and overall health.

Hii this is Satyam Soni. I am here to share my experience in VLCC. So the Story starts with My weight was around 85kg which is too much extra according to My body Mass Index so I decide to loose my weight but as a business owner it is difficult me to give time for Gym and Exercise. So I tried to go with VLCC weight lose package and here I lost on an average 5kg of weight with in 40-45 days as my counselor commit me before the Start of my Package I am too empress with the Results I get, that's why I have taken another package to loose my next extra 5kg weight. The best part of the VLCC is their Staff. My therapist Mr. Harish, he has very gentle nature and he is also very expert in his work, he followed a very big role to loose my weight. And how I forgot my Nutritionist Ms. Khushi, she is also very good in nature and has take care of my diet. Generally nutritionists make a diet plan which is as much tough to follow as you got panic only by seeing it. But Khushi mam Plan a diet plan for me which is as easy as pie of Cake to eat. She had not suggested me to eat taste less food instead she plan a diet by changing the way I am eating my daily food. So that I can eat tasty food, without feel hunger and can follow diet at the same time. I am very thankful for the VLCC Gwalior, Alakhnanda Tower Centre.

They are not experts but they claim to be. I told them i have a medical problem because of which i am underweight and still was promised that they can help me. I was just given diet consultation once after that nobody cared. The full body massage given increased my diarrhea and i was still given the muscie relaxor even though it was making me feel worse. They have no expertise in terms of wellness. I would suggest not to go to them and get sick.

Great service, have taken anti dandruff, meso scalp and PRP session, there are visible positive changes and effective. Other services like hair spa, pedicure etc are also worth taking.

My experience in this centre is very good. Pedicure services are too good. Also tried laser treatment from here... although it is bit painful but after results are promising. Satisfied with the staff services and they r very helpful.
