Worst clinic ever!! First of all , Me and My cousin opted for a Facial Laser from them. They gave us intense burns. After that we asked them to give some other service instead of it. Becoz they totaly denied and were very rude to refund and accept their mistake instead argued badly. Now they deny to even adjust our paid amount in anything. They just eat money of people and running a dummy clinic here in jaipur. For any matter they ask to talk in delhi. N make people roam a lot as if they are doing a favour to us! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT VISIT.

She is soft spoken and offers friendly services during the session, she even takes update post session. I always look for her during every sitting and prefer to get it done from her. I visited Clinic Dermatech last month for laser hair reduction of my face. I have PCOS that's why I had very thick coarse hair growth on my face. I went to them just by coincidence bcz on the same date going somewhere else for laser but there technicians was not available so I went CD. I am very happy with the results It's been more than 20 days after my 1st session I don't have that much hair growth only 5... 6 hair are there on my neck which growing. Just after 1st session i can see huge reduction in my hair growth. Also they are providing good discount on there packages. So. You don't need to think twice about pricing with them. Their staff is so good they are so humble, polite & makes you comfortable. Specially Shilpa Sharma she is nice & she makes sure that her client is happy with their service that's why she even gave me her personal no. I am taking full body laser from clinic dermatech. Sita has done my full body laser in all sittings. I have got amazing results from the leaser and must say sita mam is very friendly and very amazing in her service.

I had shared my experience of Dermatech after a few sessions claiming that it's brilliant but only after my laser package (6 sessions) got over I realised that results are really pathetic. After going to another place for laser hair removal I got tremendous results. Up on complaining about the same, they finally agreed that results are not there and offered another session which was also a waste. And they never did anything further about it. I was upset that I wasted so much money but I let it go. What makes me write this review today is what they did to a friend of mine. They burnt her in laser session on the bikini area. They are severe burns and I don't see how someone can just be this negilent with a client. Horrible service, horrible treatments. They had even burnt her mother's face in one of the facials earlier and I can't believe how a staff can be this incompetent and relaxed about these things. The first reaction of one of the technician upon knowing that she has burnt my friend on the bikini area was "you only said result nai aa rahe". I can't believe this is a place allowed to do medical grade treatments on people. Please be aware people!
