KFC has always been my all time favourite specially their Chicken Zinger burger and hot and Crispy Chicken. Tried their Chicken popcorn maggi bowl for the first time equally delicious

There is no better option for someone who loves Chicken... Its the Only Stop and Moreover when u go on Wednesday..Its like a Cheery On a cake... Absolutely the Best place and no wonder why it has won all The Non veg lover's Heart.

One of the employee try to cheat bcz I'm kind of a noob about the different varieties of chicken they serve, but I'm saved bcz of my frnd and he told me that Employee give me a little piece of chicken nugget instead of whole chicken wing and also that Employee told me arrogantly that it's upto me what i want to give.... KFC please teach your employee some Honesty so that they don't try to cheat a new person who don't know about the varities of chicken you serve and give them a lesson how attend and talk to a customer..

They don't offer Jhatka or even processed chicken

Served old chicken, i paid 1100 rupees, ordered various combo meals, and chicken was smelling bad, and was blackish from inside. I was in hospital for last 2 days for food poisoning, close this franchise, or start serving fresh. I won’t eat anymore Kfc. Worst chicken.

I had worst expirience with this outlet i bought biryani which comes with gravy and they have not put it in the bag as i was in hurry i left the outlet. I tired to call multiple times to outlet number given on their invoice as well as well on the zomato page but all the time they were refusing to even listen my issue and after that i had to feed it to my dog as it was not worth for me without gravy it was only simple rice too much disapointed by the outlet response and the service.

There was no pepsi Ultimate bucket was having less 4 strips When I complained about the same they kept on saying we serve full But it was less Overall staff is also not upto the mark

Service is not good, they don't give bills, I had to insist for the bill then only they gave. Told 10-15 minutes for the order but they gave in 30-32 minutes. Not good service. Not worthy. I have been at many KFC's but had very terrible experience in this one.

This is not the food from yum international they are not providing the food according to the standard everything was bad different taste from all the KFC store they making their own recipe and serving the people, keeping in mind the cx do not have any knowledge about the KfC yum standard... close this store or make some changes.

The delivery experience of KFC in gwalior is worse than ever. I have got me order cancelled last minute of arrival time, that is after waiting for 50 minutes. Therw is no call support and staff is not cooperative at all. I have faced this same issue 3 times woth KFC gwalior outlet. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed with the service.

I ordered chicken zinger box.. burger and fries were good but two pieces of chicken wings were stinky. I don't know why... I couldn't eat it due to the smell.

I dined-in a Big 8 meal and got another Big 8 as takeaway (transaction amount being Rs 1274.00 at around 07.33 PM through SBI Credit card). I did not receive my invoice despite an assurance from the staff that I will get it on my mobile through SMS. It is really ridiculous for me as well as for the restaurant to not generate a bill of a purchase. Please email me my invoice or SMS me a link to the same. I would revise my review and rating only after my issue gets resolved.

Pathetic service from this KFC store, most of the items are out of stock. The zinger served is one of the worst I had. KFC should look into the working of this store.

This KFC is inside the mall food court. Seats are not sure during rush hours as there is common sitting area for all restaurants. This one is small outlet of KFC but you get mostly the desired meal.

An amazing atmosphere out there, just love the interior, and the taste. All of the stuff's are okay okay there. Service is good and price's are bit high but overall it's awesome for family, friends as well as couples. Just love the taste. Every single thing out there is delicious. The only outlet in gwalior city is in DB mall opposite the railway station. Located on the top floor of the mall at the food court,the outlet serves all the finger licking menu that's on the display. The service is quick,there is ample space for families to sit and friends to chill. In terms of cleanliness and promptness,I would give a 5 star rating to the place. It's always a mesmerising experience visiting this place. All the best....

The person on the call was so rude. Please teach them soft skills and manners. And valet cannot come on the third floor you guys have to deliver it downstairs. If this will be the case this outlet will be forced to close soon. You guys work for customers not for free.

Really very tasty food and it is also fresh and crispy. It is also healthy. You can definitely enjoy with your family and friends. Many combos are also available in KFC. They also provide cashback if you pay through paytm and also give offers in many items on special days and you will definitely enjoy the food. You can order here and either you can eat there or you can also pack it as your choice. Very neat and clean surrounding here. KFC stuffs are also very good and also behaves friendly with you. You can know offers on it if you give them your mobile number and also enjoy offers with specific coupon

The Chicken leg Pieces they Served are completely Unhealthy, unhygienic Because they not even washed it properly. On the Unit Manager, he replied we served this kind of Leg Pieces only. We checked all the 9 pieces from bucket. All are same. I recommend that please avoid visiting that store.

It's second time that they have given couple of days old chicken. The chicken wings were smelling bad. Even after getting the order exchanged, received a mix of fresh and old pieces. Two bad experiences within a month. KFC should look into their franchise practises regarding left over food.
