I have never ever had a more pleasant dental experience. Like most, the dentist terrifies me however after a long stint away I bit the bullet and went in for a check up and clean. Dr Wall was extremely friendly, comforting, understanding and put me at ease from the minute I arrived. Extreme professionalism. Thorough check and explanation given. Reassured every step of the way. Very honest about what I actually needed as opposed to what other dentists have told me in the past. The clinic is run exceptionally well. Follow up calls received the day after a procedure to check on my well-being. The administration team are kind, welcoming and thorough. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

When I comes to dentistry I am highly anxious & very wary due to past experiences at other dentists. Following the initial examination, all my options & what I can expect was relayed to me, making certain I was very comfortable & clear with the process & potential outcomes & aftercare. Dr Waters is incredibly caring, very understanding, compassionate & VERY patient. I arrived highly anxious, however when finished, I was completely at ease as I experienced absolutely NO pain!
