I booked my massage online which was really easy then arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was taken to the room shortly after arriving and had a fantastic massage. Before going, I checked their online website which claimed to have plenty of available spots for appointments, so I decided to walk in for a session. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no availability, despite there being no clients inside the salon at that time. It left me questioning why the online information didn't align with the reality of the situation. I had hoped for a smooth and seamless experience. Clear and accurate communication is crucial in any service industry, and unfortunately, this particular salon did not meet my expectations. As a result, I left feeling disappointed. I hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure a more reliable and consistent booking system in the future.

Worst massage I have ever had. Did one movement on repeat for each body part and ignored that I asked for other areas not the be massaged. Absolute waste of money. When I spoke to the receptionist and told her my experience was not at all what it’s meant to be she offered me a $20 voucher for my next visit. No refund and expected me to pay again to come back?! Terrible. Such a shame as the person I went with had a lovely massage and wish I had their therapist.
