hotel.
I
booked
online
at
$450
per
night
for
one
night.
When
I
arrived,
I
was
horrified
by
the
state
&
smell
of
the
room.
I
immediately
returned
to
reception
&
said
I
could
not
stay
in
that
room.
They
had
already
charged
my
card
before
arrival
$450
&
then
on
arrival
another
$100.
The
receptionist
was
lovely
&
contacted
the
manager.
A
refund
on
my
card
was
promised.
I
subsequently
left
the
Menso
&
went
to
another
hotel.
On
the
next
working
day,
I
contacted
the
hotel
to
confirm
the
refund.
The
same
receptionist
was
working
&
again
confirmed
the
refund
would
be
done
that
day.
Late
the
same
day,
I
called
again
to
confirm
the
refund,
only
to
be
told
that
the
manager
(Susan
Menso)
had
changed
her
mind
&
would
not
refund
my
card.
Completely
dishonest
operators
that
are
selling
a
very
substandard
product.
I
will
dispute
the
transaction
via
my
credit
card
&
have
canceled
the
card
as
they
have
the
actual
card
details.
PLEASE
DO
NOT
BOOK
THIS
HOTEL.
