Good gym, but don't give them ur information if u don't plan on signing up. They will continuously call you and when you get sick of it they'll have a go, dunno who called me and mentioned my tone of voice when they're the ones calling me repetitively, but if ur reading this I hope u stub ur little roided toe big fella, get that one up ya.

They kept on charge me for months and months after I had cancelled. Once I picked up the error, I ask for a refund which took six weeks to have anyone get back to me and finally receive my refund. They dodged all my calls. They dodged all my emails. This is a untrustworthy unethical company

resources and facilities are fine. great even. but god forbid you try to cancel your contract as you’re moving and you face 30+ day wait times to receive a response, and continue to be charged after the 30 days notice. i was lucky enough to be refunded, but it’s a shame to see it’s consistent across the board as they’ve also done the same to my friend who moved with me.

My mum (Christine Lamb) signed up but was unable to continue to attend. She has finished the contractual cancellation period but continues to be charged membership fees. She has emailed and called but to no avail. How you people can continue to rip off a woman in her 70's is just unbelievable. The jig is up - I'm going to Dept. of Fair Trading. You people should be ashamed of yourselves - disgusting!

Fitness cartel Tweed heads is a beautiful facility with amazing staff and great support. I highly recommend training here if you were in the area.

It was a good gym but I thought I was given a free trial…. It does clearly states a free trail but they made me pay anyway lol. Was very confused, sadly won’t be coming back.

This gym is relentless with unsolicited spamming, ive asked for my No to be removed from their database and blocked and reported but they just use different phone numbers to continue to spam my private phone number. As explained to 2 different staff I dont even live in Tweed! Whoever gave my No to this gym give yourself an upper cut. They are worse then overseas telemarketers!

I've tried most of the gyms in Tweed and this is by far the best. Fantastic equipment friendly staff and an awesome vibe!!!

We love this place! They are so friendly,helpful and really make you feel like part of the family. The gym doesn’t have that weird awkward vibe like some gyms do when you rock up. Love the hammer strength equipment and the outdoor area with the sled 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🤡💟🌈⭐️⭐️

Update - email was replied to stating my membership was cancelled immediately however 2 weeks on and money is still being taken from my account with on outstanding fixed contract. Absolutely disgraceful customer service to Appalling customer service. 3 attempts at cancelling my membership and have yet to receive a response. Rung and was advised I needed to do it in writing although my husband had rung and cancelled his 5 minutes prior over the phone. 3 emails later and almost 3 months and I’m still waiting a reply with money coming out of my account.

Offered a good deal to try then sign. Class instructors are good but found the free weights section busy most times and not user friendly. Not a lot of space to utilise the free weights, would need to take them to another part of the gym. When enquired about signing was given a trial and 3 personal training session to start straight away but took months to complete. Tried to contact through email x 4 times and phone to try and cancel membership with not much success. Person I finally spoke to was sending details and copy of contract and more than a month later still waiting. Signing you up is quick and very tentative then no one bothers to checkin with you.

Staff are awesome, information on machines for beginners which is super helpful and loads of PTs to choose from to best suit what you would like to achieve. Would suit anyone looking to join a gym.

Wish I could live up here because my experiences using this gym whenever I'm on holidays is fantastic. Staff are friendly with a good music vibe and all the equipments.

The team here are pretty incredible! Blake and Joe are always super happy and friendly. Can always ask questions and get great advice. They make a pretty darn good shake too! ✌🏻
