I would give more stars if I could. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewellery needs. Claudia is such a wonderful person who shows a great passion for the true art of jewellery making. Claudia has been cleaning and maintaining our jewellery for a number of years now, including some sentimental pieces that are irreplaceable. I have also had a unique piece made from a collection of old jewellery I couldn't bare to part with but didn't wear. I now have a truly unique piece that is handcrafted, (not casted) and full of memories from childhood and significant events in life. Claudia's also very good at keeping secrets if you are looking to surprise someone as she did when completing my unique piece. Hubby and Claudia worked together to make sure I got it for my birthday when I was expecting it after.

I have had several pieces of jewellery made by Claudia this year and cannot praise her quality, workmanship, sensitivity and talent enough. Claudia exceeded all of my expectations, and I am so grateful for the work she has done. I would gladly recommend Jewellers Vault to everyone!

Claudia does wonderful work,apart from the many repairs,and alterations that she has done,she also has made and designed a ring for me,which is timeless and perfect! Claudia is a perfectionist with her work. Price, quality and service is second to none. Forget the big named mass produced jewellery stores that send your precious jewellery away for weeks to have resized or fixed ( and hope it comes back with your real gems in it ). At Jewellers Vault, your jewellery is done on site and securely stored by a young talented woman who is up there with the best jewellers and designers. Only place I will take my jewellery to.

A very well stocked store but very disorganised. Doesn’t have a queueing system or a straightforward way to order and pay for items. Waited for 15 minutes while staff ignored us. 🤷🏼‍♀️

She was really helpful in telling me about Pandora and suggested a bracelet and charms for my daughter who is graduating this year. I visited my favourite Pandora Store at Chermside on Sunday & I have to say how “stunning” it looked. The window was done up so beautifully. Angela is amazing, on a number of occasions, I have gone in to buy something on my wish list, and have feared I have missed out. Though, Angela knows every piece she has in store and twice she has found me the last bracelet in the size required and the last pendant in the store. Her staff are always quick to greet me with a warm welcome and prompt service. A huge testament to Angela’s dedication to the training of her staff, and to her store. Will see you all soon. The most unhelpful store! Twice I’ve been in there and every time I leave, I am more dissatisfied that when I entered. I was given a gift less than 12 months ago and despite asking the gift giver for the receipt (and getting it!) there has been issues. I had the bracelet break and was advised they were out of stock but I had to call and organise pick up from another store. They refused to even call and get the alternate store to hold it for me. Just unprofessional and unhelpful. Go to another pandora store it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with this store.

Claudia is amazing! Friendly service with incredible results and extremely well priced. Dropped off a watch for a battery replacement, earnings to be rhodium plated, and a ring to have a diamond replaced and rhodium plated - it was all done in two days. Couldn't recommend highly enough :)

Stood in the store waiting for service for ages. (Not very busy at that time.) Just wanted quickly purchase two items but no one came up to help. Asked an Asian staff but she wasn't willing to help at all. Also gave the wrong info/policy. (I'm a former Pandora staff myself). Drove all the way here only because strathpine store didn't have my size. Oh well... Not going back to chemise store again. 😞

I purchased two Pandora rings in the UK in December 2017. One of them lost a stone, I went to Chermside Pandora last week and asked if the ring could be repaired. Today Claudia cleaned, checked & polished my 5 bridal set of rings and brought them back to looking like new. What a truly great experience. Claudia is outstandingly accomplished in her craft. One of the earrings in my most sentimental diamond earrings set was damaged beyond repair or in fact replacement....or so I thought. The earring was run over by many vehicles & the setting was squashed & bent completely out of shape. I was referred by a large diamond jewellery company to contact Claudia to "see if it could be repaired or rebuilt". From the first minute I spoke with Claudia, she calmly & professionally explained that the unrecognizable setting could not be straightened to repair it & that a completely new setting would need to be built. Naturally I wondered how anyone could replicate an exact match to my beautiful & somewhat unique earring setting. But just listening to her walking me through the process of how she intended to approach the replacement rebuild was just magic. I felt completely confident & at ease in Claudia's manufacturing abilities & her patience in explaining what would take place & the expected time frame to completion. The outcome is that I have just collected my earrings at the estimated collection date & the manufactured earring is "perfect". It is absolutely impossible to pick which earring is the rebuilt setting. Her attention to the fine art of working with gold is remarkable. I will be referring anyone who requires jewellery to be designed & manufactured or like me, has a piece of jewellery that has been damaged. The difference between the best & those who are trying to do their best is clearly evident by the person who genuinely loves what they work at & therefore take responsibility & pride in their work. Claudia clearly loves her work...it shines through in her every word & action. I can't speak highly enough of Claudia. She is "Simply the Best".

I can't thank Claudia enough!! I came in and chose the style and design of a 'name' necklace for my adult daughter's birthday. When it arrived it was beautiful but unfortunately it was way too big for her. I have never been great at getting my family presents, so I was pretty bummed out by this. When I spoke to Claudia she unexpectedly offered an amazing solution and we were able to get it resized with little out of pocket expense for me. It came back the perfect size and my daughter hasn't taken it off since and I love that she loves it, especially when she tells me her clients have complimented the necklace!!!! Bought a charm as a gift to for a friend and the lady who assisted me charged me for the wrong item. I asked her 3 times if that is the correct price and she was adamant. Good thing I checked the receipt and realised she charged me for a pair of earrings. When I went back a week later I had to wait for 30 minutes to get it sorted as they can't locate the notes left by the manager. Been to a few busy Pandora stores but this is the worst experience ever.

Terrible service from pushy staff member. After many attempts to tell them we weren't interested in the buy 2 get 3rd free & just wanted to use wifes 15% off b'day voucher (that I had shown her twice), she began calculating the cost of the one my daughter chose, and then decided to tell us we couldn't use my wife's voucher. So because our budget didn't match her pushy sales expectations, my daughter can't buy a surprise gift for her mums birthday!

I stupidly wore my engagement ring to the gym - squashed and twisted it - I went to my original Jewler and was made to feel stupid and given an insane price to fix it. Two weeks went by and then had done nothing. I collected it and went to Claudia at The Jewlers Vault and was treated so nicely, given an honest best and worst case quote. She had it fixed in 24hours cheaper than her best price quote. Thank you SO MUCH - I’ve learnt my lesson on where not to wear my ring and where to always come for my Jewelery from now on!!! I picked up my 100+ year old pocket watch that i got refurbished with Henry and its absolutely amazing. I had two 18ct gold rings, one my Grandmother’s wedding ring from her marriage in 1916 which had a hallmark inside, and the other a gift from my wife. I wanted them melded and the hallmark retained in some form (not possible according to a well-known mftg jeweller whom I shall not name!). My daughter recommended that I talk to Claudia. Came into the store 2 weeks after I placed an order through, didn't hear anything so decided to check if it was in and if my phone # was correct but was dismissed by one staff stating that it usually takes 2-3 weeks, so I give it another wait, this time entire month passes through and still didn't hear anything so I come back and turns out they had placed my order 'on hold' and didn't notify me, so they just.... idek what they did with it but I'm guessing it was sold lmaoooooo

Visited the store with my partner to find some charms for my mum's birthday, Gemma helped us out and was extremely helpful and professional. We were able to get 3 out of the 4 charms we wanted, and when the 4th wasn't available, Gemma was able to suggest some other similar ones instead. Very good service & super friendly.
