Unbelievably
unprofessional
business.
I
registered
my
wife
and
I
for
the
Open
Water
Dive
back
in
September.
It
went
down
hill
from
here.
I
had
to
chase
this
business
for
over
a
week
for
the
learning
material
required
to
complete
the
pre
knowledge
test
via
several
emails/phone
calls
On
the
day
of
the
Dive,
we
were
wrongly
over
charged
for
equipment
hire,
and
when
this
was
pointed
out
the
person
in
the
shop
"pretended"
to
rerun
the
card
for
a
refund.
After
completion
of
the
course,and
unaware
of
the
phantom
Refund,
I
booked
a
subsequent
dive
with
this
company
as
the
trainers
I
worked
with
were
fantastic,
professional,
and
I
felt
comfortable
with
them.
Sam
in
particular
was
fantastic
and
very
patient
with
my
wife.
Fast
forward
6weeks
-
and
my
refund
still
had
not
shown.
I've
been
told
only
Mick
is
authorised
to
process
refunds,
and
surprisingly
every
single
time
I've
contacted
the
store
he
is
either
unavailable,
out
of
town,
or
simply
not
working
that
day.
After
many
many
emails
and
many
many
phone
calls,
messages
etc
being
told
"don't
worry
mate
we'll
get
right
on
it"
I
drove
to
the
store
-
and
Lo
and
behold
there
was
Mick
himself
who
just
happened
to
be
in
the
store
at
the
time
-
what
were
the
chances
-
and
he
processed
the
refund.
I
told
him
I
also
wanted
to
cancel
the
dive
I
had
booked
and
still
hadn't
completed
-
the
first
date
was
canceled
by
the
store
due
to
conditions,
the
2nd
attempted
date
cancelled
by
the
store
due
to
lack
of
interest
from
other
divers
-
and
he
begrudgingly
agreed
"Don't
worry
mate
I'll
get
that
actioned
straight
away
via
PayPal.
The
refund
has
to
go
through
them,
I
can't
put
it
directly
back
on
the
card"
Seemed
odd,
but
ok
-
3-5days
Max
2
weeks
later,
still
no
refund,
no
contact,
and
once
again
every
phone
call
is
met
with
"micks
not
here
right
now....
I
can
leave
a
message...sorry
I
can't
give
you
his
direct
number.....
should
be
back
tomorrow"
Disgraceful
way
to
run
a
business,
and
with
so
many
options
in
the
Dive
game
in
s.e
Queensland,
you'd
be
better
off
taking
your
money
elsewhere
