Staff are Super helpful and efficient! Often visit them and leave with a bag or two cause of how affordable the clothes are! Love coming back to cotton on every single time! Would recommend bringing kids and extra cash or credit cards cause you’ll probably shop till you drop. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Helpful customer service when I returned some items today. The staff are usually friendly and good at acknowledging and greeting. This store is big but I find that the stock is always quite low or non existent in anything above a Medium. Anything I ever like, they never have in my size! So frustrating. Perhaps if I was a size 8, I would like it here.

i’m only here to say the music is so horrifically LOUD. ALL THE TIME. i was jokingly shouting “WHAAAAT??” (like literally shouting) and covering my ears to my friend to kind of show the staff how loud the music was LMAO 💀 is it some store policy to have the volume at 100% in every cotton on or what??

Entered the shop today and holy moly the music was sooooooo loud it becomes very uncomfortable on your ears. There’s no way I could stay there longer then 20 seconds 🤷‍♂️ Thank goodness there’s plenty of other options in the shopping centre 🫨

The staff members are always so kind! especially Grace, she was so helpful the last time i was there and i really appreciated her efforts. always have plenty of stock and usually heaps of sale and bargains too! love shopping here!

I can't stand clothes shopping for myself but when I come in here I can find things that I like, that fit me, that are comfy, staff are lovely so so helpful, shop is big, clean, bright..

The store was fine until I got to the register and was served by someone called Caitlin, no interest at all, she was on auto pilot towards customers. When she told me the amount I owed, all she said was 75 not that’s $75 thank-you. After she took my money she turned her head sideways with disinterest and basically without saying it to me was, get lost. Not very happy at all, I want be wasting my time at this store anymore.

Today I was served by Ella and she was an absolute gem of a human. Friendly, personable and genuine. An asset to Cotton On, treasure her.

I almost never leave empty handed when shopping here. Staff are friendly and do greet occasionally. I would recommend if you like comfortable and great quality clothes.

so my daughter was with her 3 friends and then they got accused of stealing when they bought them from kmart and they mad her so sick and she had a anxiety attack and they forced her to say she stole them by the way her 3ed friend was at IKEA we her phone her bag and her wallet with the receipt i was with her friend that was at ikea they should have lied about me not being there but that is not the point so they have banned her and her friends and when the employee said never come here again and pushed her out of the store

Good story but I have bad memory's with people in the shop

Despite the music being incredibly loud the cashier that served me yesterday has to be one of the best cashiers i have ever had the pleasure of being served by. She was so incredibly nice and she made by day simply because she seemed so happy to be there.

Had lots of items and prices were fair. Just not too much in the way for good men's fashion with leaving me walking out without purchase

What a joke of an employer to work for. My daughter was employed over the Xmas break as a Xmas casual, so we cancelled our family trip to Sydney as she was rostered on over the week 5 trips Our high school aged daughter was excited to represent Cotton on. Worked her first shift and loved it, only to find all her shifts were cancelled the day before she was meant to work. Post Xmas break, my daughter only worked x1 shift. Not on. Unbelievable, worse employer, unprofessional, favouritism in the work place. Don’t ever work for Cotton On

Great Experience, customer service was outstanding I was looking for a t shirt which I couldn't find in my size. The store assistant looked around the back for me then helped to find the top at the front of the store.

Bad bad bad, well if your shopping with wife and daughters there are so many great items they want and new stock each week, staff remember us each time and arr very pleasant, not too great on my saving for a holiday though.
