Very disappointed with the quality and service recently. My husband called to seek recommendations/advice for soil to put under our fresh turf. We were then delivered the lowest quality soil. Upon shovelling, we noticed shards of glass, cement and tiles riddled throughout the soil. When we called to inform them of the terrible quality the person on the phone blamed it on us as we got ‘the budget soil’. They then also said they they looked through their soil at their site and said they only found two little shards… so we were basically told we were lying. To make things even more disappointing, my husband was told (when he called up initially) that ‘the manager’ would come the next day to retrieve the rest of the terrible quality soil. They never came…. 7 days later my husband went into the shop and he was told to try and get rid of it on Facebook marketplace… Very disappointed with the level of service and quality of your products.

Most of your landscaping needs, bulk selections of needs, some at better prices than other places. Delivery is available for larger items, bulk items, sand, gravel, mulch etc. Great friendly team, help if you need advice. Turf orders in by Wednesday for delivery, Friday's.

Can be very poor service if you get the wrong person. Having spent around $1000 on various supplies at this place over the last 3-4 months, I've had generally good service. Today however came across an older blonde lady who I hadn't seen before. I explained the pricing of what I was buying (tubs of deco) had been assessed a number of times by different staff over recent months as $20 for 6 tubs. i only had 5 tubs, which weren't full because the deco was heavy, and she was suggesting she was going to charge $25. I explained that I'd done this a number of times and didn't understand why there was a difference. She then tried to assert the tubs were 40 litres (It turns out they are 25litres so her estimating skills are quite poor for person in her role) and she was going to charge me $50! I told her that was ridiculous and I'd put it back. Then she said no, we're about to close so $25. I was sick of the conversation by this point and agreed. She processed the transaction without pleasantry. I was glad to be gone and they have lost probably another $1000 from me in coming months and gained (another) middling customer service review.

Super helpful and polite staff. Even though it was a Sunday and they were flat out, I was acknowledged and helped as soon as they could. Staff were even polite to a customer who was very rude because they had to wait for others to be served. Friendly service. Great range of product. Absolutely recommend.

Hadn't been here in about 10years so was incredibly happy the service hadn't changed. I found the mulch I needed after some fantastic advice from the lady at the counter. She helped me with showing where I could park my ute and load it up. Gardens now look great!! Already planning my next landscaping adventure 😉

Soil was filled with broken glass . When I let them know they didn't want to help and just said to sell it to someone else and don't tell them about the glass. They refuse to help get rid of the dirt and are fine with leaving glass out the front of our house. I try to meet them half way but they don't care about the customer at all.

Great place to pick up garden and landscaping supplies, good prices and they can deliver bulk items, sand soil, gravel, concrete mix. Cement and premix bags available. Call in and check out what's available it will surprise you what they have on offer.

Excellent service and great value. The 2 ladies in the office couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I'm a novice gardener and they explained things in a simple, unpatronising way. They have a huge range of bricks, stones, pavers etc and massive concrete bins with different soils, sand, mulch etc. You pay for the number of bags of soil you want, then drive to that section and fill the bags yourself with the help of a shovel and funnel the ladies provided. It couldn't have been easier. I'll definitely be back!
