I have been there today for copying my remote control because my one was broken. The new remote control just needed to set the same code as the old one then could use. When I went there, one of the staff set the code. But he broke the new remote control and my original one as well. I don't know why he touched the original one code. So I went back there and told them. They tried to do something like cleaning and checking and changed the battery as well. However I have changed the battery last week so that’s not the case. After I came back home, I tried again and no doubt both of them were not working, so I went back there with my broken remote controls. Of course it is the code problem. When I went back there and explained them - just set the same code for the broken one in front of me. When they checked for these 3. THEY HAVE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CODE. And I asked them to set the same code as the broken one. After coming back home, both of them are working! I wasted my time for nearly 2 hours on this. THEY ARE JUST NOT PROFESSIONAL as this is their job. I will never ever go there again . If there’s an option, I will pick less than 1 star

Thanks to the guys , boxing day ,they did a minor but important to me repair on a new boot,great attitude always helpful. I am sorrry to say today I had a very different customer experience, arriving at 9.30 AM, a young man was repairing shoes behind the counter, I said excuse me several times , l was ignored finally he said not open till 10am , piece of paper on counter saying so. I just wanted to ask if he could do a job when he was open, his respose ' I dont want to be disturbed, why should I talk to you?' I asked for his name several times No answer. I will definitely not shop if this young man is behind the counter!

I am posting review , after so many visits , Always smiling face .. ready to advice / helpful .. some time free of charge service (some minor repairs ) They charge same prices as others but smilie n welcome attitude is big factor for us to keep coming to this shop …

worst experience ever with this sooooo rude staff! I understand it was about the closing time, but he should not be showing this negative attitude to a customer! I simply ask if I’m able to have my car key’s battery changed here, he’s been acting like he’s dying of sth so he doesn’t care at all, and answered with nothing but contempt!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had a watch engraved and they did an amazing job! It's so small just in awe of the skill involved and it was freehand. I definitely recommend these guys for their great work and service.

Had my nursing fob watch battery replaced on 5/8/2022. The guy did a great job even advising upfront the cost to replace the battery would be more than buying a new fob watch and if I still wanted him to replace the battery. As I needed it for class next week I had to get the watch working anyway. The guy was really good when I came back to pick up the watch and on payment he managed to give me a discounted rate. Will go back when the battery needs replacing in the future

Problem solved in store! Full refund for unmatched keys! Everyone just be careful one staff(don’t know his name) he’s extremely unfriendly, just don’t want to see him again at there, no customer service attitude! all others are nice!

Highly recommend! The best customer service that I have not experienced for a long time. Went here and got the car keys batteries changed, mentioned the problem we had (could not start the car), after we went back, found out the nice lady there actually made some phone calls and asked how to solve our problem. So much appreciated and excellent customer service! (Not many people nowadays willing to take a step further and help~ so glad we found this place and will keep coming back)

I got sole protectors put on my loafers and found after a month they started coming off. I called to let them know and they kindly let me bring them in and fixed them up for me. Great support and definitely will be back again

I will never use mr mint again Lady who served me was hopeless Is was 5 min till closing and she said we are about to close so I wont be able to serve you I said that I just wanted a key cut which would only take 1 min , sorry cant do it she said So I would advise people not to shop there ever and I will be telling my friends and family to go to bunnings for key cutting in the future

I recently had some repairs done at this business by a lovely lady, I believe her name was Lisa. She not only a great job repairing my shoes, but gave me some great information on products to keep my shoes in great condition. I definitely recommend coming to see Lisa for your repair needs.

Super helpful and fantastic service for a watch fitment

would not recommend. I brought a piece of brand new piece of jewellery and went here to get it engraved for a anniversary present. I spent over $350 on this new piece that I legit brought 5 mins prior to going there. and the guy left a massive mark where he made a mistake and missed. then tried to blame me and the jewellery store. Was trying to hold back a laugh, and completely denied it was him. And didn’t even offer me my money back. He basically ruined it. I went back to the jewellery place and they offered to fix it for me bc they were super lovely and kind. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Nicely asked for directions/location and was told to find it myself.
